Building & Infrastructure
Our manufacturing plants are located in Dongguan City and Yingde City, Guangdong Province. Covering an area of 12000 square meters and 30000 square meters respectively. We have 7 cast and blow extrusion production lines with a total annual output of 10000 tons. Our facilities are dust-free and sanitary facilities for the production of food contact films. Our site is controlled by access control, equipped with a modern fire protection system, continuous power supply, and supported by generators to achieve 24脳7 production. Our proximity to Shenzhen port enables us to transport goods effectively around the world.
Production Line Machines
Juyou has the most advanced automatic four-axis winding and five-layer co-extruded cast film extrusion lines and state-of-the-art multi-layer blown film extrusion lines with custom moulds, automatic film thickness profile control, automatic raw material delivery and metering systems and robot processing of finished rolls using the latest industrial 4.0 standard electronic control.
Post-extrusion processing, including high-speed rewinder and automatic cartoning machine, can achieve the economies of scale needed for large retailers and brand owners.
The end of line packaging include automatic shipper cartoning machines, carton marking and shrink packing machines.
