The shocking scale of FIFA Mobile Coins sexual abuse allegations at Haiti's national soccer center has been recorded in a Fifa record which outlines why Yves Jean-Bart was banned from football for life. Thirty-four alleged victims of sexual abuse in the center by 10 possible perpetrators and accomplices such as Jean-Bart, the former soccer federation president who has always denied the allegations, were identified in a report from the players' union Fifpro to Fifa's ethics committee.
The Fifpro report formed part of this research into alleged abuses from Jean-Bart, initially revealed by the Guardian, in the Centre Technique National in Croix-des-Bouquets.
The ethics committee's adjudicatory chamber concluded that Jean-Bart, who dominated Haitian football for more than two years, had committed acts of"unprecedented gravity".
"Mr Jean-Bart's behaviour is simply inexcusable, '' a disgrace for any soccer official," the chairperson of this adjudicatory chamber, Mr Vassilios Skouris, said. "The pain and suffering he has caused his different victims of sexual abuse and harassment cannot even be fully understood, and signifies a very dark spot on the image and standing of soccer as a sport loved by so many.
"While asserting he had been developing Haitian soccer, particularly women's competitions and teams, Mr Jean-Bart did the exact opposite: he chased his position so as to satisfy his personal attitude of domination over the many delicate people, ruining the careers and lifestyles of young promising female gamers "
Following allegations of sexual abuse by Jean-Bart were printed by the Guardian in April, Fifa's ethics committee conducted a detailed investigation lasting almost six months that included hiring an independent IT consultancy company to utilize Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methods to confirm some of the alleged victims' claims using mobile phone data. According to the decision of this adjudicatory chamber, that allowed investigators to Buy FIFA Coins corroborate several occasions where"young female players visited with the [hotel], among the alleged places where the sexual abuse apparently occurred".
