 A: Yes. On Friday, 21st November, the campaign requirement has been lifted. You can begin assembling your squads immediately.

 A: Treyarch's clear goal is to keep your account active. The Gift Pack and Endgame free access are direct incentives that will keep you in BO7 for the duration of the competitor’s free week.
