Il Surya Namaskar è una serie di 12 posizioni base yoga, combinando movimento, respirazione e consapevolezza. Inizia con la Posizione di Preghiera (Pranamasana), seguita dall'Allungamento delle Braccia (Hastauttanasana) e dalla Posizione dei Piedi e Mani (Hasta Padasana). Successivamente, passa alla Posizione del Cavallo (Ashwa Sanchalanasana), alla Posizione del Bastone (Dandasana), all'Ashtanga Namaskara e al Cobra (Bhujangasana). Completa con il Cane a testa in giù (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Ogni movimento migliora flessibilità, forza, circolazione, postura e riduce lo stress, favorendo equilibrio e concentrazione mentale.
