Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who specializes in working with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to feel empowered and make great changes in their lives. My goal is to assist people get "unstuck" from overpowering negative thoughts by teaching them how to efficiently adjust to life's circumstances while remaining true to their beliefs. I believe that each of us deserves to live a more awake, purposeful, joyous, and fulfilled life. I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis College.
