I recently used to go tracking to check the status of my parcel, but the shipment information hasn't been updated for several days. The tracking page still shows the same transit status, making it difficult to know whether my package is moving or delayed.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with to go tracking? I would appreciate any suggestions on how often the tracking system updates or what steps I should take if my shipment status remains unchanged for an extended period.
