When conducting the study, Think Service combined sales and marketing statistics with data from game designers as well as other professionals working in the field.

The top spot is Nintendo's Kyoto studio that is the source of the most popular Nintendo DS as well as Wii games Wii Sports, Wii Play as well as Brain Age and its sequel. According to CMP the survey, respondents pointed out the studio's emphasis on quality specifically. The second place was the studio owned by Activision Infinity Ward, which was acknowledged for its work environment professionalism, dedication, and focus on quality.
