Google Account Recovery Page
There is no way to look at your Gmail password without changing it. Google, for security purposes, doesn't save your password in a form that you can view it. To restore access, you'll have to use the password reset process.
But if you had already stored your Gmail password in your browser password manager (such as Chrome), you may be able to retrieve it there. You'll normally have to log back into your Google account in order to retrieve your stored passwords.
How to view your saved passwords in Chrome:
Open Chrome: Open up the Chrome browser on your computer.
Access Password Manager: In the top right, click on your profile picture, then "Settings".
Find Saved Passwords: Scroll down in the settings menu and locate "Passwords" and click on it.
View Saved Passwords: You will get a list of websites and accounts where you have saved passwords. Locate your Google account, and you can view your Gmail password.
Unless your password has already been saved to Chrome, you'll be able to recover it through Google Account recovery procedures.
