Following up Demi Lovato's emotional return to a microphone last year, the NFL has tabbed a duo to sing the country's anthem this go 'round, with country star Eric Church and R&B artist Jazmine Sullivan pairing up to sing the anthem prior to the big game.

With the pairing, the NFL seems to really be hammering home the "unity" theme that has Jorge Polanco Jersey permeated American society, with Church, a country singer, and Sullivan, an R&B singer, to try and bridge the gap for those coming from all music tastes.

On Jan. 19, the NFL announced that country singer Eric Brian Dozier Jersey Church and R&B artist Jazmine Sullivan would pair up for a duet of "The Star-Spangled Banner" prior to the start of Super Bowl 55.

 

Eric Churchis an American country music artist and has been been nominated for 10 Grammy awards throughout his career, including three nominations for best country album. His 2018 album, "Desperate Man," was the lastnominated for the award. Church is releasing a triple album later in 2021 entitled "Heart & Soul."

 

Jazmine Sullivanis an American R&B singer who recently returned to music in 2020, releasing the "Heaux Tales" EP in early 2021 which reached Kent Hrbek Jersey No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Sullivan is a 12-time Grammy nominated artist, including being in the running for new artist in 2009. With a dozen nominations but no trophies, she is high on the list of singers who have been nominated but has never won.

In addition, R&B artist H.E.R. will be performing "America the Beautiful" prior to the start of the game.
