If you're ready to go even deeper down the rabbit hole Diablo Immortal offers what is called"the "Boon of Plenty D2R Items." It's essentially a thirty-day subscription for $10 that grants you increased inventory space, $300 Eternal Orbs (Diablo Immortal's premium currency).
Access to the game's Market from anywhere, extra Market trading slot machines, and a steady amount of Rare and Legendary Crests that power Elder Rifts. This isn't a bad deal and the extra storage space in the inventory is great, but from our experience it's not a great deal. Boon of Plenty doesn't bring much other than of the needed Legendary Crests that it gives.
It is possible to purchase Eternal Orbs directly through the in-game shop, though this isn't the best deal and is likely to be the most inefficient use the money you have. Eternal Orbs allow you to buy crafting equipment as well rare and legendary Crests they can also be used to purchase cosmetic packages and also to purchase Platinum which is used to purchase goods from fellow players who are on the Market.
If you're happy to keep pumping money into Diablo Immortal to get ahead by purchasing Eternal Orbs is how you do it, either by using them to purchase Legendary Crests or using them to purchase Platinum and purchase Legendary Gems or upgrades directly from other players.
It is possible to play Diablo Immortal for free without paying a dime is definitely possible. Playing the main story as like a single-player RPG is a pleasurable experience that feels like there should be something of a cost with it.
