What is first aid training in Northrend?

Before heading to a trainer in Northrend, make sure your First Aid level is at least 360. The highest level available in previous expansions was 375, but even if you didn't hit the max, the trainers here are happy to help, however. When you reach Northrend, you should have the title of First Aid Master. The next level is the master level, and Northrend has several first-aid trainers who can help.

Horde
Sally Tompkins: Find her at the Vengeance Landing in Howling Fjord, on the second floor of the building next to the hotel.
Nurse Applewood: She's standing near the Alchemy Trainer on the main floor of Warsong Hold in Borean Tundra.

Alliance
Anchorite Yazmina: You'll see her by the campfire after walking from the dock in Valgarde in the Howling Fjord.
Brynna Wilson: She's standing by the well in the Fortress of Valor in the Borean Tundra.

Neutral
Olisarra The Kind: Dalaran has all the trainers you need, but you may not be able to use them until you complete the Dalaran Magic Kingdom quest at level 74. If you get there sooner or later, Olisarra can be found in First to Your Aid. She is also a character who completes a daily fishing quest.
Trainers in Northrend will increase the level cap and teach you how to make a Frostweave Bandage, but they won't be able to teach you how to make a Heavy Frostweave Bandage until Patch 4.0.1 in 2011. The current version of the classic game appears to be still in 2008 mode, which means the recipe can only be obtained from one item, the manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage.

This is a random drop from mobs in Icecrown, Zul'Drak, and Grizzly Hills provided your First Aid skill is at least 390. Enemies with humanoids and undead in some places also drop a lot of Frostweave Cloth, which is necessary for the leveling process. At this point, it's also pickup-bound, so it's not available on the auction house.
