Yeah when I had been f2p I saw folks in full rune tanking the level 50 spiders about the 3rd level of stronghold with bronze arrows. That might do the job. I also know that the people with very high range exp in f2p did ice cubes for at least a lot of their exp. So perhaps those would work too.
