Floricot 100 mcg tablet is a steroid medicine containing Fludrocortisone as its main component. It is used to treat a condition called Addison’s disease, in which the adrenal glands do not produce sufficient hormones. It is also used in salt-losing adrenogenital syndrome (a disease that limits the hormone production of the adrenal gland). Take Floricot 100 mcg tablet exactly as told by your doctor. Do not suddenly stop taking this tablet without consulting your doctor as it may worsen your condition.
Floricot Tablet is a mineralocorticoid used for the treatment of Addison's disease (a condition where the adrenal gland doesn't produce enough hormones) and other salt-losing forms of congenital adrenogenital syndrome (a group of inherited disorders that limits the hormone production of the adrenal gland). This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.
