  • Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most common diagnostic histologic subtype of non-small cell lung cancer, but the role of receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase-like N (PTPRN) in LUAD has not been studied.

PTPRN overexpression promoted LUAD cell migration and the expression of EMT markers by influencing MEK/ERK and PI3K/AKT signaling. Moreover, PTPRN expression was significantly associated with TIICs, especially NK cells. A549 and H1299 cells overexpressed PTPRN inhibited NK cell cytotoxicity.

    Taken together, these findings demonstrated that PTPRN might be a potential and novel therapeutic target modulating antitumor immune response in treatment of LUAD.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop degradable and biocompatible stents to replace silicone rubber tubes as pancreatic duct stents. The purpose of our research was to verify the feasibility and biological safety of extrusion-based 3D printed radiopaque chitosan (CS) ducts for pancreaticojejunostomy. Chitosan-barium sulfate (CS-Ba) ducts with different molecular weights (low-, medium-, and high-molecular weight CS-Ba LCS-Ba, MCS-Ba, and HCS-Ba, respectively) were soaked in vitro in simulated pancreatic juice (SPJ) (pH 8.0) with or without pancreatin for 16 weeks. Changes in their weight, water absorption rate and mechanical properties were tested regularly. The biocompatibility, degradation and radiopaque performance were verified by in vivo and in vitro experiments. The results showed that CS-Ba ducts prepared by this method had regular compact structures and good molding effects.

  • On the basis of phase III CheckMate 141 results, nivolumab was approved for recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer after undergoing platinum-containing chemotherapy in Japan. This post-marketing surveillance aimed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of nivolumab for head and neck cancer in the real-world setting.

    All patients with head and neck cancer who planned to receive nivolumab were centrally registered. This study monitored 607 patients for 6months to assess nivolumab's safety, especially treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) of special interest, and effectiveness.

    TRAEs occurred in 36.1% patients, with no new safety signals. The most common TRAEs with grade ≥ 3 were interstitial lung disease (1.2%), diarrhea (0.8%), and hepatic function abnormal (0.7%). Meanwhile, thyroid dysfunction (10.2%), hepatic dysfunction (5.3%), and interstitial lung disease (4.1%) were the most common TRAE categories of special interest. Although the median time to the onset of each TRAE category of special interest was mostly 1-2months, most of them occurred throughout the observation period; nonetheless, the majority of patients recovered or remitted. The 6-month survival rate was 55.9%.

    Several kinds of systemic inflammatory response, classified into two types C-reactive protein (CRP)-based type and blood cell count-based type, were reported as a prognostic indicator in patients with pancreatic cancer (PC). However, there is no consensus which types is more sensitive predictor in patients with PC. Therefore, we here developed a novel biomarker, C-NLR, which consists of both CRP and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and we evaluated the prognostic significance of C-NLR in patients with PC after pancreatic resection.

    A total of 217 patients was comprised in this study. We retrospectively investigated the relation between C-NLR and disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) after pancreatic resection.

    Optimal cutoff level of C-NLR was defined as 0.206 by a ROC analysis. By multivariate analysis, age (P = 0.024), TNM stage (P < 0.001), and C-NLR (HR 1.373, 95% CI 1.005-1.874, P = 0.046) were independent predictors of DFS, whereas TNM stage (P = 0.016) and C-NLR (HR 1.468, 95% CI 1.042-2.067, P = 0.028) were independent predictors of OS.

ETP levels were measured on admission. Patients were evaluated for major adverse cardiovascular events (**** cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, stroke, transient ischemic attack, venous thromboembolism) and bleeding complications [according to Bleeding Academic Research Consortium (BARC) definition] during in-hospital stay. COVID-19 patients had similar ETP levels compared to controls (AUC 93 ± 24% vs 99 ± 21%, p = 0.339). A novel autotrophic NRFO enrichment culture, named culture BP, was obtained from freshwater sediment. After more than 20 transfers, culture BP oxidized 8.22 mM of Fe(II) and reduced 2.42 mM of nitrate within 6.5 days under autotrophic conditions. We applied metagenomic, metatranscriptomic, and metaproteomic analyses to culture BP to identify the microorganisms involved in autotrophic NRFO and to unravel their metabolism.     Tumor necrosis is a negative prognostic factor in various cancers. High-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas (HGNEC) of the lung, such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC), commonly have histopathological features of tumor necrosis. However, the prognostic value of tumor necrosis remains unknown.

    A total of 81 patients with HGNEC (SCLC, n = 42; LCNEC, n = 39) who underwent complete resection were enrolled. The proportion of necrosis in the tumor tissues was quantified using digital image analysis. We analyzed the relationship between the proportion of necrosis, clinicopathological factors, and prognosis. Moreover, we examined the correlation between genomic alterations and proportion of necrosis.

    The median proportion of necrosis was 10.6 % (range, 0-62.8 %). The proportion of necrosis was not significantly different between SCLC (median, 5.1 %; range, 0-62.8 %) and LCNEC (median 14.2 %; range, 0-59.3 %) (p =  0.14). The cumulative incidence of recurrence (CIR) and lung cancer-specific cumulative incidence of death (LC-CID) were significantly higher in patients with 10 % or higher necrosis (necrosis ≥ 10 %) than in those with less than 10 % (necrosis < 10 %) (hazard ratio [HR], 2.94; 95 % confidence interval [CI], 1.30-6.64, and HR, 2.87; 95 % CI, 1.13-7.29, respectively).   • This case report highlights the diagnosis, radiologic and pathologic findings, and management of primary pulmonary ES.Current calcium modification treatments only address the burden of intimal calcium with varying degrees of success and result in an increased risk for adverse events. Here, we describe the use of shockwave intravascular lithoplasty (S-IVL) to effectively treat a severely calcified coronary artery lesion. A 59-year-old male with a history of coronary artery disease with stents presented to our hospital with angina. Diagnostic coronary angiography revealed a mid-right coronary artery (****) stent with severe in-stent restenosis due to under expansion of stent with severe calcification. Due to these factors, the decision was made to reduce the calcium burden with the use of S-IVL. This is a promising technique in plaque modification of severely calcified coronary lesions with less risk of myocardial injury and mechanical vascular trauma. Multivariable analysis demonstrated that hypertension (OR=1.6; 95% CI= 1.1, 2.1; p=0.005) and high white blood cell count (OR=1.08; 95% CI=1.03, 1.1; p=0.0001) were independent predictors of complications. Return to the operating room (OR=5.9, 95% CI=1.7, 20.2, p=0.0005); complications (OR=4.1, 95% CI=1.6, 10.6, p=0.004); and blood urea nitrogen (OR=1.08, 95% CI=1.02, 1.2, p=0.02) were independent predictors of 30-day readmission. Conclusion Using one of the largest datasets of pituitary adenoma patients, we identified perioperative factors most critical for patient outcome. One strength of this study is adjusting for cofactors that predict outcomes, which has not been done previously. Several patient biomarkers, namely white blood cell count and blood urea nitrogen, may serve as preoperative markers that might identify patients at higher risk. Here, we describe the use of shockwave intravascular lithoplasty (S-IVL) to effectively treat a severely calcified coronary artery lesion. A 59-year-old male with a history of coronary artery disease with stents presented to our hospital with angina. Diagnostic coronary angiography revealed a mid-right coronary artery (mRCA) stent with severe in-stent restenosis due to under expansion of stent with severe calcification. Due to these factors, the decision was made to reduce the calcium burden with the use of S-IVL. This is a promising technique in plaque modification of severely calcified coronary lesions with less risk of myocardial injury and mechanical vascular trauma. Reflective practice and self-evaluation of communication services to children with ASD may support improved provision of EBP.The neoadjuvant chemotherapy plays an important role in locally advanced gastric cancer, but its efficacy, safety profiles and clinical outcomes among different regimens still remain controversial. In this study, totally 231 eligible patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were enrolled. These patients were divided into the observation group (SOX regimen, n = 123) and control group (mFOLFOX6 regimen, n = 108) according to different chemotherapy regimens. Then, the differences in chemotherapy efficacy, adverse reactions, surgical characteristics, complications and survival condition were compared. No significant differences were observed in clinical efficacy of chemotherapy, the rate of D2 lymph node clearance, R0 resection, complications, responses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and survival condition between two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (16.26% vs 29.63%, χ2 = 5.893, P  less then  0.05; 11.38% vs 26.85%, χ2 = 9.084, P  less then  0.05; 35.77% vs 53.70%, χ2 = 7.499, P  less then  0.05). The SOX regimen and mFOLFOX6 regimen have similar chemotherapy efficacy for locally advanced gastric cancer, but SOX regimen has a lower risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions comparing with mFOLFOX6 regimen.This study describes the synthesis and vacuole-inducing activity of 5-((4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)-1H-indole-2-carbohydrazide derivatives, including five potent derivatives 12c, 12 g, 12i, 12n, and 12A that exhibit excellent vacuole-inducing activity. Data on acoustical/aerodynamic, auditory-perceptual, and self-perceptual measures were obtained pre- and post-intervention. The Phonatory Aerodynamic System (PAS) was used to analyse acoustical/aerodynamic data.Result The acoustical/aerodynamic assessment revealed statistically significant (p  less then  0.01) improvements in habitual pitch, pitch range, speaking rate, and number of respirations.

Sociodemographic data, information about COVID-19 experience and three scales assessing anxiety (STAI-Y1), depression (HAM-D) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PCL-5) were collected. A total of 308 employees (80% women; mean age 45.1 years) responded 16% physicians, 68% other healthcare professionals, and 16% administrative staff. Employees reported moderate/severe symptoms of anxiety (23%), depression (53%), and post-traumatic stress disorder (40%). At multivariate logistic regression analysis, having suffered a loss for COVID-19 in the personal context was independently associated with higher risk of moderate/severe anxiety (OR = 2.40; 95% CI 1.16-4.98), being female was associated with higher risk of moderate/severe depression (OR = 2.82; 95% CI 1.43-5.59), and having had a family member affected by COVID-19 was associated with higher risk of moderate/severe post-traumatic stress disorder (OR = 2.75; 95% CI 1.01-7.48). Here we systematically look into the involvement of salicylic acid (SA) in the regulation of abiotic stress in rice. Studies have shown that the level of endogenous salicylic acid (SA) is high in rice compared to any other plant species. The reason behind this elevated level and the contribution of this molecule towards abiotic stress management and other underlying mechanisms remains poorly understood in rice. In this review we will address various abiotic stresses that affect the biochemistry and physiology of rice and the role played by SA in its regulation. Further, this review will elucidate the potential mechanisms that control SA-mediated stress tolerance in rice, leading to future prospects and direction for investigation.

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), the individual germline sequence variations in genes involved in drug metabolism, are correlated to interindividual response to drugs and explain both efficacy and toxicity profiles reported by patients.

    We present the case of a woman suffering from triple-positive breast cancer; she had early-stage disease at the onset and after four years developed metastatic disease. During her history, she presented different toxicities due to antineoplastic treatments. Particularly, hypertransaminasemia was found during every line of treatment. Nevertheless, we were able to guarantee the patient an excellent therapeutic adhesion thanks to the supportive treatments and the reduction of drug dosage. Moreover, we conducted a simultaneous analysis of the patient's biochemical and genomic data thanks to Drug-PIN software, and we found several significant SNPs of the main enzymes and transporters involved in drug metabolism.

This study aims to describe a psychological screening program developed at a large University Hospital in Milan, Italy, and assess the psychological outcomes of employees and associated factors. A survey was electronically conducted among hospital employees between July and October 2020. Sociodemographic data, information about COVID-19 experience and three scales assessing anxiety (STAI-Y1), depression (HAM-D) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PCL-5) were collected. A total of 308 employees (80% women; mean age 45.1 years) responded 16% physicians, 68% other healthcare professionals, and 16% administrative staff. Employees reported moderate/severe symptoms of anxiety (23%), depression (53%), and post-traumatic stress disorder (40%). At multivariate logistic regression analysis, having suffered a loss for COVID-19 in the personal context was independently associated with higher risk of moderate/severe anxiety (OR = 2.40; 95% CI 1.16-4.98), being female was associated with higher risk of moderate/severe depression (OR = 2.82; 95% CI 1.43-5.59), and having had a family member affected by COVID-19 was associated with higher risk of moderate/severe post-traumatic stress disorder (OR = 2.75; 95% CI 1.01-7.48). Since its discovery in 1979, hundreds of research groups have devoted their efforts toward understanding why this gene is so frequently selected against by tumors, with the hopes of harnessing this information toward the improved therapy of cancer. The result is that this protein has been meticulously analyzed in tumor and normal cells, resulting in over 100,000 publications, with an average of 5000 papers published on p53 every year for the past decade. The journey toward understanding p53 function has been anything but straightforward; in fact, the field is notable for the numerous times that established paradigms not only have been shifted, but in fact have been shattered or reversed. In this review, we will discuss the manuscripts, or series of manuscripts, that have most radically changed our thinking about how this tumor suppressor functions, and we will delve into the emerging challenges for the future in this important area of research. Clinical research has shown that CPSF4 expression is upregulated in HCC and that high expression of CPSF4 is associated with poor prognosis in HCC patients. Mechanistic studies have demonstrated that CPSF4 reduces the levels of circRNAs, which possess a polyadenylation signal sequence and this decrease in circRNAs reduces the accumulation of miRNA and disrupts the miRNA-mediated gene silencing in HCC. Experiments in cell culture and xenograft mouse models showed that CPSF4 promotes the proliferation of HCC cells and enhances tumorigenicity. Moreover, CPSF4 antagonizes the tumor suppressor effect of its downstream circRNA in HCC.   • Sparse research in interventions to prevent and reduce the impact of cardiovascular diseases among persons with schizophrenia was noted. Conclusion Targeted efforts are needed at the clinic, community, and policy levels to understand the impact of cardiovascular diseases among persons with schizophrenia. Robust and feasible interventions targeting cardiovascular diseases and its varied risk factors in persons with schizophrenia, that can be implemented in tertiary mental health services, need to be developed and tested.Background Polypharmacy and inappropriate prescription are frequent in vulnerable and multi-morbid populations. Adults with intellectual disability (ID) are at risk of being polymedicated because they often present with multiple comorbidities and challenging behaviors. Aim The objective of this study was thus to evaluate the prevalence of potentially inappropriate medications (PIM) and polypharmacy in a hospital unit dedicated to adults with ID. Methods A 10-month prospective observational study took place at a hospital unit specializing in the care of adults with ID in Geneva, Switzerland. Once a week, health and prescription data were collected and screened for PIM according to preset definitions. Results Fourteen patients consented to participate, leading to 20 hospitalization events assessed during the study. Hospitalizations lasted 12.8 weeks on average. ID severities ranged from mild to profound, all degrees of severity being equally represented. One hundred percent of the patients were polymedicated (defined as five drugs or more prescribed simultaneously). A mean number of 9.4 drugs were prescribed per week, including 5.3 psychotropic drugs. The number of prescribed drugs remained stable throughout the hospitalizations. Antipsychotics were the most prescribed drug class (19% of all prescribed drugs), followed by benzodiazepines (13%) and laxatives (12%). A total of 114 PIM were recorded with an average of 5.7 PIM per hospitalization. Conclusions This study showed that polypharmacy and inappropriate prescription are very common in adults with ID, even though the literature and expert positions advocate for deprescription in these patients. Specific prescribing and deprescribing guidelines are needed for that specific population.Background Antipsychotics are frequently used to treat delirium but often induce corrected QT (QTc) prolongation, which can be lethal by causing torsade de pointes. Nonetheless, the selection of antipsychotics to treat delirium patients with prolonged baseline QTc intervals remains unclear. We aimed to assess the utility of antipsychotics based on their effects on treatment outcomes and QTc intervals. Methods A clinical decision analysis was conducted using data on the effects of antipsychotics on treatment outcomes and QTc intervals from published network meta-analyses. We quantified the utility of six antipsychotics (amisulpride, haloperidol, olanzapine, quetiapine, risperidone, and ziprasidone) using a decision tree and the obtained effect sizes. Subsequently, we conducted sensitivity analyses using multiple utility settings and another dataset. We also performed a probabilistic sensitivity analysis using Monte Carlo simulation, in which the effects of antipsychotics were randomly sampled given the plausible range. Results Amisulpride showed the highest utility when the baseline QTc interval was 420 ms. Quetiapine showed the highest utility when the baseline QTc interval was ≥450 ms. The sensitivity analyses also showed the superiority of quetiapine when the baseline QTc intervals were prolonged. Conclusions Decision analysis suggests that quetiapine is the optimal antipsychotic drug for the treatment of patients with delirium and prolonged baseline QTc intervals.A large number of neuroimaging studies have detected brain abnormalities in first-episode schizophrenia both before and after treatment, but it remains unclear how these abnormalities reflect the effects of antipsychotic treatment on the brain. To summarize the findings in this regard and provide potential directions for future work, we reviewed longitudinal structural and functional imaging studies in patients with first-episode schizophrenia before and after antipsychotic treatment. A total of 36 neuroimaging studies was included, involving 21 structural imaging studies and 15 functional imaging studies. Both anatomical and functional brain changes in patients after treatment were consistently observed in the frontal and temporal lobes, basal ganglia, limbic system and several key components within the default mode network (DMN). Alterations in these regions were affected by factors such as antipsychotic type, course of treatment, and duration of untreated psychosis (DUP). Over all we showed that (a) The striatum and DMN were core target regions of treatment in schizophrenia, and their changes were related to different antipsychotics; (b) The gray matter of frontal and temporal lobes tended to reduce after long-term treatment; and (c) Longer DUP was accompanied with faster hippocampal atrophy after initial treatment, which was also associated with poorer outcome. These findings are in accordance with previous notions but should be interpreted with caution. Robust and feasible interventions targeting cardiovascular diseases and its varied risk factors in persons with schizophrenia, that can be implemented in tertiary mental health services, need to be developed and tested.Background Polypharmacy and inappropriate prescription are frequent in vulnerable and multi-morbid populations. Adults with intellectual disability (ID) are at risk of being polymedicated because they often present with multiple comorbidities and challenging behaviors. Aim The objective of this study was thus to evaluate the prevalence of potentially inappropriate medications (PIM) and polypharmacy in a hospital unit dedicated to adults with ID. Methods A 10-month prospective observational study took place at a hospital unit specializing in the care of adults with ID in Geneva, Switzerland. Once a week, health and prescription data were collected and screened for PIM according to preset definitions. Results Fourteen patients consented to participate, leading to 20 hospitalization events assessed during the study. Hospitalizations lasted 12.8 weeks on average. ID severities ranged from mild to profound, all degrees of severity being equally represented. One hundred percent of the patients were polymedicated (defined as five drugs or more prescribed simultaneously). A mean number of 9.4 drugs were prescribed per week, including 5.3 psychotropic drugs. The number of prescribed drugs remained stable throughout the hospitalizations. Antipsychotics were the most prescribed drug class (19% of all prescribed drugs), followed by benzodiazepines (13%) and laxatives (12%). A total of 114 PIM were recorded with an average of 5.7 PIM per hospitalization. Conclusions This study showed that polypharmacy and inappropriate prescription are very common in adults with ID, even though the literature and expert positions advocate for deprescription in these patients. Nonetheless, the selection of antipsychotics to treat delirium patients with prolonged baseline QTc intervals remains unclear. We aimed to assess the utility of antipsychotics based on their effects on treatment outcomes and QTc intervals. Methods A clinical decision analysis was conducted using data on the effects of antipsychotics on treatment outcomes and QTc intervals from published network meta-analyses. We quantified the utility of six antipsychotics (amisulpride, haloperidol, olanzapine, quetiapine, risperidone, and ziprasidone) using a decision tree and the obtained effect sizes. Subsequently, we conducted sensitivity analyses using multiple utility settings and another dataset. We also performed a probabilistic sensitivity analysis using Monte Carlo simulation, in which the effects of antipsychotics were randomly sampled given the plausible range. Results Amisulpride showed the highest utility when the baseline QTc interval was 420 ms. Quetiapine showed the highest utility when the baseline QTc interval was ≥450 ms. The sensitivity analyses also showed the superiority of quetiapine when the baseline QTc intervals were prolonged. Conclusions Decision analysis suggests that quetiapine is the optimal antipsychotic drug for the treatment of patients with delirium and prolonged baseline QTc intervals.A large number of neuroimaging studies have detected brain abnormalities in first-episode schizophrenia both before and after treatment, but it remains unclear how these abnormalities reflect the effects of antipsychotic treatment on the brain. To summarize the findings in this regard and provide potential directions for future work, we reviewed longitudinal structural and functional imaging studies in patients with first-episode schizophrenia before and after antipsychotic treatment. A total of 36 neuroimaging studies was included, involving 21 structural imaging studies and 15 functional imaging studies. Both anatomical and functional brain changes in patients after treatment were consistently observed in the frontal and temporal lobes, basal ganglia, limbic system and several key components within the default mode network (DMN). Alterations in these regions were affected by factors such as antipsychotic type, course of treatment, and duration of untreated psychosis (DUP). Over all we showed that (a) The striatum and DMN were core target regions of treatment in schizophrenia, and their changes were related to different antipsychotics; (b) The gray matter of frontal and temporal lobes tended to reduce after long-term treatment; and (c) Longer DUP was accompanied with faster hippocampal atrophy after initial treatment, which was also associated with poorer outcome. Identifying m6A sites contributes to understanding the functional mechanism and biological significance of m6A. The existing biological experimental methods for identifying m6A sites are time-consuming and costly. Thus, developing a high confidence computational method is significant to explore m6A intrinsic characters. In this study, we propose a predictor called m6AGE which utilizes sequence-derived and graph embedding features. To the best of our knowledge, our predictor is the first to combine sequence-derived features and graph embeddings for m6A site prediction. Comparison results show that our proposed predictor achieved the best performance compared with other predictors on four public datasets across three species. On the A101 dataset, our predictor outperformed 1.34% (accuracy), 0.0227 (Matthew's correlation coefficient), 5.63% (specificity), and 0.0081 (AUC) than comparing predictors, which indicates that m6AGE is a useful tool for m6A site prediction. Differentially expressed hypoxia-related genes were screened by univariate Cox regression analysis and Lasso regression analysis. Then, the selected genes constituted the hypoxia signature and were included in multivariate Cox regression to generate the risk scores. After that, we evaluate the predictive performance of this signature by multiple receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The CIBERSORT tool was applied to investigate the relationship between the hypoxia signature and the is (GSEA) showed that immune or cancer-associated pathways belonged to the high-risk groups and metabolism-related signal pathways were enriched into the low-risk group. Finally, we constructed a predictive model with risk score, age, and stage and validated its performance in GEO datasets.

Here, we analysed the role of circular RNA (circRNA) RAB3B, member RAS oncogene family (circRAB3B) in regulating the phenotypes of IL-22-induced HaCaT cells. RT-qPCR was implemented to assess RNA abundance. Western blot assay was adopted to assess protein abundance. Cell proliferation capacity was examined by cell counting kit-8 (CCK8) assay and 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (Edu) assay. Cell motility was assessed by transwell assays and wound healing assay. Flow cytometric analysis was utilized to evaluate cell cycle progression and apoptosis. The intermolecular binding relations were tested via dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay. CircRAB3B expression was reduced in psoriatic cutaneous specimens and IL-22-treated HaCaT cells. CircRAB3B overexpression hampered the proliferation, motility, and cell cycle progression and elevated the apoptotic rate of IL-22-treated HaCaT cells, and circRAB3B silencing exhibited opposite effects in IL-22-induced HaCaT cells. CircRAB3B acted as microRNA-1228-3p (miR-1228-3p) sponge in HaCaT cells, and miR-1228-3p overexpression largely overturned circRAB3B overexpression-induced effects in HaCaT cells. MiR-1228-3p interacted with phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN), and circRAB3B sponged miR-1228-3p to induce PTEN level. MiR-1228-3p accumulation-mediated effects were partly alleviated by PTEN overexpression in HaCaT cells upon IL-22 treatment. CircRAB3B suppressed psoriasis progression partly through down-regulating miR-1228-3p and up-regulating PTEN.
