When it comes to batteries, we have to talk about the car start-stop system. What is the start-stop system? 
The start-stop system means that the engine starts and stops automatically when the vehicle stops temporarily (such as waiting for a red light). When it is necessary to move forward, the system automatically restarts a system of the engine. When the engine starts, due to the need for ignition and the need to power the starting motor, the vehicle battery must be able to perform high current discharge performance; because the start and stop system restarts the engine frequently, the battery supports frequent high current discharge; when the hybrid power system provides power for the wheels, the battery needs to provide energy support; it can meet the needs of sound, lighting and other electrical equipment in the car. When the vehicle charger charges the battery, the battery should have a strong charge acceptance performance; the AGM/EFB battery can meet the requirements of the start-stop function.

EFB, namely enhanced liquid-rich battery technology. 
On the basis of traditional battery technology, EFB battery can improve its deep cycle performance by adjusting the formula of active material. In addition, the enhanced assembly strength of the internal pole group makes the battery have stronger anti-seismic performance while improving its life. 
EFB batteries can meet the needs of modern vehicle power systems, such as start-stop systems, and provide plenty of energy for more additional electrical equipment, such as navigators, etc. 
Compared with the traditional battery, the EFB battery adopts a unique formula of enhanced lead paste, and the fiber film of the positive plate replaces the original lining paper to prevent the active material of the battery from falling off, which not only prolongs the battery's deep cycle life by more than 2 times, but also greatly improves the charge acceptance ability of the battery.

And what does agm battery mean?AGM, that is adsorption fiberglass separator technology. AGM battery adopts lean liquid design, the electrode plate is not immersed in the electrolyte, except for a part of the electrolyte absorbed inside the plate, most of the electrolyte is adsorbed on the porous fiberglass separator, and the tight assembly technology is adopted to make the plate fully contact the electrolyte. 
The partition keeps a certain proportion of the pores not occupied by the electrolyte, which is to provide a channel for the oxygen released from the positive electrode to move to the negative electrode to ensure that the oxygen can be better diffused to the negative electrode to recombine to form water. 
Using AGM technology, on the one hand, it can effectively prevent electrolyte delamination, thus increasing the battery deep cycle life (which can reach 3 times that of ordinary batteries) and service life; on the other hand, because AGM separator has lower resistance, it has better low temperature performance. 
Compared with EFB battery, AGM battery has better deep cycle characteristics and can meet the application needs of vehicles with start-stop system and energy recovery system, as well as high-end luxury cars. 
On the other hand, EFB has the characteristics of low cost and wide temperature range, and its overall performance can meet the needs of entry-level start-stop system.
