It will update FFXIV Housing Lottery in May
FFXIV director and producer Naoki Yoshida provided another update on the housing lottery restoration timeline. This will give players a better gaming experience, and they can also prepare enough FFXIV Gil to decorate their houses. The new estimates suggest that maintenance and restoration of the process should take place by May 16, 2022. Until then, the FFXIV real estate market will be suspended.
Yoshida first provided a timeline of what will happen on April 19, 2022. Some parcels are not available to some people after the first draw. Some places end up with a message like “The winning number is... 0. May you have better luck next time”. In other cases, the error message reported it submitted no bids for the parcel at all. Yoshida pointed out that the result did not reach the server and they had to fix it with the correct data.

The latest data recovery could take up to eight days, Yoshida noted. Once complete, FFXIV maintenance will take place for up to 10 hours on May 16, 2022. Upon completion, the property market suspension will be lifted.
