The acetaminophen nomogram is used to assess the need for treatment in acute immediate-release overdoses with a known time of ingestion. In addition, there has been an increase in the production and usage of illicit PADs and emergence of new psychoactive substances (NPSs) all over the world. PADs pose unique challenges for critical care providers who may encounter toxicology issues due to drug interactions, side effects, or drug overdoses. This article provides a summary of the toxicologic features of commonly used and abused PADs antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, hallucinogens, NPSs, caffeine, nicotine, and cannabis.Over the last 2 decades, prescription and nonprescription substance use has significantly increased. In this article, 3 particular drug classes-opioids, sedatives, and hypnotics-are discussed. For each class, a brief history of the agent, a description of relevant pharmacology, the clinical presentation of overdose, the management of specific drug overdoses, and a summary of salient points are presented. The intent is to provide a clinically relevant and comprehensive approach to understanding these potential substance exposures in order to provide a framework for management of opioid, sedative, and hypnotic overdoses.

  • Background Bladder cancer (**) is one of the most common malignancies world-wide with high morbidity and mortality. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are thought to play a critical role in cancer development. LncRNA NRON, a repressor of activated T-cell nuclear factor (NFAT), has been shown to be dysregulated in many cancer types. However, the clinical significance and molecular mechanism of NRON in bladder cancer is still unknown. Methods The expression levels of NRON in ** tissues and cell lines were tested by RT-qPCR. Survival analysis was performed to detect the correlation between NRON expression and clinical outcomes in patients with **. The biological role of NRON in ** cells proliferation and metastasis was examined in vitro and in vivo. Results The expression of NRON was significantly upregulated in ** specimens and cell lines compared with paired adjacent normal tissues and normal cell lines. The upregulation of NRON in bladder cancer patients was significantly associated with the depth of bladder tumor invasion and poor prognosis. Knockdown of NRON inhibited ** cells proliferation, migration, invasion and tumorigenicity. Furthermore, NRON promoted epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) progression, and NRON-induced EZH2 expression contributed to this process. Transmission of the virus is mainly through oral secretions; however, transmission through organ transplantation and blood transfusion has been reported. In order to evade immune recognition, EBV establishes latent infection in B lymphocytes where it expresses limited sets of proteins called EBV transcription programs (ETPs), including six nuclear antigens (EBNAs), three latent membrane proteins (LMP), and untranslated RNA called EBV encoded RNA (EBER), shown to efficiently transform B cells into lymphoblastic cells. These programs undergo different patterns of expression which determine the occurrence of distinct types of latency in the pathogenesis of a particular tumor. Hematopoietic cell derived tumors include but not limited to Burkitt's lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders, and natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma. EBV undergoes lytic infection in epithelia cells for amplification of the viral particle for transmission where it expresses lytic stage genes. However, for reasons yet to be unveiled, EBV switches from the expression of lytic stage genes to the expression of ETPs in epithelia cells. The expression of the ETPs lead to the transformation of epithelia cells into permanently proliferating cells, resulting in epithelia cell derived malignancies such as nasopharyngeal cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer.   • Many biologists are interested in teaching computing skills or using computing in the classroom, despite not being formally trained in these skills themselves. Thus biologists may find themselves researching how to teach these skills, and therefore many individuals are individually attempting to discover resources and methods to do so. Recent years have seen an expansion of new technologies to assist in delivering course content interactively. Educational research provides insights into how learners absorb and process information during interactive learning. In this review, we discuss the value of teaching foundational computing skills to biologists, and strategies and tools to do so. Additionally, we review the literature on teaching practices to support the development of these skills. We pay special attention to meeting the needs of diverse learners, and consider how different ways of delivering course content can be leveraged to provide a more inclusive classroom experience. Our goal is to enable biologists to teach computational skills and use computing in the classroom successfully. EngenderHealth, an international sexual and reproductive health and rights organization, has been supporting the governments of Gujarat and Rajasthan since 2014 through the Expanding Access to IUD Services in India (EAISI) project by building the capacity of service providers, monitoring compliance with standard practices, and strengthening health systems. This study sought to assess whether EAISI-trained providers offer higher quality IUD services than non-EAISI-trained providers, as indicated by a reduction in confirmed IUD complications. Methods The study team conducted an analytical cross-sectional study of secondary data collected from follow-up registers at 176 intervention facilities (38 in Gujarat and 138 in Rajasthan) during Phase I of the EAISI project. We aimed to investigate the role of hypothalamus-derived NPY in bone metabolism. METHODS Accordingly, adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated RNA interference (RNAi) was utilized to downregulate NPY gene expression in rats fed regular chow (RC) or a high-fat diet (HF). The serum concentrations of glucose, insulin, corticosterone, osteocalcin, insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), triglycerides (TC), and cholesterol (TG) and fat mass and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured to assess the effect of NPY knockdown on basal and obesity-induced BMD. Forkhead transcription factor (FoxO1) and activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) were measured to explore the molecular mechanism of the effect of dorsomedial nucleus (DMH) NPY knockdown on bone formation. RESULTS Our results showed that DMH NPY knockdown enhanced basal and the obesity-induced decrease in BMD and osteocalcin and promoted the phosphorylation of FoxO1 and reduced the expression of ATF4. PATIENTS AND METHODS Sixteen patients that were surgically treated for DNM from 2008 to 2017 at our hospital were consecutively enrolled in observational descriptive study. RESULTS Twelve patients had disease localised above tracheal bifurcation level. Nine of them underwent transcervical drainage, three patients underwent more extensive treatment. Four patients with disease spread below the treacheal bifurcation level were treated with transcervical drainage in combination with posterolateral thoracotomy or videothoracoscopy. Three patients underwent videothoracoscopy - two of them as primary surgical treatment with need of one reoperation - contralateral videothoracoscopy. The third patient was initially treated with a transcervical approach and videothoracoscopy was indicated as a reoperation because of the progression of the disease. One patient died (mortality 6.25%). CONCLUSION In management of descending necrotizing mediastinitis, early diagnosis, aggressive surgical treatment and use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and nowadays also multidisciplinary approach are crucial.     Many biologists are interested in teaching computing skills or using computing in the classroom, despite not being formally trained in these skills themselves. Thus biologists may find themselves researching how to teach these skills, and therefore many individuals are individually attempting to discover resources and methods to do so. Recent years have seen an expansion of new technologies to assist in delivering course content interactively. Educational research provides insights into how learners absorb and process information during interactive learning. In this review, we discuss the value of teaching foundational computing skills to biologists, and strategies and tools to do so. Additionally, we review the literature on teaching practices to support the development of these skills. We pay special attention to meeting the needs of diverse learners, and consider how different ways of delivering course content can be leveraged to provide a more inclusive classroom experience. Our goal is to enable biologists to teach computational skills and use computing in the classroom successfully. A direct decompression through anterior approach or an indirect decompression through posterior approach has been proposed. We report a rare multiloculated large C1-C2 cyst extending down to C3 body with myelopathy that created a dilemma in choice of approach. A modified posterior approach was adopted for decompression. METHODS A 72-year-old lady, known case of Rheumatoid arthritis, presented with cervical myelopathy which was rapidly progressive since 2 months being her to wheel chair bound. She had clumsiness of gait and bilateral grip weakness. Both upper and lower extremities had nonfunctional power (medical research council scale grade 2). Deep tendon reflexes were exaggerated. Sensation was reduced in trunk and both extremities. Magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography scan showed a large multiloculated cyst compressing spinal cord. Here author used modified posterior approach from the right side to access the cyst. The C2 ganglion excision, vertebral artery isolation, and resection of the pars allowed an approach similar to transforaminal decompression in the lumbar spine. A large antero-lateral epidural part of the cyst was excised. The retro-dental cyst was decompressed by puncturing cyst. Biopsy confirmed a synovial cyst. RESULT The patient showed rapid neurological recovery after surgery. Postoperative magnetic resonance imaging at 3 months showed complete resolution of cyst. At 2-year follow-up, there was a complete neurological recovery with residual spasticity. CONCLUSION A customized posterior approach allowed near total excision of a rare multiloculated large C1-2 cyst extending to the C3 body. This allowed visualisation anterior to the spinal cord without undue retraction that saved an additional anterior decompression. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE 5.STUDY DESIGN Retrospective cohort study. Implementation of ERAS protocols in spine surgeries has been limited to mostly single-institution studies, and no population-based data exist on the impact of the level of implementation of various ERAS components on outcomes. METHODS In this study we identified 265,576 posterior lumbar fusion surgeries from 2006 to 2016. The main effect was the application of eight ERAS-related practices 1) multimodal analgesia, 2) tranexamic acid, 3) antiemetics, 4) steroids, 5) early physical therapy, 6) avoidance of urinary catheters, 7) avoidance of patient-controlled analgesia, 8) avoidance of wound drains. Patients were classified by levels of ERAS implementation "High", "Medium" and "Low" ERAS implementation if they received >5, 3-5, or less then 3 ERAS components, respectively.

    Bleeding after thyroidectomy occurs due to violent coughing during emergence. Dexmedetomidine is helpful for the smooth emergence and suppression of cough. The purpose of the present study was to compare the effects of dexmedetomidine on postoperative bleeding after thyroidectomy.

    Randomized, double-blind, controlled trials were conducted in female patients (ASA I-II, aged 20 to 60 years). The patients were randomly allocated into two groups. Approximately 15min before the end of the surgery, dexmedetomidine was administered (0.6µg/kg/h) without a loading dose in group D (n = 69), and normal saline was administered in group S (n = 70) at the same infusion rate. Hemodynamic data, coughing reflex, extubation time, Ramsay sedation scale (RSS), and recovery time were assessed during the administration of the study drugs and recovery from anesthesia. The amount of postoperative hemorrhage was measured for 3 days.

    Data from a total of 139 patients were analyzed. The incidence of severe cough was significantly lower in group D than in group S (4.3 % vs. 11.5 %, P = 0.022). The emergence agitation in the postanesthetic care unit was significantly lower in group D than in group S (P = 0.01). Postoperative bleeding was significantly lower in group D than in group S until the second postoperative day (P = 0.015).

    Clustering is a crucial step in the analysis of single-cell data.     The interactions of proteins are determined by their sequences and affect the regulation of the cell cycle, signal transduction and metabolism, which is of extraordinary significance to modern proteomics research. Despite advances in experimental technology, it is still expensive, laborious, and time-consuming to determine protein-protein interactions (PPIs), and there is a strong demand for effective bioinformatics approaches to identify potential PPIs. Considering the large amount of PPI data, a high-performance processor can be utilized to enhance the capability of the deep learning method and directly predict protein sequences.

    We propose the Sequence-Statistics-Content protein sequence encoding format (SSC) based on information extraction from the original sequence for further performance improvement of the convolutional neural network.     Plant defensins are a broadly distributed family of antimicrobial peptides which have been primarily studied for agriculturally relevant antifungal activity. Recent studies have probed defensins against Gram-negative bacteria revealing evidence for multiple mechanisms of action including membrane lysis and ribosomal inhibition. Herein, a truncated synthetic analog containing the γ-core motif of Amaranthus tricolor DEF2 (Atr-DEF2) reveals Gram-negative antibacterial activity and its mechanism of action is probed via proteomics, outer membrane permeability studies, and iron reduction/chelation assays.

Bleeding after thyroidectomy occurs due to violent coughing during emergence. Dexmedetomidine is helpful for the smooth emergence and suppression of cough. The purpose of the present study was to compare the effects of dexmedetomidine on postoperative bleeding after thyroidectomy. Randomized, double-blind, controlled trials were conducted in female patients (ASA I-II, aged 20 to 60 years). The patients were randomly allocated into two groups. Approximately 15min before the end of the surgery, dexmedetomidine was administered (0.6µg/kg/h) without a loading dose in group D (n = 69), and normal saline was administered in group S (n = 70) at the same infusion rate. Hemodynamic data, coughing reflex, extubation time, Ramsay sedation scale (RSS), and recovery time were assessed during the administration of the study drugs and recovery from anesthesia. The amount of postoperative hemorrhage was measured for 3 days. Data from a total of 139 patients were analyzed. The incidence of severe cough was significantly lower in group D than in group S (4.3 % vs. 11.5 %, P = 0.022). The emergence agitation in the postanesthetic care unit was significantly lower in group D than in group S (P = 0.01). Postoperative bleeding was significantly lower in group D than in group S until the second postoperative day (P = 0.015). Dexmedetomidine can be helpful in decreasing bleeding after thyroidectomy by reducing coughing and emergence agitation. Despite advances in experimental technology, it is still expensive, laborious, and time-consuming to determine protein-protein interactions (PPIs), and there is a strong demand for effective bioinformatics approaches to identify potential PPIs. Considering the large amount of PPI data, a high-performance processor can be utilized to enhance the capability of the deep learning method and directly predict protein sequences. We propose the Sequence-Statistics-Content protein sequence encoding format (SSC) based on information extraction from the original sequence for further performance improvement of the convolutional neural network. The original protein sequences are encoded in the three-channel format by introducing statistical information (the second channel) and bigram encoding information (thod may be useful for analyzing protein sequence-related tasks. Herein, we report a series of 3,4-dihydrobenzo[f][1,4]oxazepin-5(2H)-one derivatives as a new class of ROCK inhibitors. Structure-activity relationship studies led to the discovery of compound 12b, which showed potent activities against ROCK I and ROCK â…¡ with IC50 values of 93 nM and 3 nM, respectively. 12b also displayed considerable selectivity for ROCKs. The mean IOP-lowering effect of 12b in an ocular normotensive model was 34.3%, and no obvious hyperemia was observed. Overall, this study provides a good starting point for ROCK-targeting drug discovery against glaucoma.Several phosphonium derivatives have been synthesized from Baylis-Hillman (BH) reaction derived allyl bromides and aryl phosphines as mitochondria targeting anticancer agents. The results showed that the optimized wafers possessed high water uptake capabilities while entertaining very high porosity levels (86-89%). Microbiological assay revealed the superiority of the selected curcumin wafers versus free curcumin in bacterial growth inhibition against Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bacteria. The anti-inflammatory effects of the selected curcumin wafers were evaluated against pro-inflammatory cytokines. The results suggested that they were significantly better than free curcumin in lowering cytokines levels. To conclude, the obtained findings revealed that curcumin wafers offered a promising solution in the field of wound healing.

  • Objectives The Pain Anxiety Symptoms Scale (PASS-20) is well validated in adults and younger populations, but not in older adults. This study aimed to analyze the psychometric properties of the PASS-20 in Spanish older adults who experience chronic pain.Methods Participants were 111 older adults with chronic pain living in nursing homes (mean age = 83.36; SD = 6.53; 78.6% female). Face-to-face interviews were conducted which included assessment of pain anxiety (PASS-20), chronic pain acceptance (CPAQ), depression symptoms (GDS), catastrophizing beliefs (PCS), pain severity, and sociodemographic information. An Exploratory Structural Equation Modeling (ESEM) approach was used to refine the scale.Results The final scale was composed of seven items, measuring two factors that could be labeled "Internal experiences" and "Escape/Avoidance behaviors". The two factors explained 60.98% of the total variance. PASS-7 version fit properly χ2/df = 14.57/13, CMIN/df = 1.121, CFI = 0.99, RMSEA = 0.033, TLI = 0.98, GFI = 0.96, AGFI = 0.92. Good validity indices were found and acceptable reliability results in the scale and its subscales (Chronbach´s α; Internal Experiences = 0.70; Escape/Avoidance Behaviors= 0.73; Total Scale = 0.77).Conclusions The short version of the PASS-7 has good psychometric properties.Clinical Implications The brevity of the PASS-7 increases the feasibility of this instrument which could potentially be utilized in a variety of clinical settings and research studies with older people with chronic pain samples, specially institutionalized older adults.Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B (MenB) is the most common cause of meningococcal disease in adolescents and young adults. In Australia, MenB vaccination has been available through private prescription since 2014 and has been recommended for at-risk groups including adolescents, young adults who smoke and people medically at risk. For each of these at-risk groups, we estimated cumulative annual coverage of MenB vaccination between 2014 and 2019. We also evaluated factors associated with vaccination coverage in 2019. Our analyses used electronic health records in the national MedicineInsight database for people regularly attending general practices. Cumulative vaccination coverage increased among the at-risk groups between 2014 and 2019 from 0.09% to 1.65% for adolescents, from 0.01% to 0.15% for young adults who smoke, and from 0.35% to 12.09% for people medically at risk. However, vaccination coverage in 2019 remained very low across these groups. Data sparsity prevented the evaluation of factors associated with vaccination coverage for smokers. We observed variation in the relative risk of being vaccinated by age, sex, socioeconomic and clinical factors for adolescents and people medically at risk. Still, the absolute magnitude of coverage was low across all subgroups examined, and indicates a need for strategies to increase vaccination uptake among at-risk groups irrespective of patient and practice characteristics. Our study provides baseline data for monitoring menB vaccination uptake among recommended groups in light of limited national data, especially for medically at-risk groups.Sleep disturbances are a pervasive problem among postmenopausal women, with an estimated 40 to 64% reporting poor sleep. Hypnosis is a promising intervention for sleep disturbances. This study examined optimal dose and delivery for a manualized hypnosis intervention to improve sleep. Ninety postmenopausal women with poor sleep were randomized to 1 of 4 interventions 5 in-person, 3 in-person, 5 phone, or 3 phone contacts. All received hypnosis audio recordings, with instructions for daily practice for 5 weeks. Feasibility measures included treatment satisfaction ratings and practice adherence. Sleep outcomes were sleep quality, objective and subjective duration, and bothersomeness of poor sleep. Results showed high treatment satisfaction, adherence, and clinically meaningful (≥ 0.5 SD) sleep improvement for all groups. Sleep quality significantly improved, p less then .05, η2 = .70, with no significant differences between groups, with similar results for the other sleep outcomes across all treatment arms. Comparable results between phone and in-person groups suggest that a unique "dose" and delivery strategy is highly feasible and can have clinically meaningful impact. This study provides pilot evidence that an innovative hypnosis intervention for sleep (5 phone contacts with home practice) reduces the burden on participants while achieving maximum treatment benefit.Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is a progressive inflammatory disease. The results showed that HUCMSCs not only inhibited the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and activation of pancreatic stellate cells but also suppressed the apoptosis of acinar cells. Further investigation revealed that HUCMSCs noticeably suppressed the AKT-mTOR-S6K1 pathway in the pancreatic tissue of DBTC-induced CP. This article leverages an online survey of general practitioners' (GPs') attitudes toward the soon-to-be-available COVID-19 vaccines, implemented in October-November 2020 (before the COVID-19 vaccines were authorized in France), to study the evolution of the distribution of their demographic and professional characteristics and opinions about these vaccines, as the survey fieldwork progressed, as reminders were sent out to encourage them to participate. Focusing on the analysis of the potential determinants of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance, we also tested if factors related to survey participation biased the association estimates. Our results show that online surveys of health professionals may be subject to significant selection bias that can have a significant impact on estimates of the prevalence of some of these professionals' behavioral, opinion, or attitude variables.

Hypnosis is a promising intervention for sleep disturbances. This study examined optimal dose and delivery for a manualized hypnosis intervention to improve sleep. Ninety postmenopausal women with poor sleep were randomized to 1 of 4 interventions 5 in-person, 3 in-person, 5 phone, or 3 phone contacts. All received hypnosis audio recordings, with instructions for daily practice for 5 weeks. Feasibility measures included treatment satisfaction ratings and practice adherence. Sleep outcomes were sleep quality, objective and subjective duration, and bothersomeness of poor sleep. Results showed high treatment satisfaction, adherence, and clinically meaningful (≥ 0.5 SD) sleep improvement for all groups. Sleep quality significantly improved, p less then .05, η2 = .70, with no significant differences between groups, with similar results for the other sleep outcomes across all treatment arms. Comparable results between phone and in-person groups suggest that a unique "dose" and delivery strategy is highly feasible and can have clinically meaningful impact. Female paramedics were younger with higher qualifications but were less experienced than their male counterparts. Compared to paramedics working in metropolitan regions, those working in rural and regional areas were generally older with fewer qualifications and were significantly less confident and less prepared to manage mental health presentations (p = 0.001). Compared to male paramedics, females were less confident (p = 0.003), although equally prepared (p = 0.1) to manage mental health presentations. These results suggest that higher qualifications from the tertiary sector may not be adequately preparing paramedics to manage mental health presentations, which signifies a disparity between education provided and workforce preparedness. Thereof, we carried out the structure-based screening of natural products from Echinacea-angustifolia, commonly used to prevent cold and other microbial respiratory infections, targeting SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. Four natural products namely, Echinacoside, Quercetagetin 7-glucoside, Levan N, Inulin from chicory, and 1,3-Dicaffeoylquinic acid, revealed significant docking energy (>-10 kcal/mol) in the SARS-CoV-2 Mpro catalytic pocket via substantial intermolecular contacts formation against co-crystallized ligand ( less then -4 kcal/mol).

  • Paneer is a fresh, soft ready-to-eat cheese that is susceptible to Listeria monocytogenes contamination, exemplified by product recalls in Australia, Canada, and the USA. Previous research demonstrates that L. monocytogenes grows in paneer, however there are no paneer-specific predictive models that quantify the effect of environmental conditions on L. monocytogenes viability. This study measured the viability of a five-strain cocktail of L. monocytogenes in freshly prepared paneer incubated at 4-40 °C. Growth rates were fitted with the extended Ratkowsky square root model, with growth rates ranging from 0.014 to 0.352 log10 CFU/h. In comparison with published models, only the ComBase L. monocytogenes broth model acceptably predicted growth (Bf = 1.01, Af = 1.12) versus the developed model. The influence of paneer pH (5.0-6.0) and storage temperature (41-45 °C) on L. monocytogenes growth at the upper temperature growth boundary was described using a logistic model. These models provide quantitative tools to improve the safety of paneer processing conditions, shelf-life estimation, food safety management plans, and risk assessment.The effect of ohmic heating (OH) (50, 55, and 60 °C, 6 V/cm) on the inactivation kinetics (Weibull model) and morphological changes (scanning electron microscopy and flow cytometry) of Salmonella spp. in infant formula (IF) was evaluated. In addition, thermal load indicators (hydroxymethylfurfural and whey protein nitrogen index, HMF, and WPNI) and bioactive compounds (DPPH, total phenolics, ACE, α-amylase, and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities) were also studied. OH presented a more intense inactivation rate than conventional heating, resulting in a reduction of about 5 log CFU per mL at 60 °C in only 2.91 min, being also noted a greater cell membrane deformation, higher formation of bioactive compounds, and lower values for the thermal load parameters. Overall, OH contributed to retaining the nutritional value and improve food safety in IF processing.The international market of fresh-cut products has witnessed dramatic growth in recent years, stimulated by consumer's demand for healthy, nutritious and convenient foods. One of the main challenging issues for the quality and safety of these products is the potential microbial spoilage that can significantly reduce their shelf-life. The complete identification of fresh-cut product microbiota together with the evaluation of environmental factors impact on microbial composition is of primary importance. We therefore assessed the fungal communities associated with the spoilage of ready-to-eat (RTE) pineapple using a metagenetic amplicon sequencing approach, based on the ITS2 region. Our results revealed a significant variability on fungal species composition between the different batches of RTE pineapple. The initial microbiota composition was the main influencing factor and determined the progress of spoilage. Temperature and storage time were the secondary factors influencing spoilage and their impact was depending on the initial prevalent fungal species, which showed different responses to the various modifications. Thereafter, the suggested algorithm is implemented on a 2-DOf spherical parallel robot as a stabilizer device. By identifying unknown parameters of Jacobian matrix, the relative identification error is obtained as 0.0207. Applying external excitations to the base, the ratio of end-effector to base orientation is acquired as 0.091, demonstrating proper stabilization in comparison with other two well-known methods. The proposed structure also reveals a reliable performance in tracking desired paths for the end-effector Euler angles.

Accordingly, some degrees of adaptation to the involved conditions are required. In this paper, a novel robust adaptive scheme is proposed which guarantees the simultaneous identification and control of a system in the presence of external disturbances. Thereafter, the suggested algorithm is implemented on a 2-DOf spherical parallel robot as a stabilizer device. By identifying unknown parameters of Jacobian matrix, the relative identification error is obtained as 0.0207. Applying external excitations to the base, the ratio of end-effector to base orientation is acquired as 0.091, demonstrating proper stabilization in comparison with other two well-known methods. The proposed structure also reveals a reliable performance in tracking desired paths for the end-effector Euler angles.
