O Governo do Pará aprovou,aposte e ganha nesta terça-feira (7), junto à Assembleia Legislativa do Estado (Alepa), em turno único, o Projeto de Lei que cria a Secretaria de Estado das Mulheres (Semu), cuja titular deverá ser a advogada Paula Gomes, ex-deputada estadual e filiada ao MDB. A Semu tem por missão planejar, coordenar e articular a execução de políticas públicas para as mulheres paraenses, que representam - segundo dados da Fundação Amazônia de Amparo a Estudos e Pesquisas (Fapespa), referentes a 2020 - cerca de 49,8% da população do Estado.
