Working with the Madden individuals to straighten things out
If you're too busy for a long time until kickoff we have the next best thing for you guys that will hopefully hold Mut 22 coins you over for a while -- our CBS Sports simulation of Super Bowl LVI! We fired up Madden NFL 22, set up this Super Bowl matchup.
And kicked back to see how the virtual action would play out. If you're a fan of the Rams You'll probably be pleased with the outcome. If you're one of the Bengals make sure you remember that it's just a video game that happened to give a hint of the Buccaneers victory in the previous year.
The Rams won two Super Bowl title in franchise history and first since the move back in Los Angeles in rather dominating way, edging out the Bengals, 38-20. The final score of 38-20 doesn't compare to the first half shellacking that L.A. handed down en-route to the trophy.
After a peaceful couple of games that were played for both teams, the Rams started scoring in a way that was quite controversial. At a third and 12 at the Cincinnati 34-yard line, Matthew Stafford uncorked a deep ball to Van Jefferson on the left side of the end zone.
At first, officials decided that Jefferson was out of boundaries, but a fight made by Sean McVay led to a reverse and the Rams climbing 7-0. In all transparency the game didn't appear to be a success buy mut coins. Jefferson had two feet in limits, but the officials in the virtual world felt differently upon an examination (Maybe the video games are more realistic! ).
