This study attempted early diagnosis of meat tenderness using muscle nanostructure at approximately 45 minutes and 24 hours post-slaughter.

    Two hundred 36-wk-old layers were divided into five treatment groups. Each treatment had four replicates with 10 hens per experimental unit. The corn-soybean meal basal diet was formulated as control group. Sargassum meals were included 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, or 5% to diets for five treatment groups, respectively. Treatment groups were isocaloric-isonitrogenous diets. Laying performance and egg quality were measured for eight weeks.

    Sargassum meal supplementation did not affect daily feed intake. Supplementation 1% to 3% of Sargassum meal in diets increased daily laying rate and egg mass compared with those from control group (p<0.05). Egg qualities among five groups were all similar. Supplementation of 3% Sargassum meal increased the lightness of egg yolk (p<0.05). Eggs produced from layersying rate and egg mass of Leghorn layers. However, high supplementation (5%) would negatively affect laying performance.   • Gallium-68 DOTATATE provides physiologic imaging and assists in disease localization for somatostatin receptor (SSTR) positive neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patients. However, questions regarding usefulness of gallium- 68 DOTATATE imaging in identifying the primary site in neuroendocrine tumors (NETS) of unknown primary, correlation of NET grade with median Standardized Uptake Value (SUV) and effects of long acting somatostatin analog on gallium-68 DOTATATE imaging quality needs to be evaluated. A single institution retrospective review of the first 200 NET patients with gallium-68 DOTATATE imaging from Dec 2016 to Dec 2017 was conducted. Questions related to NETs of unknown primary, correlation of Standardized Uptake Value (SUV) to Ki-67 (which signifies proliferation rate), the effects of long-acting systemic somatostatin analog (SSA) on SUV were part of our data analysis. The aim of this work is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of cyclophosphamide in a metronomic schedule in combination with the repurposed drug losartan in two genetically different **** models of triple negative breast cancer. Our findings showed that adding losartan to metronomic cyclophosphamide significantly improved the therapeutic outcome. In both models the combined treatment increased the ****'s survival without sings of toxicity. Moreover, we elucidated some of the mechanisms of action involved, which include a decrease of intratumor hypoxia, stimulation of the immune response and remodeling of the tumor microenvironment. Obinutuzumab is a glycoengineered type II anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody (mAb), recognizing a unique CD20 extracellular membrane epitope with enhanced antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) vs rituximab. We hypothesize that obinutuzumab vs rituximab will significantly enhance in-vitro and in-vivo cytotoxicity against PMBL. PMBL cells were treated with equal dose of obinutuzumab and rituximab for 24 hours (1-100 μg/ml). ADCC were performed with ex-vivo expanded natural killer cells at 101 E T ratio. **** were xenografted with intravenous injections of luciferase expressing Karpas1106P cells and treated every 7 days for 8 weeks. Tumor burden was monitored by IVIS spectrum system. Compared with rituximab, obinutuzumab significantly inhibited PMBL cell proliferation (p = 0.01), promoted apoptosis (p = 0.05) and enhanced ADCC (p = 0.0002) against PMBL. Similarly, in PMBL xenografted NOD scid gamma ****, obinutuzumab significantly enhanced survival than rituximab when treated with equal doses (p = 0.05).     Metastatic brain disease continues to have a dismal prognosis. Previous studies achieved a reduction of local recurrence rates by aggressively resecting the peritumoral zone (supramarginal resection) or using 5-aminolaevulinic acid (5-ALA) fluorescence. The aim of the present study is to assess whether the use of 5-ALA has an impact on local recurrence or survival compared to conventional white light microscopic tumor resection.

    We included consecutive patients who underwent surgical resection of brain metastases. Two groups were compared In the "white light" group, resection was performed with conventional microscopy. In the 5-ALA group, fluorescence guided peritumoral resection was additionally performed after standard microscopic resection. In-brain recurrence and mortality were compared between groups.

    = 175 patients were included in the study. All baseline parameters were similarly distributed with no significant difference between surgical groups. Local in-brain recurrence occurred in 21/175 patients (12%) with a rate of 15/119 (12.6%) in the white light and 6/56 (10.7%) in the 5-ALA group (

    To investigate the relationship between radiation doses in prostate brachytherapy and deterioration of erectile function in patients with localized prostate cancer.

    A longitudinal survey study was carried out among 261 prostate cancer patients who received prostate brachytherapy. A total of 48 patients were potent at baseline and they did not receive any supplemental therapy preoperatively. Dosimetry parameters of the whole prostate gland, prostate apex, urethra and rectum were collected using the VariSeed 8.0 treatment planning system (Varian Medical Systems, Palo Alto, CA, USA). We carried out a logistic regression analysis to clarify the relationship between radiation doses and erectile function deterioration, which was assessed using the International Index of Erectile Function-15 questionnaire.

    The median patient age was 66years (range 53-70years) with a median follow-up time of 44months (36-71months). The mean total International Index of Erectile Function-15 score decreased from 49.9 at baseline tate brachytherapy.

Tl concentrations were obviously higher in fly ash (0.39-1.13 mg·kg-1) than in bottom ash (0.09-0.25 mg·kg-1), indicating notable redistribution of Tl during coal combustion. Tl concentrations were low in limestone (0.01-0.02 mg·kg-1), flue gas desulfurization gypsum (0.01-0.03 mg·kg-1), and the stack flue gas (0.006-0.011 μg·Nm-3). The current work supports that memory foraging follows a heavy-tailed distribution by using categories with quantitative distances between each item countries, which have physical distances, and animals, from which cognitive distances can be derived using a multidimensional scaling (MDS) procedure. Likewise, inter-item lag times follow a heavy-tailed distribution. The current work also demonstrates that inter-item distances and times are positively correlated, suggesting the organization of items in memory may be akin to the organization of a physical landscape. Finally, both studies show that participants' original, heavy-tailed lists of countries and animal names produce shorter overall distances traveled than random selection. These emulsions were developed using seawater, canola oil, surfactants, and mineral salts as sources of NPK. The emulsions were used in the simulation of hydrocarbon bioremediation in oligotrophic sea water. Hydrocarbon biodegradation was evaluated by CO2 emissions from microcosms. We also evaluated the release of inorganic nutrients and the stability of the emulsion's droplets. The double emulsions improved CO2 emission from the microcosms, suggesting the increase in the hydrocarbon biodegradation. Mineral nutrients were gradually released from the emulsions supporting the hydrocarbon biodegradation. This was attributed to the formation of different diameters of droplets and therefore, varying stabilities of the droplets. Addition of the selected hydrocarbonoclastic isolates simulating bioaugmentation improved the hydrocarbon biodegradation. We conclude that the nutrient-rich W/O/W emulsion developed in this study is an effective biostimulation agent for bioremediation in oligotrophic aquatic environments.

To date, research merely equates memory foraging with hunting in the physical world based on similarities in statistical structure. The current work supports that memory foraging follows a heavy-tailed distribution by using categories with quantitative distances between each item countries, which have physical distances, and animals, from which cognitive distances can be derived using a multidimensional scaling (MDS) procedure. Likewise, inter-item lag times follow a heavy-tailed distribution. The current work also demonstrates that inter-item distances and times are positively correlated, suggesting the organization of items in memory may be akin to the organization of a physical landscape. The emulsions were used in the simulation of hydrocarbon bioremediation in oligotrophic sea water. Hydrocarbon biodegradation was evaluated by CO2 emissions from microcosms. We also evaluated the release of inorganic nutrients and the stability of the emulsion's droplets. The double emulsions improved CO2 emission from the microcosms, suggesting the increase in the hydrocarbon biodegradation. Mineral nutrients were gradually released from the emulsions supporting the hydrocarbon biodegradation. This was attributed to the formation of different diameters of droplets and therefore, varying stabilities of the droplets. Addition of the selected hydrocarbonoclastic isolates simulating bioaugmentation improved the hydrocarbon biodegradation. However, many did not apply relevantly good communication skills such as seeking information about concomitant drugs (42.5%) or providing advice on managing any adverse side effects of taking NSAIDs (39.1%). Most of the community pharmacists also did not provide relevantly good communication about risk factors. The most common screening risk factors mentioned were a history of pregnancy and breastfeeding (84.2%) followed by being at an older age (74.5%) or a history of a gastrointestinal ulcer (71.5%).

    Community pharmacists in Saudi Arabia need to appropriately screen their patients for adverse drug reactions and the ectively communicate the risks of using NSAIDs.     In this case-control study, the messenger ribonucleic acids were isolated from the blood of 62 CRC patients who were recruited from King Abdulaziz University Hospital Oncology Clinic and 46 controlsfrom King Fahad General Hospital Blood Bank (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) from September 2016 to March 2017. The Biomedical Ethics Unit at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia approved this study. The expressions of ABC transporters were measured using quantitative polymerase chain reaction. GraphPad Prism 5 and REST 2009 Software were used to correlate the expressions with clinicopathological independent stages and body mass index. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant.

    The results showed that the 3 ABC transporters, particularly ABCC1 (p less than0.0001), were highly expressed in the blood of CRC patients compared with controls. However, none of the 3 transporters was related to the progression of CRC, age, gender, or body mass index.

    This is part of a cross-sectional study carried out in 2020 in a Saudi population in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We used an online questionnaire to evaluate the most common seizure trigger factors.

    A total of 546 Saudi patients with epilepsy participated in the study, of which 289 (53%) were women. Of them, 263 (48.1%) had no seizure in the previous 3 months. One hundred and thirty-six (25%) had a family member with epilepsy. The most-reported trigger factor was sleep deprivation reported by 285 (52%), followed by stress 225 (41%), missed medication 210 (38.5%), anxiety 209 (38.3%), and fatigue 184 (33.7%).Conclusions Sleep deprivation is the most reported trigger factor for seizures in the KSA, followed by stress, followed by missed medication.

This response, collectively termed as thermomorphogenesis, relies on the faster reversion of phyB Pfr at warmer temperatures, which leads to enhanced activity of the basic-helix-loop-helix PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 4 (PIF4). OsLHT1 is expressed in vascular bundles of leaves, rachis, and flowering organs. Oslht1 plants showed lower panicle length and seed setting rate, especially lower grain number per panicle and total grain weight. The concentrations of both total N and free amino acids in the flag leaf were similar at anthesis between Oslht1 lines and WT while significantly higher in the mutants than WT at maturation. The Oslht1 seeds contained higher proteins and most of the essential free amino acids, similar total starch but less amylose with lower paste viscosity than WT seeds. The mutant seeds showed lower germination rate than WT. Knockout of OsLHT1 decreased N uptake efficiency and physiological utilization efficiency (kg-grains/kg-N) by about 55% and 72%, respectively. Therefore, to assist wheat breeders at a critical time, we searched the recent peer-reviewed literature (2011-current), first, to identify wheat germplasm observed to be useful genetic sources for drought tolerance, and second, to report QTLs associated with drought tolerance. The Oslht1 seeds contained higher proteins and most of the essential free amino acids, similar total starch but less amylose with lower paste viscosity than WT seeds. The mutant seeds showed lower germination rate than WT. Knockout of OsLHT1 decreased N uptake efficiency and physiological utilization efficiency (kg-grains/kg-N) by about 55% and 72%, respectively. In addition to phenotypic assessments, the use of advanced molecular techniques (e.g., genotype by sequencing) to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for drought tolerance related traits is useful for genome- and marker-assisted selection based approaches. Therefore, to assist wheat breeders at a critical time, we searched the recent peer-reviewed literature (2011-current), first, to identify wheat germplasm observed to be useful genetic sources for drought tolerance, and second, to report QTLs associated with drought tolerance. Though many breeders limit the parents used in breeding programs to a familiar core collection, the results of this review show that larger germplasm collections have been sources of useful genes for drought tolerance in wheat. The review also demonstrates that QTLs for drought tolerance in wheat are associated with diverse physio-morphological traits, at different growth stages. Here, we also briefly discuss the potential of genome engineering/editing to improve drought tolerance in wheat.     To determine the prevalence of Urinary Incontinence (UI) in a hospitalization unit.METHODS Descriptive cross-sectional study, with patients in a hospitalization unit in Ferrol. The prevalence, the type of UI, the UI assessment and the impact of UI on daily life were estimated with the questionnaires IU-4 (by sex), the severity tool ICIQ-SF and the IIQ.RESULTS 302 patients participated in the study. The prevalence of UI was 41.4%. Regarding the type of incontinence, 35% suffer stress UI, 27% urge UI, 14.6% mixed UI, 8.8% functional UI and 2.2% Reflex UI. We can affirm that being a woman is a risk factor for UI[p<0.001; OR 5.0-95% CI (2.8-8.9)] . On the otherhand, medium physical activity is objectified as a protective factor to suffer UI (p=0.003).CONCLUSION The impact on the quality of life of the UI is high. Establishing more real data of predictive factors may help to identify patients.     Referral rate decreased after the application of the protocol but did not increase the rate of appropriated referrals. Patients referred after setting forth protocol by GPs that assisted to the education program were younger. There were referred less patients with elevated PSA and more patients with clinical progression. These GPs used less test to achieve diagnosis. The GPs whodid not attend were significantly younger, mainly women, with no previous specific training in BPH and without a full time GP position.

Patient triage strategies are acknowledged to help clinicians manage patient flow and reduce patients' waiting time. However, electronic patient triage systems are not developed so that they comply with clinicians' workflow.

    This case study presents the development of a patient prioritization tool (PPT) and of the related patient prioritization algorithm (PPA) for a pediatric emergency department (PED), relying on a human-centered design process.

    We followed a human-centered design process, wherein we (1) performed a work system analysis through observations and interviews in an academic hospital's PED; (2) deduced design specifications; (3) designed a **** PPT and the related PPA; and (4) performed user testing to assess the intuitiveness of the icons, the effectiveness in communicating patient priority, the fit between the prioritization model implemented and the participants' prioritization rules, and the particStudies are carried out to evaluate the use and impact of this tool on clinicians' situation awareness and prioritization-related cognitive load, prioritization of patients, waiting time, and patients' experience.
    The results of the user tests have led to modifications to improve the usability and usefulness of the PPT and its PPA. We discuss the value of integrating human factors into the design process for a PPT for PED. The PPT/PPA has been developed and installed in Lille University Hospital's PED. Evidence suggests that the infrapatellar fat pad (IFP) is directly involved in OA pathology. However, a comparison between OA versus non-OA IFP is still missing. Thus, the aim of this study was to compare IFP molecular, adipocytes and extracellular matrix characteristics of patients affected by OA, and patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. We hypothesized that not only inflammation but also changes in adipocytes and extracellular matrix (ECM) composition might be involved in OA pathogenesis. Fifty-three patients were enrolled. IFP biopsies were obtained, evaluating (a) lymphocytic infiltration and vascularization; (b) adipocytes area and number; (c) adipo-cytokines and extracellular matrix gene expression levels; (d) IL-6 and VEGF protein production; (e) collagen fibers distribution. OA IFP was more inflamed and vascularized compared to ACL IFP. OA IFP adipocytes were larger and numerically lower (1.3-fold) than ACL IFP adipocytes. An increase of gene expression of typical white adipose tissue genes was observed in OA compared to ACL IFP. Collagen-types distribution was different in the OA IFP group compared to controls, possibly explaining the change of the biomechanical characteristics found in OA IFP. Statistical linear models revealed that the adipocyte area correlated with BMI in the OA group. The investigated gas samples are methane (in nitrogen) and a gas mixture consisting of methane, water, and ethanol. Herein, to investigate the mechanical integrity of a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) in an ASSB upon electrochemical operation, we have implemented a sequence of quasi-static uniaxial tension and stress relaxation tests on a lithium perchlorate-doped poly (vinyl alcohol) electrolyte, and then discussed the viscoelastic behavior as well as the strength of SPE film during the physical aging process. On this basis, a continuum electrochemical-mechanical model is established to evaluate the stress evolution and mechanical detriment of aging electrolytes in an ASSB at a discharge state. It is found that the measured elastic modulus, yield stress, and characteristic relaxation time boost with the prolonged aging time. Meanwhile, the shape factor for the classical time-decay equation and the tensile rupture strength are independent of the aging history. Accordingly, the momentary relaxation modulus can be predicted in terms of the time-aging time superposition principle. Furthermore, the peak tensile stress in SPE film for the full discharged ASSB will significantly increase as the aging proceeds due to the stiffening of the electrolyte composite. It may result in the structure failure of the cell system. However, this negative effect can be suppressed by the suggested method, which is given by a 2D map under different lithiation rates and relative thicknesses of the electrolyte. These findings can advance the knowledge of SPE degradation and provide insights into reliable all-solid-state electrochemical device applications.Since previous evidence has demonstrated that red blood cell distribution width (RDW) may be a useful prognostic parameter in many critical illnesses and infectious diseases, we investigated the utility of RDW for monitoring patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The study population consisted of 49 COVID-19 patients, including 16 (32.6%) with severe illness, 12 (24.5%) with severe acute kidney injury (AKI), and 8 (16.3%) requiring renal replacement therapy (RRT). The predictive value of blood tests, performed during emergency department evaluation, was then addressed. A progressive increase of RDW was observed with advancing COVID-19 severity. The area under the curve (AUC) of RDW was 0.73 for predicting severe illness, 0.80 for severe AKI, and 0.83 for RRT, respectively. In multivariate analysis, elevated RDW was associated with 9-fold and 16-fold increased odds of severe COVID-19 and AKI, respectively. The results of this study suggest that RDW should be part of routine laboratory assessment and monitoring of COVID-19.

These findings can advance the knowledge of SPE degradation and provide insights into reliable all-solid-state electrochemical device applications.Since previous evidence has demonstrated that red blood cell distribution width (RDW) may be a useful prognostic parameter in many critical illnesses and infectious diseases, we investigated the utility of RDW for monitoring patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The study population consisted of 49 COVID-19 patients, including 16 (32.6%) with severe illness, 12 (24.5%) with severe acute kidney injury (AKI), and 8 (16.3%) requiring renal replacement therapy (RRT). The predictive value of blood tests, performed during emergency department evaluation, was then addressed. A progressive increase of RDW was observed with advancing COVID-19 severity. The area under the curve (AUC) of RDW was 0.73 for predicting severe illness, 0.80 for severe AKI, and 0.83 for RRT, respectively. In multivariate analysis, elevated RDW was associated with 9-fold and 16-fold increased odds of severe COVID-19 and AKI, respectively. The results of this study suggest that RDW should be part of routine laboratory assessment and monitoring of COVID-19.

Animals were categorized into sham-operated controls in MTDKO animals (group 1) and in wild type (B6 group 2), AMI-MTDKO (group 3) and AMI-B6 (group 4) animals. They were euthanized, and the ischemic myocardium was harvested, by day 60 post AMI. The mortality rate was significantly higher in group 3 than in other groups and significantly higher in group 4 than in groups 1/2, but it showed no difference in the latter two groups (all p less then 0.01). By day 28, the left-ventricular (LV) ejection fraction displayed an opposite pattern, whereas by day 60, the gross anatomic infarct size displayed an identical pattern of mortality among the four groups (all p less then 0.001). The ratio of heart weight to tibial length and the lung injury score exhibited an identical pattern of mortality (p less then 0.01). Meanwhile, curcumin contents obtained from C. xanthorrhiza extract adulterated with 0%, 10%, 25%, 40%, 50%, and 75% of C. aeruginosa were 1.02%, 0.96%, 0.86%, 0.69%, 0.43%, and 0.27%, respectively. The decreasing of curcumin contents in adulterant concentrations of 40% and more in C. xanthorrhiza rhizome could indicate the adulteration with other rhizomes. Multivariate analysis of PCA (principal component analysis) using data set obtained from 1H-NMR spectra clearly discriminated pure and adulterated C. xanthorrhiza with C. aeruginosa. OPLS-DA (orthogonal projections to latent structures-discriminant analysis) successfully classified pure and adulterated C. xanthorrhiza with higher R2X (0.965), R2Y (0.958), and Q2(cum) (0.93).   • The use of microcrystalline cellulose as a feed additive is considered safe for the environment. The additive is considered to be efficacious in feedingstuffs for all animal species.Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Nutrition, Novel Foods and Food Allergens (NDA) was asked to deliver an opinion on the safety of rapeseed powder from Brassica rapa L. and Brassica napus L. as a novel food (NF) pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2015/2283. Rapeseed powder will be produced from the seeds of non-genetically modified double low (00) cultivars that are varieties with a low content of erucic acid and reduced content of glucosinolates compared to older varieties. The applicant developed a production process designed to further reduce the content of glucosinolates and other undesirable compounds such as phytates. The NF will be used as a food ingredient added to a number of food products. The target population is the general population from 1 year of age. The maximum estimated intake of the NF is 18-21 g/day in adolescents, adults and elderly (corresponding to 0.35, 0.23 and 0.25 g/kg body weight (bw) per day, respectively). The levels of undesirable compounds in this NF, such as erucic acid, glucosinolates and phytates, are below levels which would raise concerns. The EFSA NDA Panel has previously assessed the safety of similar products for human consumption and there is extensive experience on the use of rapeseed in animal feed. The applicant provided a human study on the safety and tolerability of the NF and no safety concerns were identified. The Panel considers that the NF, i.e. rapeseed powder from Brassica rapa L. and Brassica napus L., is safe at the proposed conditions of use.The qualified presumption of safety (QPS) was developed to provide a generic safety evaluation for biological agents to support EFSA's Scientific Panels. It is based on an assessment of the taxonomic identity, the body of knowledge, safety concerns and antimicrobial resistance. Safety concerns identified for a taxonomic unit (TU) are where possible to be confirmed at strain or product level, reflected by 'qualifications'. No new information was found that would change the previously recommended QPS TUs of the 39 microorganisms notified to EFSA between October 2019 and March 2020, 33 were excluded, including five filamentous fungi, five Escherichia coli, two Enterococcus faecium, two Streptomyces spp. and 19 TUs already evaluated. Six TUs were evaluated. Akkermansia muciniphila was not recommended for QPS status due to safety concerns. Clostridium butyricum was not recommended because some strains contain pathogenicity factors. This TU was excluded for further QPS evaluation. Galdieria sulphuraria and Pseudomonas chlororaphis were also rejected due to a lack of body of knowledge. The QPS status of Corynebacterium ammoniagenes (with the qualification 'for production purposes only') and of Komagataella pastoris (with the qualification 'for enzyme production') was confirmed. In relation to the taxonomic revision of the Lactobacillus genus, previously designated Lactobacillus species will be reassigned to the new species and both the old and new names will be retained in the QPS list.According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance amisulbrom. To assess the occurrence of amisulbrom residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Commission Regulation (EU) No 188/2011, as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States (including the supporting residues data). Based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. All information required by the regulatory framework was present and a risk to consumers was not identified.The Branchinectidae is a diverse and widely distributed group of anostracans. The majority of work on the group has focused on the morphological delineation of taxa and biogeography. Here we present a molecular phylogeny for select members of the family to better understand the distribution of morphological variation among species, and test biogeographic models of speciation for the group. Although we conducted both molecular and morphological phylogenies for the Branchinectidae, the morphological analysis did not support our molecular phylogeny and it did not support previous species group concepts based on geography. Our molecular phylogenetic analysis suggests that the family may have originated in Eurasia and found support for numerous species groups. This new species is the first living representative of Pontopolycope from the Indo-Pacific region. We also provided a key to identifying five living congeners throughout the world's oceans. Since Pontopolycope is defined by the morphological characteristics of the carapace, the following five fossil and subfossil (empty valve) species of Polycope (Polycopidae) are moved to Pontopolycope Pontopolycope luxuriosa (Herrig, 1964) comb. nov., P. sanctacatherinae (Whatley and Downing, 1983) comb. nov., P. krauseae (Herrig, 1994) comb. nov., P. proboscidea (Herrig, 1994) comb. nov., and P. isolata (Whatley, Jones and Wouters, 2000) comb. nov. Finally, the nucleotide sequence data of three genes (18S rRNA, 28S rRNA, and mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1) of the new species are provided for future systematic and phylogenetic studies.
