Le CiNéMa Club

The site for streaming independent films, Le CinéMa Club, was relaunched earlier this year with a new look. The website first came out in 2015, and its goal is to promote new artists and bring attention to rare gems that don't get as much attention as they should.

People know that the site is to watch movies and tv series online free new movies every week and that filmmakers can send in their own movies. Even though most of the content on the site is short films, full-length films of any length are welcome. In the past, the site streamed Claire Denis's very rare song "Keep It for Yourself." When this article was written, the website was playing Diddly Squat by Frank Lebon.

Crackle

Since Sony owns Crackle, it's a great place to find free movies online. So, of course, you can watch a lot of movies. You have to sign up and make a watchlist, and then you'll see suggestions based on what's important to you.

Crackle has a lot of popular movies and TV shows that you won't be able to watch for free anywhere else. As long as you don't mind seeing a few ads and commercials. Seinfeld, Firefly, Sports Jeopardy, and many other great shows are on it. Crackle also has apps for Android and iOS, which is a clear plus.

Some of Crackle's content might not work in your country because of licence restrictions. You can use a VPN or proxy service to get to them.

What we like about Crackle?

More than 100 movies that are all legal to watch for free
Useful settings for subtitles make it easy to watch.
What we didn't like about Crackle:

Content that is only available in certain places
In-movie advertisements
Availability: USA

Crackle has free movies:

  • Predestination
  • The bus to Busan
  • I'm not your black boy.

Pluto TV

Pluto TV is one of my favourite services on this list because it tries to look like a traditional TV. This service lets you watch free movies online and has more than 75 TV channels from a variety of categories. All of these channels are split up into sections for news, TV, movies, technology, sports, and other popular topics.

Pluto TV also has official apps for almost all of the most popular platforms, so you can watch shows and movies on the go. They also have their own channel just for movies.

One thing to keep in mind is that you can only watch some channels if you are in the US. So, if you want a smooth experience, you can either use a VPN service or a proxy.

We like what Pluto TV has to offer.

  • Interface like a traditional TV
  • Worldwide and on multiple platforms

We didn't like these things about Pluto TV:

  • No latest movies
  • Frequent advertisements and commercials
  • It's available everywhere: (More content in the US)
