The characteristic time and the overall efficiency of the segregation mechanism are studied as the intensity of the perturbation, the frictional properties, and rotational freedom of individual grains are varied.

The X-ray induced acoustic (XA) signals are processed in the Fourier domain by matching the signal frequency with the bunch-repetition frequency. We successfully obtained two-dimensional XA images of various lead targets. Prompt case identification is critical. The reference method is the real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) assay, whose limitations may curb its prompt large-scale application. COVID-19 manifests with chest computed tomography (CT) abnormalities, some even before the onset of symptoms. We tested the hypothesis that the application of deep learning (DL) to 3D CT images could help identify COVID-19 infections. Using data from 920 COVID-19 and 1,073 non-COVID-19 pneumonia patients, we developed a modified DenseNet-264 model, COVIDNet, to classify CT images to either class. When tested on an independent set of 233 COVID-19 and 289 non-COVID-19 pneumonia patients, COVIDNet achieved an accuracy rate of 94.3% and an area under the curve of 0.98. As of March 23, 2020, the COVIDNet system had been used 11,966 times with a sensitivity of 91.12% and a specificity of 88.50% in six hospitals with PCR confirmation. While investigations into this phenomenon have mostly focused on distinct, one-time experiences, we examined it with respect to recurring day-to-day experiences in the eating domain, focusing on variables of the snapshot model-i.e., the most intense and the final experience. We used a smartphone-based Ecological Momentary Assessment to assess the food intake and eating happiness of 103 participants (82.52% female, Mage = 21.97 years) over eight days, and then calculated their best (positive peak), worst (negative peak) and final experiences. Remembered eating happiness was assessed immediately after the study (immediate recall) and after four weeks (delayed recall). A significant memory-experience gap was revealed at immediate recall (d = .53). Remembered eating happiness was predicted by the worst eating experience (β = .41, p less then .001), but not by the best or final eating experience. Analyzing changes over time did not show a significant memory-experience gap at delayed recall, but did reveal a similar influence of the worst eating experience (β = .39, p less then .001). Findings indicate that, in the domain of eating, retrospective memory is mainly influenced by negative experiences. Overall, the results indicate that the snapshot model is a valid conceptualization to explain recall of both outstanding and day-to-day experiences.This study aimed to estimate the incidence of KRAS, NRAS, and BRAF mutations in the Moroccan population, and investigate the associations of KRAS and NRAS gene mutations with clinicopathological characteristics and their prognosis value. To achieve these objectives, we reviewed medical and pathology reports for 210 patients. RAS testing was investigated by Sanger sequencing and Pyrosequencing technology. BRAF (exon 15) status was analyzed by the Sanger method. The expression of MMR proteins was evaluated by Immunohistochemistry. KRAS and NRAS mutations were found in 36.7% and 2.9% of 210 patients, respectively. KRAS exon 2 mutations were identified in 76.5% of the cases. RAS-mutated colon cancers were significantly associated with female gender, presence of vascular invasion, classical adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated tumors, advanced TNM stage III-IV, left colon site, higher incidence of distant metastases at the time of diagnostic, microsatellite stable phenotype, lower number of total lymph nodes, and higher means of positive lymph nodes and lymph node ratio. KRAS exon 2-mutated colon cancers, compared with KRAS wild-type colon cancers were associated with the same clinicopathological features of RAS-mutated colon cancers. NRAS-mutated patients were associated with lower total lymph node rate and the presence of positive lymph node. Rare RAS-mutated tumors, compared with wild-type tumors were more frequently moderately differentiated and associated with lower lymph node rate. We found that KRAS codon 13-mutated, tumors compared to codon 12-mutated tumors were significantly correlated with a higher death cases number, a lower rate of positive lymph, lower follow-up time, and poor overall survival. Our findings show that KRAS and NRAS mutations have distinct clinicopathological features. KRAS codon 13-mutated status was the worst predictor of prognosis at all stages in our population.
    The association between prolong metformin usage and B12 deficiency has been documented. However, the prevalence estimates of metformin-induced vitamin B12 deficiency showed substantial disparity among studies due to varied study definitions of vitamin B12 deficiency. Metformin blocks the calcium dependent absorption of the vitamin B12-Intrinsic Factor complex at the terminal ileum. Lack of intrinsic factor due to the presence of auto-antibodies to parietal cells (IFA) could lead to vitamin B12 deficiency and subsequently cause peripheral neuropathy. We investigated the prevalence of vitamin B12 deficiency using more sensitive, combined markers of vitamin B12 status (4cB12) and the immuno-biochemical mediators of vitamin B12 deficiency.

While investigations into this phenomenon have mostly focused on distinct, one-time experiences, we examined it with respect to recurring day-to-day experiences in the eating domain, focusing on variables of the snapshot model-i.e., the most intense and the final experience. We used a smartphone-based Ecological Momentary Assessment to assess the food intake and eating happiness of 103 participants (82.52% female, Mage = 21.97 years) over eight days, and then calculated their best (positive peak), worst (negative peak) and final experiences. Remembered eating happiness was assessed immediately after the study (immediate recall) and after four weeks (delayed recall). A significant memory-experience gap was revealed at immediate recall (d = .53). Remembered eating happiness was predicted by the worst eating experience (β = .41, p less then .001), but not by the best or final eating experience. Analyzing changes over time did not show a significant memory-experience gap at delayed recall, but did reveal a similar influence of the worst eating experience (β = .39, p less then .001). KRAS and NRAS mutations were found in 36.7% and 2.9% of 210 patients, respectively. KRAS exon 2 mutations were identified in 76.5% of the cases. RAS-mutated colon cancers were significantly associated with female gender, presence of vascular invasion, classical adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated tumors, advanced TNM stage III-IV, left colon site, higher incidence of distant metastases at the time of diagnostic, microsatellite stable phenotype, lower number of total lymph nodes, and higher means of positive lymph nodes and lymph node ratio.     This prospective, sequential, multicenter, open-label study (NCT03536663) was designed to meet regulatory requirements for clinical testing of new hemodialyzers, including assessment of the in vivo ultrafiltration coefficient (Kuf). Adults prescribed thrice-weekly hemodialysis were eligible for enrollment. After completing 12 hemodialysis sessions with an Optiflux® F160NR dialyzer, patients received 38 sessions with the dialyzer with Endexo.     Decannulation of the arteriovenous fistula (AVF) after each hemodialysis session requires a precise compression on the needle puncture site. The objective of our study was to evaluate the bleeding time (BT) needed to achieve hemostasis using WoundClot, an innovative hemostatic gauze, and to assess whether its long-term use can improve AVF preservation.

    This is a prospective single center study. Initially, the time to hemostasis after AVF decannulation was compared between WoundClot and cotton gauze in 24 prevalent hemodialysis patients. Thereafter, the patients continued to use WoundClot for 12 months and were compared to a control group consisting of 25 patients using regular cotton gauze. Follow-up data included parameters of dialysis adequacy, AVF interventions, and thrombotic events.

    WoundClot use shortened significantly the time needed for hemostasis. Mean venous BT decreased by 3.99 (±4.6) min and mean arterial BT by 6.38 (±4.8) min when using WoundClot compared to cotton gauze (p < 0.001). At the end of the study, dialysis adequacy expressed by spKt/V was higher in the WoundClot group compared to control (1.73 vs. 1.53, respectively, p = 0.047). However, it remains unknown whether long-term administration of EN formula from a sterile sealed bag without changing the formula can cause bacterial contamination. This study investigates the association between bacterial contamination and administration of liquid EN formula from a sterile sealed bag without changing the formula for 24 h.

    This single-center, prospective, interventional study included patients aged ≥20 years who were admitted to an intensive care unit and received 24-h continuous liquid EN formula from a sterile sealed bag. A 3-mL sample of the formula was collected from each bag every 4 h for bacterial culture. The primary outcome was the detection of bacterial colonies.

    This study aimed to describe the clinical features, the presence of locoregional and distant metastases and disease-free and overall survival of NAM treated at our institution.

    A retrospective cohort review of patients with single, primary localized histopathologically confirmed NAM was performed. Collected data consisted of patients' characteristics and tumor features. In addition, local recurrence, locoregional metastases, distant metastases, disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) were used as the main outcomes in our analysis.

  • To study the effect of combined ultraviolet (UV) chloramine disinfection on viruses in a drinking water supply system, a full-scale experiment was conducted to analyze the distribution, variability, community structure, and hosts of viruses using metagenomics. The results showed that the combined UV chloramine process reduced the number of virus species (6.13%) and gene abundance (51.97%) but did not completely remove the viruses from the water. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) report that virus removal efficiencies from water can reach 99%-99.99% based on culturing methods. However, in this study, metagenomic analysis indicated a total virus removal rate of only 93.46%. Therefore, the detection of viruses in water using culturing method cannot reliably detect viruses in drinking water. Caudovirales are the most abundant type of virus in water supply systems and are sensitive to chloramine disinfection. Lentivirus, as a virus that can infect humans and vertebrates, has strong resistance to UV and chloramine disinfection. The main virus hosts in the studied water supply system were bacteria (61.50%). The viruses in the raw water were mainly parasitic in Synechococcus. The dominant virus host was Pseudomonas in both the effluent water and pipe network water. The gene abundance of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa host in the pipe network increased by 342.62%, which requires further attention as a virus risk in pipe network systems. Artificial ecosystems were constructed with combinations of two emergent plants and Microcystis aeruginosa (Acorus calamus+Cordyceps, algae+Cordyceps, algae+Acorus calamus, and algae+Acorus calamus+Cordyceps) in an indoor-simulated river system. Throughout the artificial ecosystems, changes in antibiotic concentrations and other pollution indicators (i.e., COD, NH4+-N, TP, and TN) were monitored in different media (the aqueous phase, sediment phase, and in plants), and the distribution and removal of ARGs in aqueous and sediment phases were explored. Removal of the target compounds was calculated based on mass balance, and the correlation between ARG abundance and environmental factors in the aqueous and sedd environmental factors were correlated in the aqueous phase, while AZM and its corresponding ARGs were not significantly correlated in the sediment phase. The results showed that ARGs can be targeted under corresponding antibiotic pressure and other types of environmental pressure. In the study system, the concentrations of antibiotics did not directly affect the transmission of ARGs. In this study, two typical PPCPs[broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents triclosan (TCS) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac (DCF)] were selected as target pollutants and their removal behavior in subsurface flow CWs was analyzed. Yanghe (YH) was slightly disturbed, Xixiabei (XX) was moderately disturbed, Dangziling (DZL) was heavily disturbed, and Zhangying (ZY) was moderately disturbed. In total, 599 genera from 40 phyla were collected. The diversity of bacterioplankton before the flood season was higher than afterwards, and moderate levels of disturbance increased the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. Throughout the artificial ecosystems, changes in antibiotic concentrations and other pollution indicators (i.e., COD, NH4+-N, TP, and TN) were monitored in different media (the aqueous phase, sediment phase, and in plants), and the distribution and removal of ARGs in aqueous and sediment phases were explored. Removal of the target compounds was calculated based on mass balance, and the correlation between ARG abundance and environmental factors in the aqueous and sedd environmental factors were correlated in the aqueous phase, while AZM and its corresponding ARGs were not significantly correlated in the sediment phase. The results showed that ARGs can be targeted under corresponding antibiotic pressure and other types of environmental pressure. In the study system, the concentrations of antibiotics did not directly affect the transmission of ARGs. Overall, this study shows that artificial ecosystems constructed with emergent plants and Microcystis aeruginosa can be effective at purifying water and reducing the environmental risks of antibiotics in urban rivers.The pollution of surface waters by pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) has aroused widespread concern.   • The explicit declaration of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) and milestones are an essential component of a competency based medical education curricula. The present study attempts to develop a portfolio framework to document them for adaptation in any healthcare professional education curriculum development.

    A modified e-Delphi method was used after incorporation of a study group of medical education experts (MEDEX-G). Consensus was defined as 75% agreement. Both qualitative and quantitative data was collected and analysed to conduct three rounds of the Delphi.

    The draft template was prepared by the core faculty of medical education centre. The final template was approved by the experts after 03 iterations of anonymous online voting and presentation of summary results by the moderator. The final template lists out the milestones of each EPA separately with provision for expected expertise and level, suggestive teaching learning activities and assessments, reflections by the students and feedback by facilitator for each EPA.

    Learning in silos during the undergraduate years results in ineffective collaborative practice leading to adverse events. Simulation training using the Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS)® framework has been shown to be effective in enhancing teamwork skills among healthcare professionals. This study aims to evaluate an interprofessional simulation education (IPSE) module for undergraduate medical and nursing students on teamwork and communication skills using the TeamSTEPPS® framework.

    An IPSE module was developed by an interprofessional team of faculty. A convenient sample of medical and nursing undergraduate interns participated in trauma simulation scenarios before and after a didactic session on interprofessional education (IPE) and TeamSTEPPS® 2.0. The pre-post performance was assessed by faculty and pre-post self-assessment of the IPSE training and interprofessional education collaborative (IPEC) competencies by the participants. Quantitative data were ammunication and teamwork skills among medical and nursing undergraduates.
    Social media has become an integral part in the life of every individual in the 21st century. Social media addiction in the younger age group is a major problem. The objective of this study was to find a correlation between academic performance and social media use.

    This was a cross-sectional questionnaire-based study conducted in a medical school over a period of 3 months (Nov 2018-Jan 2019), where 400 medical undergraduates who use social media participated in the study. Data collected from the questionnaire included the academic performance in terms of university examination marks, the duration of social media use per day and the social media addiction score. Data correlation was done using the Pearson's correlation factor.

    41.5% of students used social media for upto 3h per day. Whatsapp (98.25%) and Youtube (91.75%) were the most commonly used social media applications. 73.5% used social media to read health-related news, 71.5% used it to complete assignments and more than 50% used it for seminar preparation, test preparation and research-related purposes. Academic performance of female students was better than male students. There was a significantly higher use of social media among academically low-performing medical students compared with high-performing medical students. There was a weak negative correlation between academic performance and social media usage and a strong positive correlation between social media usage and the social media addiction score.

Workflow involved identification of curricular content, defining program goals, outlining competencies, assigning them domains / levels of clinical competence, priority, educational strategies, assessment practices, integration and numbers needed for certification in selected competencies. Early clinical exposure was introduced in CBC. The final content was validated and submitted to the Council. CBC output can be summarized as competencies with fair share of all domains, levels, prioritization and integration.

  • In 2016, World Health Organization guidelines conditionally recommended standardised shorter 9-12-month regimens for multidrug-resistant (MDR) tuberculosis (TB) treatment. We conducted a prospective study of a shorter standardised MDR-TB regimen in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan.

    Consecutive adults and children with confirmed rifampicin-resistant pulmonary TB were enrolled between September 1, 2013 and March 31, 2015; exclusions included prior treatment with second-line anti-TB drugs, and documented resistance to ofloxacin or to two second-line injectable agents. The primary outcome was recurrence-free cure at 1 year following treatment completion.

    Of 146 enrolled patients, 128 were included 67 female (52.3%), median age 30.1 (interquartile range 23.8-44.4) years. At the end of treatment, 71.9% (92 out of 128) of patients achieved treatment success, with 68% (87 out of 128) achieving recurrence-free cure at 1 year following completion. Unsuccessful outcomes during treatment included 22 (17.2%) treatment faiDR-TB regimen was moderate with considerable treatment failure and amplification of fluoroquinolone resistance. When introducing standardised shorter regimens, baseline drug susceptibility testing and minimising missed doses are critical. High rates globally of pyrazinamide, ethambutol and ethionamide resistance raise questions of continued inclusion of these drugs in shorter regimens in the absence of drug susceptibility testing-confirmed susceptibility.This article provides an overview of outstanding sessions that were (co)organised by the Allied Respiratory Professionals Assembly during the European Respiratory Society International Congress 2020, which this year assumed a virtual format. To inform the task force with patient experiences, the European Lung Foundation, in collaboration with the task force, conducted an online survey in 10 languages between August and September 2018. There were 1760 respondents from 52 countries. The majority were adults (97.1%); the most common reasons for spirometry referral were diagnosis (35.0%) and management of an ongoing condition (60.1%). 53.2% reported regularly using inhalers. Respondents were very experienced with spirometry 89.9% completed more than one test; 48% completed 10 or more tests. However, most reported not knowing what forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) means (59.4%) and only 39.6% knew their most recent FEV1; the exception was respondents with cystic fibrosis who reported **** greater knowledge. Respondents rated as moderately or seriously problematic being told to keep blowing when they felt nothing is coming out (31.4%), coughing (30.4%), tiredness (26.3%) and concern about shortness of breath (20.1%).     Interrupted aortic arch (IAA) is a rare congenital heart disease defined by an interruption of the lumen and anatomical continuity between the ascending and descending major arteries. It is usually found within a few hours or days of birth. Without surgery, the chances of survival are low. If IAA patients have an effective collateral circulation established, they can survive into adulthood. However, IAA in adults is extremely rare, with few reported cases.

    A 27-year-old woman presented with a 6-year history of progressively worsening shortness of breath and chest tightness on exertion. She had cyanotic lips and clubbing of the fingers. A transthoracic echocardiogram revealed an enlarged heart and dilation of the main pulmonary artery. There was an abnormal 9 mm passage between the descending aorta and pulmonary artery. The ventricular septal outflow tract had a 14 mm defect. Doppler ultrasound suggested a patent ductus arteriosus and computed tomographic angiography showed the absence of the aortic arch. The diagnoses were ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, and definite interruption of the aortic arch. Although surgical correction was recommended, the patient declined due to the surgical risks and was treated with medications to reduce pulmonary artery pressure and treat heart failure. Her condition has been stable for 12 mo of follow-up.

  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder which has considerable effect to patient's quality of life and social functioning. Its main symptoms include recurrent abdominal pain and/or bloating associated with abnormal stool form or frequency. The recommendable treatment of IBS is a medication including loperamide, cimetropium, tricyclic antidepressants, and selective serotonin receptor inhibitors, but it has limited effects and several side effects dissatisfy IBS patients. As an alternative therapy, Xiaoyao-san (XYS) is gaining interest for IBS patients. XYS, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), has wide scope of indications and it can be prescribed for various gastrointestinal disorders in TCM syndromes but there has been no systematic review on IBS. Therefore, this review aims on systematically validating the curative effect of XYS on IBS.

    Electronic databases, manual search, and contact to author e-mail will be used for searching randomized controlled trials about the use of XYS for IBS. We will select studies by the predefined criteria and collect the data on study participants, interventions, control groups, outcome measurement, adverse events, and risk of bias. Primary outcome will be the efficacy rate, and secondary outcomes will be the IBS-centered indices (abdominal pain score, abdominal distension score, diarrhea or constipation score, bowel symptom severity scale), index about quality of life, and adverse events. Review Manager software and Cochrane Collaboration "risk of bias" tools will be used for meta-analysis and assessment of risk of bias.

    This review will identify the clinical evidence of XYS's effectiveness and safety for IBS according to formal evaluation aspects.

    This review will further support the evidence-based usage of XYS for IBS treatment.

    Renal-occupying lesions positive for urine fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) are usually considered urothelial carcinomas. Here, we describe 2 cases of renal metastases with chromosome duplications in urine exfoliated cells.

    Patient 1, a 56-year-old male with a history of esophageal cancer, was admitted to our hospital on May 2017 after presenting with right **** pain with microscopic hematuria for 1 month. Patients were divided into 2 groups using an RDW of 18.65% determined by receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. We analyzed the correlation of treatment responses and the RDW compared to common scoring systems, as well as the correlation of the RDW with disease outcome, including overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS), and demographic and laboratory factors affecting outcome. Univariate analysis and Cox regression analysis were used.The median age of patients was 40 years, and 51 patients (54.8%) were men. It is also regarded as a symptom of vestibular dysfunction and has been expressed as a feeling of motion, specifically rotational motion. As patients grow older, vertigo also becomes a commonly presenting complaint. The current study will carry out a widespread systematic review to estimate clinical therapeutic effects of gastrodin in combination with betahistine on vertigo.

    We will systematically search different databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI), and WanFang to collect the randomised controlled studies that evaluate the efficiency of gastrodin and betahistine in treating patients with vertigo from their inception to November 2020. However, only studies in English or Chinese will be included. Two authors will independently perform selection, data extraction, and assessment of risk of bias for the included papers. Accordingly, any disagreements between the independent authors will be addressed via discussion or by consulting a third author when needful. Additionally, we will use RevMan 5.3 software to perform the data synthesis.

    Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder which has considerable effect to patient's quality of life and social functioning. Its main symptoms include recurrent abdominal pain and/or bloating associated with abnormal stool form or frequency. The recommendable treatment of IBS is a medication including loperamide, cimetropium, tricyclic antidepressants, and selective serotonin receptor inhibitors, but it has limited effects and several side effects dissatisfy IBS patients. As an alternative therapy, Xiaoyao-san (XYS) is gaining interest for IBS patients. XYS, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), has wide scope of indications and it can be prescribed for various gastrointestinal disorders in TCM syndromes but there has been no systematic review on IBS. Therefore, this review aims on systematically validating the curative effect of XYS on IBS. Electronic databases, manual search, and contact to author e-mail will be used for searching randomized controlled trials about the use of XYS for IBS. We will select studies by the predefined criteria and collect the data on study participants, interventions, control groups, outcome measurement, adverse events, and risk of bias. Primary outcome will be the efficacy rate, and secondary outcomes will be the IBS-centered indices (abdominal pain score, abdominal distension score, diarrhea or constipation score, bowel symptom severity scale), index about quality of life, and adverse events.     It is unlikely that applications of artificial intelligence (AI) will completely replace physicians. However, it is very likely that AI applications will acquire many of their roles and generate new tasks in medical care. To be ready for new roles and tasks, medical students and physicians will need to understand the fundamentals of AI and data science, mathematical concepts, and related ethical and medico-legal issues in addition with the standard medical principles. Nevertheless, there is no valid and reliable instrument available in the literature to measure medical AI readiness. In this study, we have described the development of a valid and reliable psychometric measurement tool for the assessment of the perceived readiness of medical students on AI technologies and its applications in medicine.

    To define medical students' required competencies on AI, a diverse set of experts' opinions were obtained by a qualitative method and were used as a theoretical framework, while creating the item pool of the ician training perspective that is compatible with AI in medicine' to their curricula by using MAIRS-MS.     Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder associated with acute and chronic complications. Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is the most serious diabetic emergency in patients with type one and type two diabetes mellitus. It is the leading cause of mortality in children and young adults. Even though the burden of DKA has increased, no research has been conducted on the determinants of Diabetes ketoacidosis in Ethiopia, particularly in the Amhara region. Thus, this study aimed to identify the determinants of diabetes Ketoacidosis among Diabetes Mellitus patients at North Wollo and Waghimra Zone public Hospitals.

    An institution-based unmatched case-control study design was employed among 408 patients at North Wollo and Waghimra Zone Public Hospitals from March 1st to April 30th, 2020. A consecutive sampling method was used to select study participants. The data were collected using structured interviewer-administered questioners and reviewing of patient charts. The analysis was done using a binary logistic r DKA. Follow-up in the diabetic clinic, diabetic education, discontinuation of medications, alcohol drinking, presence of comorbidities, and type of diabetes mellitus were independent determinants of diabetic ketoacidosis.
    Cervical cancer is a leading cause of death among Cameroon women. The burden of cervical cancer is in part traceable to the inadequate understanding of socio-contextual determinants of access to screening and prevention opportunities. We explored multilevel individual, community and structural factors that facilitate or inhibit cervical cancer prevention in women at risk in a low-income, high HIV prevalence context.

    We utilized an exploratory qualitative approach to obtain data through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews from May to August, 2018. A two-stage purposive sampling strategy was used to select 80 women and 20 men who participated in 8 focus group discussions and 8 in-depth interviews. The socio-ecological model guided data analyses to identify micro-, meso-, and macro-level determinants of cervical cancer screening.
