Workplace Mental Health - A Series - An Overview Of The Issue

There's lots of misunderstanding about what's planning on with ObamaCare, and one of the issues that I've noticed in discussions with clients, is that there's an underlying pair of myths that folks have found about medical care reform that just aren't true. But since of they've seen in the press, persons feel these urban myths are now true.Today we're planning to share three fables I hear most commonly. Maybe not every one feels these urban myths, but enough do, and others are unsure what to think, so that it justifies dispelling these fables now.

The first one is that medical care reform just influences uninsured people. The second one is that Medicare advantages and the Medicare plan isn't planning to be suffering from healthcare reform. Let's consider the first myth about medical care reform only affecting uninsured people. In lots of the discussions I've with clients, there are numerous expressions they choose: "I have protection, so I won't be suffering from ObamaCare," or "I'll only keep my grandfathered health insurance strategy," and the final one - and this 1 I could give them a little leeway, because element of what they're stating does work -- is "I have class medical health insurance, so I won't be affected by health care reform." Effectively, the truth is that healthcare reform is really likely to affect everybody. Therefore these new programs are going to be larger cost.

People that now have medical health insurance will be transitioned in to these new plans some time in 2014. And so the insured will soon be directly afflicted with that because medical plans they've today are getting away, and they'll be mapped right into a new ObamaCare plan in 2014.
