As recently confirmed, Amazon is offering all players of New World a new free character transfer. Like the previous transfer tokens, they can only be used within the same region. They should arrive no later than February 22.
In the second round of server transfers, Amazon will mark some servers as full so that no roles can be transferred to them or new roles created on the servers while they are active. This should help ensure that transfers are distributed more evenly, rather than becoming a bottleneck server and causing further imbalances while leaving other servers empty.
It seems like they've been struggling to find balance and are advancing this round. The transfer will only transfer one character to the new server, so if the player does have multiple characters, they will have to decide which character to move. If the player has New World Coins unused from the previous round, once those tokens are fully allocated, they will have two, so the player can move the second character as needed.
Speaking of New World, there have been a lot of observations over the past few months regarding population and declines, so players' servers are somehow merging so that they don't have a good faction population. That said, this will also give players New World Coins to move and play with their friends as long as they're in the same area.
While Amazon has discussed considering a process for offering regional transfers, such as Central Europe to West US, by early 2022, they simply aren't in place yet. Alternatively, if players have already resisted New World, they can also try Lost Ark, another MMORPG game released by Amazon. And if players have a certain demand for Lost Ark Gold, they can try to buy Lost Ark Gold at IGGM.
