Keying for randoms will slow down your flooring times, but it also improves your keying. If you are utilized to not having to rely on your staff as much, but still able to do so efficiently if you get a fantastic team, you will have the ability to deal with circumstances when your team participates up as you will be used to them.
Randoms also gives you the opportunity to meet a lot of new people and make friends with all the ones who are good at dung and you get on well with. After a time, you should have enough friends who train dung that you can get together a team fairly easily, often with 1 or 2 two randoms, sometimes with not one. As for me, I do dung with friends a great deal, but I would rather utilize randoms as well as I can be sure there will always (or almost always) be more randoms online. This means that I don't have to program my training about other people.
I'd recommend getting 70 assault, strength, defence, array and mage before trying barrows. You don't need that, just 70 mage and 50 triumphed to get a MSB or merely mithril bolts in Zanik's C'bow. It works for me. Although I have better stats now. Should you do that however you will want a canifis portal in your home which will buy OSRS gold require completion of DT (also it'll take slgihtly longer to get there, but, whatever).
