The elution conditions of monomeric avidin, avidin-biotin conjugated protein and streptavidin-agarose particles are mild and friendly to biotinylated related proteins. The deglycosylated avidin-agarose particles are more neutral and have a lower rate of non-specific binding, allowing multiple reuse.
