I can't recall ever defeating one of Elden Ring's gigantic bears during the 90-hours (and counting) with the game. The sorcery-wielding, red-furred wolves that roam in the Lands Between continue to Elden Ring Runes be my biggest nightmare. I break out into sweating each time I hear the tell-tale chirps of an unseen attack bird flapping its wings within a tree, or the castle's rampart....
