Two in-game events for Star Wars The Old Republic in May

This May, BioWare brings players a lot of in-game events they can use to earn even more rewards. So in order to complete the task successfully, players had better prepare enough SWTOR Credits. Here are two in-game events of May.

Double XP Event. Starting May 3rd and running through May 10th, there will be a Double XP event! Enjoy weeks of double XP, Valor, Renown and more. This event is not required. During the week, players will earn double XP. It looks like BioWare needs to update their description as Renown is sadly gone and there is nothing more to go with it. Still, this is 7.0’s first double XP event, so this would be a good time to get players’ other alts up for grabs.

Pirate Incursion. The distant planet of Dantooine has been thrust into the center of escalating hostilities between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Under the covert stimulation of the secret Empire army, Nova Blade pirates launched an all-out attack on the pastoral Republic world. As the Republic scrambles to defend this key territory on the fringes of Imperial space, the Empire plans to use the chaos to deliver a major blow to the long-standing Republic fortress.

This event is only available to players over level 20 and runs from May 3rd to May 10th. The number of rewards offered at this event is staggering. Since this event is basically a regular daily area, if they improve the weekly structure to match what they do for the endgame content, where each week is repeatable, and all tasks reward players with daily resource matrices, etc. There are still many events waiting for players to participate.
