Ashdale as the cheap OSRS gold tutorial
They will need to ditch Ashdale as the cheap OSRS gold tutorial and make a brand new one from scratch that does a job introducing the match. For helping ease you into other 14, make guides or clear paths. Fixing those things (among a lot of other things I would imagine) could be a massive help with not just earning fresh runescape players with cellular, but also keeping them playing. They did some tests and discovered that more runescape players stuck around when they were sent to guide island so the change has been made around the middle of 2018. The changes aren't all that large but it has the exact same graphical rework from beneath tides that are cursed.
I don't think that you're giving MTX enough credit tbh, many of these matches which are doing really really well that have plenty of MTX are distinct to RS in a couple of ways - they have no end goal in terms of progress, there isn't any 5.4b xp mark in which you go oh shit okay there is nothing more which MTX can get me and then you move oh fuck jesus christ I wasted plenty of money on thisparticular Games with that kinda MTX model don't have an end point and that is by design, individuals who spin 5.4b (or even max/a couple 99s/120s ect) are met with an emptiness that is somewhat unparalleled and so they will stop once they fulfill that goal, additional games do not have that kinda objective.
Similarly other games largely had MTX within their inception, RS runescape players are largely conservative in nature (although you can argue that this has changed lately ) and so enormous changes like including MTX and making the runescape game mostly MTX centric will drive them off, and it's in droves, to OSRS. Prefer simplicity that's evident in OSRS' runescape player count. I really don't feel that you correct though, as the others have mentioned one of those things with RS3 is that you can make it as easy or as complex as you want.
If it's something you can play the heritage interface style with the extra activity bar now and throw full revo on and be nice for every boss ingame, you're not gont get kill time records but certainly what's available to you, particularly with hotkeys, I believe that is what they were going for with RS3, being able to customize every thing but certainly due to this the skill ceiling is remarkably high and possibly not being able to master the runescape game for a number of people is offputting and they would like not to be there, but I don't think you have much of an argument there.
Either way the implementation that they went was retarded and also this push to enter the market is retarded when you think about the runescape game which RS3 is. If you think you are gonna be able to reliably do anything than afk revo on mobile then you are very misguided, and possibly because of this there will be a massive push to produce the entire match afk revo (that I presume they have to some extent) but I believe they realise that they'll lose a lot of the runescape playerbase that they have left to it. They learnt their lesson with releasing EoC in that trying to make RS didn't go well.Time investment isn't an indication of how great the service is. Netflix is a much better service for the price being asked, although nobody invests the exact same amount of time to it as they can do OSRS although netflix such as is the same cost as OSRS. Netflix offers consistent and reliable streaming of HD television. You understand exactly what you are currently paying for and you get nothing. You will spend more time enjoying OSRS and find it more enjoyable, but for $11 per month, you ought not need to deal with server problems, account safety problems, game integrity issues and a lack of customer service. The runescape money making 2019 point is that we're owed to what we're paying.
