Gold Gravity Processing Machine is used for the enrichment and recovery of oxidized rock gold, mainly using the relative density, particle size and shape of the mineral particles to be sorted and the speed and direction of their movement in the medium (water, air or other liquids with higher relative density) The difference makes them separate from each other. Gold Gravity Processing Machine is widely used in the processing of coal, non-ferrous metals, rare metals, precious metal ores, and also used in the processing of non-metallic ores such as asbestos and diamond.

For alluvial gold ore, we do not need to crush and grind the ore.
The general processing flow is usually:
1st.Screening and washing (trommel screen). We always use the trommel screen to wash the raw ore and remove the barren rocks and gravels.
2nd. Enriching (Gravity separation equipment). The gravity separation equipment such as the centrifugal concentrator, spiral chute, jig machine, are always applied at this process to enrich the heavy minerals.
3rd. Roughing, scavenging, and cleaning. We usually apply the shaking table for concentration after the 2nd step.
4th. Refinery. We could use the gold melting furnace to smelt the gold sand into shape lastly.
