The Linksys Velop comes with several node units which are a parent node and others are the child nodes. Those additional units work to deliver better WiFi coverage that you can add according to your place. But, for the Linksys velop setup, you will need to prepare it by attaching the nodes together. So, first, connect the parent node to the existing router using an ethernet wire. Then, join the other nodes to the parent node using the other wires. After that, plug them into the power sockets and check the LED indications to confirm that they are ready for the setup.
