Delhi-Mumbai Expressway Faces Delays; Revised Target Date Announced

Stalled Progress in Gujarat
As of now, only 630 kilometres of the total 1,386-kilometre expressway are operational. These include sections like Sohna-Dausa-Sawai Madhopur and Jhalawar-MP/Gujarat border. The delay can be primarily attributed to land acquisition issues in Gujarat, despite proactive measures taken by the state government.
