Personally I want to see this turn free-to-play some time soon
Personally I want to see this turn free-to-play some time soon, otherwise we will end up with a different situation like where magical shortbows and longbow specs are inadvertently made free-to-play. Plus we are doing free beta testing, so why should we need to OSRS gold pay for this lol. If you're gonna play RS3 just pick up where you left off. The updated combat and what's not not likely to change those first few months or weeks of simply starting a foundation. It'll be easier to find out the new content in an account you are semi-familiar together with, and having the ability to jump right in without needing to worry about getting starting gear or whatever will seriously increase the probability that you'll find the new changes user-friendly.
In my opinion starting a brand new accounts for"Newscape" would be kind of tedious and mess up your chances of actually returning for an extended time period. I've recently returned to my own account , for what feels like the thousandth time but that time I have a new outlook and desire to understand.
I had been skilling off and on for approximately ten years with only basic stats (70 round the board,y'know) but after actually giving EOC a shot and studying the game I sensed that an pleasure in PVM'ing that I had never ever had from the previous releases. I also think the large issue with the understanding of the game now is the way others seem to bandwagon on remarks.
Prior to returning even I had been talking poorly about EOC, though I had never played ! This is the narrative for others, regardless of if they admit it or not, because things like this really takes on a snowball effect. Also, some people today state that micro-transactions and what are a big jolt to Runescape but truthfully it is keeping the business afloat and Old School RS Gold is in no way mandatory. I find it is mostly newer players that seem to buy stuff for real money, us vets know how to get things done the previous ways.
