Middle school sleepovers were all about RuneScape. What was the specific same match: such an awesome experience for me personally, for all intents and purposes. I fell for a scam. Logged into a discussion of the RuneScape site. I couldnt log back in for another 5-6 hours. I hoped for the best, and submitted an accounts retrieval ticket immediately. I guess I was saved by my authenticator, cause when I tried to log in again that night I had access! None of my stuff was goneall of my cash from the bank. (I had put a PIN earlier, it had not gone into effect yet.) Needless to say I was excited.I determined I was gon na na train for a while that night as a party, I chose thieving to mill out. Didnt know what it was all about. After about 5 degrees reading some posts here about it, and with OSBuddy, I decided to go back to the official client. I didnt want to risk losing my accounts for the usage though Jagex had said they wouldnt prohibit anyone for it.
The next day, I grinded some agility out. Spent more time clicking exactly the same pattern on the screen than I ever had playing with runescpape. I produced it from par 10-39, and on literally my last lap prior to levelling up to 40 (so I could finally get to that new agility course!) I got kicked out again. So I attempted to log back in, it was a hiccup. Some kind of message, saying check account status. Im banned for Macroing. Non-appealable. What the fuck? I have never cheated in runescape match, and that I wouldnt know where to have a bot let alone how to implement it. It took me and yelling at Jagex support to find a hyperlink to appeal the ban. Havent heard from them. Im playing with Hearthstone and seething, although I want nothing more than to be playing right now.
Im dissapointed I paid for a membership, that Jagex has collected on, which I got to use of before becoming banned for something Ive never achieved 3 days.
