Recently, I visited the British Airways New York Office and I can say that my experience was fantastic. The staff was very cooperative and gave me clear answers to all my queries regarding my flight. The office was well-organized and clean, making it feel like a warm welcome. I especially liked the speed of the check-in process and how quickly everything was processed. Overall, the level of customer service was completely satisfying, and I am definitely willing to recommend that office to anyone flying with British Airways; without that help, the overall experience would definitely have not been as smooth and free from hassle.
