1. The mold's design is reasonable

3. Boost the caliber of mold production and processing
The wear resistance, fracture resistance, and anti-adhesion ability of the mold, which directly affect the service life of the mold, are closely related to the surface quality of the working portions of the mold. 6. Lubrication and blanking
Good lubrication conditions can considerably lengthen the life of a die by reducing wear, friction heat, and punching force.
7. The prudent use and upkeep of molds
To prevent accelerated wear, the depth of the punch entering the die during blanking operation must be closely regulated. The cutting edge of the convex and concave die will unavoidably show wear and wear groove lines after the die has been used for a while. At this point, mending the mold beforehand can lower the friction force, stop the wear groove from cracking, prevent an additional bending moment from the unequal gap between the convex and concave mold after wear, and extend the mold's useful life.
