This program is designed to enable aspiring finance professionals, known as “emerging CFOs,” to begin the process of rounding out their skills. It covers various themes including Finance Business Partnership, Leadership, Strategy & Value Creation and Digital Transformation in a multimodal learning journey over 7 - 10 months.
Ultimately, a successful CFO will need to communicate effectively with many stakeholders – employees, the board, shareholders, analysts and investors. The HOFT Academy provides an opportunity for participants to improve their public speaking and communications abilities through a group workshop. Those with further development needs will also have the option of receiving one-to-one professional mentoring from a high performing CFO and/or finance leader.
