The Diablo development team has announced the release of Patch 1.5 Hotfix 1 on August 8th.
This update primarily targets two key issues:
- Tempering Exploit :

A problem was identified where players could exploit tempering on certain greater affixes, resulting in unlimited re-rolls. This issue has been addressed.

Umbracrux Experience Gain :
- Players discovered that equipping the unique item Umbracrux allowed them to gain excessive experience by defeating specific bosses.
- To counter this, the unique ability of Umbracrux has been temporarily disabled.
- While players can still find and equip the weapon, its unique power will not be functional until a permanent fix is implemented.
The team is actively working on a solution and will communicate updates regarding the re-enabling of this ability once resolved.
