You come across newer, more powerful enemies along the way, but you are just as likely to wind up fighting lions or the Knolls you watched 30 levels prior, just beefed up to beat you. It is something Blizzard started to mess around with. However, with each zone looking different whether you're on Kalimdor or the Eastern Kingdoms, you are always discovering new sights when basically the same quest're running.
