1) Error Code 011

This error code occurs with the Roku streaming device and occurs when the device is unable to sync with the Roku account. This is a common issue with users who don’t have a high-speed internet connection.

You can fix this error by restarting the Roku device. In some cases, the screen will light up with instructions for fixing error code 011. Generally, the on-screen instructions are adequate for activating the setup procedures.

2) Error Code 003

This error code appears when the Roku device’s software is not updated to the latest software version.  Go; ahead update the software settings on your Roku devices. Once the software version is updated, the error code 003 will be fixed. On the contrary, if the error is still there, it is better to check the router settings and make sure that the Roku device is getting high-speed internet signals.

There are different factors that can stop software updates, and firewall blocking is one of them. So, you may turn off the firewall blocking updates on your system, and the software will be installed.

3) Error Code 014

Network and Internet connection problems appear as error code 014.  Check the network connection and make sure the wireless connection is strong enough to stream the videos.

 If you are using a wired internet connection, check the Ethernet cable to ensure it’s connected; second there are no visible damages to the cables.  A damaged cable would require replacement not repair.

 4) Error Code 005

 Error code 005 may appear because the software is attempting update, but the internet connection is slow.  Check Wi-Fi connection along with its connectivity status. Check that the Roku device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Also, you ensure that login credentials for the Wi-Fi network are correct.  To resolve the error reconnect the Roku device to the internet connection to refresh the internet signals. You may reboot the internet router and Roku device as well

 5) Error Code 009

The error 009 code on Roku devices means that there are issues with the internet access. In addition to error code 009, pop-ups like “not connected to internet” and “unable to connect to internet” may also appear

Check if the Roku devices are connected to the Wi-Fi connection and internet is secured. The speed of the internet requires intervention from the internet service provider.  If the internet doesn’t speed up, we recommend that you call the internet service provider to get internet-speed related issues fixed.

6) Error Code 001

The error code 001 appears with Roku devices for various reasons, first, ensure, you have typed in the correct password with the Roku device for internet connection. Second, the internet speed must be high to allow a proper connection. For improving the internet speed, try talk to the internet service provider and upgrade the internet plan.

7) Error Code 018

Error code 018 will appear with the Roku device when both connection and network are either not available or not working properly... The first thing is to check the Wi-Fi network and make sure it’s working properly. Roku device must be properly connected to the wireless network. For issues with internet connection, internet speed, you may call your ISP.
