Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among nurses' sense of professional mission, nursing work environment and work family conflict; multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses' sense of professional mission. Results The score of professional mission of nurses was (2.90±0.56) . Average monthly income, nursing work environment and work family conflict were the influencing factors of nurses' professional mission (P less then 0.05) . Results The noise exposure value of the workers, the qualified rate of 0 Grade 8 hours equivalent noise (L(EX, 8 h)) ≤85 dB (A) and the qualified rate of the design limit value of the operation room were all higher than those before the modification, the difference was statistically significant (P75 dB (A) of the workers in the operation room was 8h, and the noise level in the operation room still did not meet the Ergonomics limit standard. Conclusion The improvement of sound insulation can effectively improve the working environment of noise workplace operating room and reduce the workers'noise exposure level.

Under optimal conditions, this new fluorescent nanosensor was able to quantitatively detect Al3+ in a linear concentration range of 0.4-500 μM. The limit of detection was estimated to be ∼59.8 nM according to the 3σ rule, which made it be among the most sensitive systems currently available for sensing the target ion. Moreover, satisfactory recovery results (ranging from 96.8 to 109.7%) of analyzing a set of real water examples additionally validated its accuracy for practical applications. Considering its simplicity, high sensitivity and specificity, low cost, and good reliability, the developed fluorescent nanosensing system for Al3+ holds great promise for broad uses in water safety, environmental monitoring, and waste management.Cu, Co and Zn modified N-doped porous carbons (CuCo/Zn@NPC) are prepared using a polymetallic homogeneous doping and self-templating method as high performance non-noble metal catalysts for the hydrogenation of furfural (FF) to furfuryl alcohol (FAL). The CuCo/Zn@NPC-600 catalyst after treatment at 600 °C shows a superior catalytic activity with nearly 100% conversion of FF and an almost 100% selectivity of FAL using H2 at 140 °C. Meanwhile in the catalytic transfer hydrogenation (CTH) using 2-propanol as a H-donor, the conversion of FF reaches 95.8% and the selectivity of FAL is 99.1%. The results show that the Zn dopant leads to 37.3 times higher yield on the CuCo/Zn@NPC-600 catalyst than that on CuCo@NPC-600, and 2.3 times higher than that on Co/Zn@NPC-600 with Cu dopants. The efficient activity of the CuCo/Zn@NPC-600 catalyst is mainly due to the highly dispersed metal nanoparticles, the advanced porous structure resulting from Zn escape from the precursor template, and the synergistic effect between Cu and Co. Furthermore, the CuCo/Zn@NPC-600 catalyst exhibits good recyclability in FF hydrogenation in four cycle tests. Three hundred seven COVID-19 patients who were admitted to Jianghan Fangcang Shelter Hospital participated in this study. The prevalence of anxiety and depressive symptoms were 18.6% and 13.4%, respectively. Poor sleep quality and having ≥ two current physical symptoms were independent risk factors for anxiety symptoms. Female sex, having a family member with confirmed COVID-19, and having ≥ two current physical symptoms were independent risk factors for depressive symptoms. Considering patients with central obesity, 5 controls and 15 ISSHL patients met the criteria of MetS. According to Siegel criteria, a complete or partial recovery was observed in 60% of patients with MetS and in 91,66% of patients without MetS. MetS was associated with ISSHL and this association negatively influenced the hearing recovery of these patients.
    In December 2019, an outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic occurred in Wuhan, China and infection spread rapidly around the world. To limit the rapid spread locally and nationwide, the Chinese government locked down Wuhan city on January 23 and began implementing nationwide intensive community screening on February 16.

    To assess the effectiveness of city lockdown and intensive community screening, we built a modified SIR model by introducing an α value into the classic SIR model. The α value represents the proportion of infected individuals who are not effectively isolated from susceptible individuals at a given time point.

    The accuracy of the modified SIR model was validated using data from Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. The lockdown of Wuhan city substantially reduced the α value for the rest of China excluding Hubei province, while only slightly reducing the α value for the city itself. Intensive community screening rapidly reduced the α value for Wuhan.

    City lockdown was efficient in controlling the spread of the epidemic from Wuhan to the rest of the country.

There are many suggestions in Traditional Persian Medicine like myrtle (Myrtus communis L.) and oak gall (Quercus infectoria G.Olivier) for treatment of vaginitis.

    A clinical trial was designed to assess the efficacy of a novel herbal suppository, containing myrtle and oak gall (MOGS) in treatment of vaginitis.

    In a parallel randomized clinical trial, 120 women with vaginitis were randomly assigned to MOGS, metronidazole, or placebo. Formulation was simulated from traditional Persian manuscripts and MGOS was prepared after pharmaceutical optimization processing as well as quantification of gallic acid by HPLC. The study was double-blind for MOGS and placebo and single-blind for metronidazole group.

    MOGS effectively improved vaginal discharge (p = 0.024 for BV and 0.018 for trichomoniasis) and pH (compared to placebo (p = 0.013) and metronidazole (p = 0.001)). Both MOGS and metronidazole could reverse whiff test. Metronidazole was the best medication for making Nugent score negative (p = 0.005) as well as the best therapy according to laboratory findings to treat BV in comparison with placebo (p = 0.021). While for trichomoniasis, MOGS could improve the disease more successfully (p = 0.001). Both MOGS and metronidazole treated mixed vaginitis (p = 0.002).

    We conducted a scoping review of quality improvement in care homes. We aimed to identify participating occupational groups and methods for evaluation. Secondly, we aimed to describe resident-level interventions and which outcomes were measured.

    Following extended PRISMA guideline for scoping reviews, we conducted systematic searches of Medline, CINAHL, Psychinfo, and ASSIA (2000-2019). Furthermore, we searched systematic reviews databases including Cochrane Library and JBI, and the grey literature database, Greylit. Four co-authors contributed to selection and data extraction.

    Sixty five studies were included, 6 of which had multiple publications (75 articles overall). A range of quality improvement strategies were implemented, including audit feedback and quality improvement collaboratives. Methods consisted of controlled trials, quantitative time series and qualitative interview and observational studies. Process evaluations, involving staff of various occupational groups, described experiences and imvement strategy was used for which clinical problem. Further development of reporting of quality improvement projects and outcomes could facilitate implementation.

Patients receiving systemic treatment for psoriasis were considered as having moderate-severe psoriasis. Odds ratios for being dispensed pharmaceutical prescriptions and differences in mean number of dispensed prescriptions were explored.

There are many suggestions in Traditional Persian Medicine like myrtle (Myrtus communis L.) and oak gall (Quercus infectoria G.Olivier) for treatment of vaginitis. A clinical trial was designed to assess the efficacy of a novel herbal suppository, containing myrtle and oak gall (MOGS) in treatment of vaginitis. In a parallel randomized clinical trial, 120 women with vaginitis were randomly assigned to MOGS, metronidazole, or placebo. Formulation was simulated from traditional Persian manuscripts and MGOS was prepared after pharmaceutical optimization processing as well as quantification of gallic acid by HPLC. The study was double-blind for MOGS and placebo and single-blind for metronidazole group. MOGS effectively improved vaginal discharge (p = 0.024 for BV and 0.018 for trichomoniasis) and pH (compared to placebo (p = 0.013) and metronidazole (p = 0.001)). Both MOGS and metronidazole could reverse whiff test. Metronidazole was the best medication for making Nugent score negative (p = 0.005) as well as the best therapy according to laboratory findings to treat BV in comparison with placebo (p = 0.021). While for trichomoniasis, MOGS could improve the disease more successfully (p = 0.001). Both MOGS and metronidazole treated mixed vaginitis (p = 0.002). This study analyzes media coverage about California's new Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) to understand impacts on public participation in common pool natural resources management and to identify represented stakeholders and solutions involved in groundwater sustainability. A total of 365 newspaper articles were collected from California newspapers in three readership locations. We also searched for representation of SGMA in Spanish-language publications. Article characteristics were analyzed through qualitative content analysis and quantitative nonparametric analysis. Results indicate bias for featuring agricultural industry, politician, and water managers' voices. Solutions for managing water resources were focused on new supply, demand reduction and infrastructure investment, though novel solutions were also presented. Most newspaper articles included few stakeholders and solutions, illustrating isolated, short narratives about a common pool resource. The trends and gaps in representation in California media coverage may contribute to the public's low levels of engagement in groundwater planning.The optimization of energy consumption structure (ECS) is indispensable in developing green economy and mitigating environmental pollution, but the regional heterogeneity of environmental regulation (ER) and socio-economic drivers leads to more complicated formulation of energy and environment policy. In this paper, the dynamic relationship between ER and ECS and the driving mechanism of ECS in the context of spatiotemporal heterogeneity are analyzed using China's province-level data over 1998-2017. Firstly, the spatial autocorrelation of ECS is tested to observe the spatiotemporal characteristics. Secondly, the dynamic relationship between formal environmental regulation (FER) and ECS is analyzed by system generalized moment method at national and regional level. Finally, the nonlinear relationship between FER and ECS is estimated by applying panel threshold model, and the effects of FER on ECS in different intervals are studied. The results illustrate that the autocorrelation of ECS is gradually weakened, and ECS has obvious regional features. What's more, the lagged ECS hinders the optimization of ECS, that is, ECS has a strong path dependence. These contrasting responses to preseason drought reflected different adaptive strategies between vegetation types. The SGS was shown to be highly sensitive to short timescales drought (1-3 months) in semi-arid grasslands where annual precipitation is 200-300 mm (i.e. SAGE200-300). Biomes within this region were found to be most vulnerable out of all the ecosystems to drought. Given the frequent nature of droughts in the mid-latitudes, a drought early warning system was recommended accompanied by improved modeling of how the SGS will be affected by intensified drought under future climate change.Labile soil Cd is susceptible to changes over space and time due to the physical and chemical properties of the soil as well as biological processes. In this study, non-disruptive, in situ monitoring was used to explore these changes. We analyzed the mechanism(s) by which Cd is morphologically transformed and its migration patterns, with the goal of preventing soil Cd from becoming labile. The results showed that the concentration of labile Cd in the soil exhibited spatiotemporal variability throughout the rice growth period. Over time, it increased and then declined, while over space, the concentration of labile Cd in rhizosphere is higher than that in non-rhizosphere. As the depth increased, the concentration of Cd increased and then declined, especially during the flowering stage. The change of soil labile Cd concentration showed significant negative correlation with the change in soil pH and easy dynamic S(II) and Fe(II) content. It was also found that root action changed the pH of the soil during rice growth, thereby affecting the morphologies of S(II) and Fe(II), which governed the transformation of Cd and its soil mobility.Over half of people live in cities and while urban environments offer myriad social, cultural and economic benefits, they alter the microbial communities to which people are exposed with potentially important but underexplored health impacts. To date, however, there has been no synthesis of the disparate literature on the impacts of urbanisation on aerial microbial communities, making it difficult to ascertain potential health impacts. We fill this knowledge gap by systematically examining studies that compare the characteristics (e.g. microbial abundance/diversity) and/or health effects of airborne fungal and bacterial communities (hereafter referred to as 'aerobiomes') across urban and rural locations. We included 19 studies, with 31 distinct urban-rural comparisons, in our analysis. We found that rural aerobiomes more often have a greater abundance of microbes (57% of studies).

  • Achlorophyllous orchids are mycoheterotrophic plants, which lack photosynthetic ability and associate with fungi to acquire carbon from different environmental sources. In tropical latitudes, achlorophyllous forest orchids show a preference to establish mycorrhizal relationships with saprotrophic fungi. However, a few of them have been recently found to associate with ectomycorrhizal fungi and there is still **** to be learned about the identity of fungi associated with tropical orchids. The present study focused on mycorrhizal diversity in the achlorophyllous orchid C. inverta, an endangered species, which is endemic to southern China. The aim of this work was to identify the main mycorrhizal partners of C. inverta in different plant life stages, by means of morphological and molecular methods.

    Microscopy showed that the roots of analysed C. inverta samples were extensively colonized by fungal hyphae forming pelotons in root cortical cells. Fungal ITS regions were amplified by polymerase chain reaction, ctrum of orchid-fungus symbiosis suggesting an unprecedented mixed association between the studied achlorophyllous forest orchid and ectomycorrhizal fungi belonging to Ceratobasidiaceae and Russulaceae. Ceratobasidioid fungi as dominant associates in the roots of C. inverta represent a new record of the rare association between the identified fungal group and fully mycoheterotrophic orchids in nature.

    Grafting is widely used in horticulture and rootstocks are known to modify scion growth and adaptation to soil conditions. However, the role of scion genotype in regulating rootstock development and functioning has remained largely unexplored. In this study, reciprocal grafts of two grapevine genotypes were produced as well as the corresponding homo-graft controls. These plants were subjected to a low phosphate (LP) treatment and transcriptome profiling by RNA sequencing was done on root samples collected 27 h after the onset of the LP treatment.

    A set of transcripts responsive to the LP treatment in all scion/rootstock combinations was identified. Gene expression patterns associated with genetic variation in response to LP were identified by comparing the response of the two homo-grafts. In addition, the scion was shown to modify root transcriptome responses to LP in a rootstock dependent manner. A weighted gene co-expression network analysis identified modules of correlated genes; the analysis of the association of these modules with the phosphate treatment, and the scion and rootstock genotype identified potential hub genes.

    Water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica) is an important heat-resistant leafy vegetable that can survive under long-time heat stress condition. However, the physiological characteristics and molecular changes in its response to heat stress are poorly understood.

    In this study the selected water spinach cultivars with different thermo resistance and their physiological response to heat stress were examined. Under prolonged heat stress, plant growth was inhibited in all tested cultivars. This inhibition was accompanied by the reduction of photosynthetic performance. The reactive oxygen species system in terms of superoxide and hydrogen peroxide contents, as well as antioxidant polyphenols, were evaluated. The results showed that prolonged heat stress caused reduced antioxidant capacity, but the role of antioxidant capacity in a prolonged thermotolerance was not predominant. Transcriptomic analysis of the water spinach subjected to heat stress revealed that 4145 transcripts were specifically expressed with 2420 up-regulated and 1725 down-regulated in heat-sensitive and heat-tolerant cultivars treated with 42 °C for 15 days.

The molecular basis of intramembranous bone regeneration has been interrogated using rodent models of most of these conditions. These studies reveal that signaling pathways such as Wnt, TGFβ/BMP, FGF, VEGF, and Notch are invoked, reminiscent of embryonic development of membranous bone. Discoveries of several skeletal stem cell/progenitor populations using mouse genetic models also reveal the potential sources of postnatal intramembranous bone regeneration. Both daily zoo-entry numbers (VGATE ) and instantaneous crowds at the exhibit (VDENSITY ) were measured. Overall, VGATE had little effect across behaviors. However, consistent with the more acute time frame of measurement, VDENSITY was a better predictor of behavior; at high crowd volumes, we observed significant group-level changes in activity budget (increased inactivity, increased locomotion, and decreased environment-related behaviors), increase in some anxiety-related behaviors, and decreased enclosure usage. Although contributing similar effects, it could not be determined if crowd numbers, composition, or noise most affected the troop, nor any chronic effects of exposure to large crowds. Ten-minute free operant, paired-choice preference assessments were implemented in Study 1 to determine the enrichment preferences of African lions (N = 3). Following Study 1, Study 2 was conducted, which examined the behavior of African lions with enrichment items over the course of 30, 24-hr trials to evaluate the relationship between preferences established in Study 1 and long-term interaction with the enrichment. Generalized estimating equations revealed a statistically significant relationship between the percentage of time the enrichment was approached first and the average duration of interaction in Study 1 to the total duration of interaction and the percent of hours interacted with the item in Study 2. Additionally, the first 2 min of the preference data resulted in comparable statistically significant findings, demonstrating shorter preference assessments can produce similar results. Sonographic results were compared to a radiologist's interpretation of the chest CT. The radiologists were blinded to the initial sonogram interpretation.

In general, the MDs of SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV were suggested to play a key role in viral replication by modulating the immune response of the host. The MDs are structurally conserved. They most likely remove ADP-ribose, a common posttranslational modification, from protein side chains. This de-ADP ribosylating function has potentially evolved to protect the virus from the anti-viral ADP-ribosylation catalyzed by poly-ADP-ribose polymerases (PARPs), which in turn are triggered by pathogen-associated sensing of the host immune system. This renders the SARS-CoV-2 Nsp3b a highly relevant drug target in the viral replication process. However, gold mines are generally located in mountainous areas, and the large temperature difference between day and night in winter, coupled with the influence of wind and snow, creates variations in the temperature in the oxidation tank. The traditional temperature measurement method cannot fully reflect the temperature change of the oxidation tank. As a multi-field application method, sensor information fusion can effectively address the problem of pulp temperature measurement. First, we analyzed the heat transfer principle inside the oxidation tank, and desigse covariance intersection, and the sequential analysis and inverse covariance intersection-global state fusion estimation (SICI-GSFE) algorithm is proposed. To this end, various inorganic nanomaterials such as gold nanostructures, carbon nanostructures, and transition metal dichalcogenides have been extensively explored for PTT applications. Subsequently, the focus has shifted to the development of polymeric PTAs, owing to their unique properties such as biodegradability, biocompatibility, non-immunogenicity, and low toxicity when compared to inorganic PTAs. Among various organic PTAs, polyaniline (PANI) is one of the best-known and earliest-reported organic PTAs. Hence, in this review, we cover the recent advances and progress of PANI-based biomaterials for PTT application in tumors and bacterial infections. The future prospects in this exciting area are also addressed.

Given data which suggests that patients diagnosed with more severe psychiatric disorders are known to receive inadequate medical care for hypertensive illness and experience increased mortality risk from cardiovascular disease, it is important for all physicians to be aware of the increased risk in this population and for both thorough assessment and treatment to occur.The clinical features of xerostomia induced by immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) are similar to those of Sjögren's syndrome (SS), whereas the immunohistological and serological features are known to differ from those of SS. However, the radiologic imaging features of salivary glands are not yet well known. We report a case of a 56-year-old male patient diagnosed with ICI-induced xerostomia. The patient underwent various imaging examinations to investigate the condition of the salivary glands, which indicated the following (1) less specific findings on contrast-enhanced computed tomography, (2) mixed with intermediate and low signal intensity on both T1-weighted and fat-suppressed T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging and poor "salt and pepper" appearance on magnetic resonance sialography, and (3) multiple ovoid hypoechoic areas with hyperechoic bands without acute sialadenitis on ultrasound. These radiologic imaging findings suggested remarkable lymphocyte infiltration, which could be a characteristic of ICI-induced xerostomia.
    We hypothesized that neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) compared to conventional lung-protective mechanical ventilation (MV) decreases duration of MV and mortality in patients with acute respiratory failure (ARF).

    We carried out a multicenter, randomized, controlled trial in patients with ARF from several etiologies. Intubated patients ventilated for ≤ 5days expected to require MV for ≥ 72h and able to breathe spontaneously were eligible for enrollment. Eligible patients were randomly assigned based on balanced treatment assignments with a computerized randomization allocation sequence to two ventilatory strategies (1) lung-protective MV (control group), and (2) lung-protective MV with NAVA (NAVA group).     Fourteen implants each of different type/design [bone (BL) and tissue level (TL)], diameter [narrow (3.3 mm) and regular (4.1 mm)], and material [titanium grade IV (Ti) and titanium-zirconium alloy (TiZr)] of one company were used. Half of the implants were subjected to IP in a computerized torn. All implants were subjected to dynamic loading prior to loading until failure to simulate regular mastication. Multiple linear regression analyses were performed with maximum implant failure strength as dependent variable and IP, implant type/design, diameter, and material as predictors.

    Implants subjected to IP and TL implants showed statistically significant reduced implant failure strength irrespective of the diameter compared with implants without IP and BL implants, respectively. Implant material had a significant impact for TL implants and for regular diameter mechanical complications. This should be considered for peri-implantitis treatment planning (e.g., communication of potential complications to the patient), but also in the planning of implant installation (e.g., choosing TiZr instead of Ti for narrow implants).
