Dr. Sikora opened her practice in July of 2017 to offer an integrative approach to treat the whole person. She grew up in the Northeast (NJ and CT) and moved to Vero Beach, FL in 2007 after completing her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NY Presbyterian Hospital (affiliated with Columbia, Cornell, and the Hospital for Special Surgery) in New York City.

Prior to opening her own practice, she did both inpatient Rehabilitation Medicine and outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She decided to open her own practice in order to be able to take a more personalized approach to treating each patient. In addition to seeing patients at her own Vero Beach practice, she has inpatient privileges at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital as well as Medical Director for a sub-acute rehabilitation hospital as well.
