Developer Comments: We are continuing to monitor the ways in which + all attributes are indicative of gameplay choices made by the player and the way it impacts certain classes. As such, we've decided to limit + all attributes to +1 for the time being and will continue to keep an eye on it. Wizard's Ignite and Magic Missile attribute bonus ratio we're previously intended to remain at 50%, however we had to make the adjustment this patch instead.
