If you want to do to roadrunner email setting on another computer then you have to follow the instructions given below:

Open Windows Live Mail and then click the Accounts tab.

Tab on the email icon.

Fill the details like email address, password and the name you would like to display with your sent messages, then click Next.

Choose POP or IMAP settings in the Server type dropdown.

Enter your server settings:

Click Next.
