The fine powder after the crushed material is brought into the analyzer for sorting along with the circulating air of the blower. The coarse material falls back for regrinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone powder collector along with the airflow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe. That's the finished product.
In the Raymond mill chamber, the material to be ground contains a certain amount of water, heat is generated during the grinding process, the water vapor evaporates, the pipeline connection of the whole machine is not tight, the external air is sucked in, and the circulating air pressure is increased to ensure that the mill is under negative pressure. state. Working in this state, the increased airflow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air pipe and then discharged into the atmosphere after purification.
The grinding machine is composed of the main machine, classifier, blower, finished product cyclone separator, pipeline device, motor, and so on.
