  • Supraventricular arrhythmias (SVAs), commonly managed with radiofrequency ablation (RFA), may occur after orthotopic heart transplantation (OHT).

    We retrospectively assessed 514 consecutive patients (pts.) undergoing OHT between January 1990 and July 2016 in a single-center. Patients with SVAs managed with RFA were included. Mechanisms of genesis of SVAs, association with surgical techniques and outcomes, were analyzed.

    Of 514 pts undergoing OHT, 53% (272 pts.) were managed with bicaval (**) technique and 47% (242 pts.) with biatrial (BA) technique. Mean follow-up 10±8.4years. Nine pts. (1.7%) developed SVA requiring RFA. The ** technique was performed in 4 pts., 3 pts. presented cavotricuspid isthmus-dependent atrial flutter (CTI AFL), and 1 pt. double loop AFL. Five pts. were managed with BA technique, 4 pts. presented CTI AFL, and 1 pt. atrial tachycardia (AT). Mean time between OHT and SVA occurrence was 6.6±5.5years. The procedure was successful in 89% (8 pts.). Arrhythmia recurrence was seen in 3 pts (37%), all with BA technique.

Adverse outcome pathways (AOPs) are used to describe the mechanism of action of a toxicant through sequential levels of biological organization to understand the key events that occur for a given adverse outcome. We used the AOP framework to organize and present the current literature available on the impacts of neonicotinoids on bumble bees. The present review focuses on Bombus terrestris and B. impatiens, the 2 most commonly studied bumble bees due to their commercial availability. Our review does not seek to describe an AOP for the molecular initiating event shared by neonicotinoids, but rather aims to summarize the current literature and determine data gaps for the Bombus research community to address. Overall, we highlight a great need for additional studies, especially those examining cellular and organ responses in bumble bees exposed to neonicotinoids. In Brazil, extracts of this plant are widely used for medical purposes. In this study, we analyzed the mutagenic potential of two flavonoid-enriched fractions from Brazilian pepper tree stem bark using Escherichia coli CC strains deficient and proficient in enzymes involved in the DNA repair of oxidative lesions. The highest mutagenic response was detected in the CC104mutMmutY strain but CC104mutY showed a higher mutation frequency than CC104mutM. The spectrum of mutations induced in plasmid DNA is composed of mutations typically caused by oxidative lesions. When this systems-biology approach is combined with ecologic principles, it explicates the complex relationship that exist between microbiota and between them and us, the human. In this volume of Periodontology 2000, a group of 12 female scientists take the lead in investigating how metagenomics, genomics, metatranscriptomics, proteomics, metaproteomics, and metabolomics have achieved the following (a) widened our view of the periodontal microbiome; (b) expanded our understanding of the evolution of the human oral microbiome; (c) shone a light on not just bacteria, but also other prokaryotic and eukaryotic members of the community; (d) elucidated the effects of anthropogenic behavior and systemic diseases on shaping these communities; and (e) influenced traditional patterns of periodontal therapeutics.

    This prospective study was performed in Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem, Israel, between June 2018 and March 2019. Children with PIVC admitted to the paediatric departments were included. PIVCs were evaluated daily.

    A total of 113 children with 132 PIVCs were included in the study. The most common site of insertion was the antecubital fossa (43.9%).   • In the present work, different natural compounds from coffee by-product extracts (coffee silverskin and spent coffee) rich in polyphenols, was investigated against beauvericin (BEA) induced-cytotoxicity on SH-SY5Y cells. Spent coffee arise as waste products through the production of instant coffee and coffee brewing; while the silverskin is a tegument which is removed and eliminated with toasting coffee grains. First of all, polyphenol extraction methods, measurement of total polyphenols content and its identification were carried out. Afterwards evaluating in vitro effects with MTT assay on SH-SY5Y cells of coffee by-product extracts and mycotoxins at different concentrations and exposure times was performed. TPC in silverskin coffee by-product extracts was >10 times higher than in spent coffee by-product extracts. Chlorogenic acid was the majority polyphenol detected. Viability for BEA reached IC50 values at 72h (2.5 μM); boiling water silverskin coffee extract reached the highest viability also in pre-treatment BEA exposure and compared with MeOH and MeOHH2O (v/v, 5050) extracts. These results in SH-SY5Y cells highlight the use of such residues as supplements or bioactive compounds in the future.Cisplatin-based chemotherapy is a common first-line regimen for treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, drug resistance is still a major problem. The purposes of this study were to evaluate whether sclareol can reverse cisplatin resistance and to investigate its possible mechanisms. A549 cells, the human NSCLC cells with inherent cisplatin resistance, were used to investigate synergistic effect of sclareol with cisplatin in cell proliferation and migration as well as its regulatory mechanisms in expression of excision repair cross-complementation group 1 (ERCC1), a cisplatin resistance-associated molecule. Nude **** bearing subcutaneous A549 tumors were applied to investigate synergistic activity of sclareol in anti-tumor. As comparing to the cisplatin alone group, the treatment of cisplatin combined with sclareol significantly suppressed survival rate and cell migration of A549 cells. Besides, sclareol also exhibited suppression in ERCC1 expression by inhibiting AKT-GSK3β-AP1/Snail and JNK-AP1 pathways. Whether IE induces enhanced GDF-15 expression or is prompted by it, has remained elusive. In this study we investigated how high levels of GDF-15 contribute to IE-associated erythroid dysplasia. We assessed mRNA levels of GDF-15 during erythroid maturation as well as in patients with IE using qRT-PCR. Later, the erythroid colony-forming capacity of GDF-15-treated hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) was evaluated by CFC assay. Any effect of elevated levels of GDF-15 on erythroid maturation was ultimately examined by expression analysis of erythroid-associated transcription factors and flow cytometry analysis of CD235a expression. GDF-15 mRNA expression increased during erythroid differentiation and also in β-thalassemia and MDS patients which was directly correlated with erythropoiesis severity. Treating the cells with high GDF-15 concentration (50 ng/ml) resulted in an approximate 30% decline in the capacity of erythroid colony formation of HSCs and CD235a positive cells. Additionally, erythroid-specific transcription factors showed significant down-regulation in the early stages of erythroid differentiation. According to the expression level of GDF-15 and the role it plays in the erythroid system, high-levels of this factor could be an auto-modulatory mechanism to control the excessive production of erythroid cells.We developed a behavioral experiment to elucidate the neural mechanisms of intention understanding in ****. In this experiment, the mouse is first trained to acquire food by reaching with its forelimb. The **** that learnt this were placed in an experimental box wherein they can observe the reaching activity of another mouse. We found that trained **** tend to observe the reaching activity of other ****; **** that did not receive any prior training displayed a lower tendency towards observing another mouse's reaching behavior. In experiment 2, in order to rule out that observing the behaviors of other **** is solely due to interest in the feeding table or the social stimulus itself, we compared exploratory approach behaviors when the box with the feeding table was empty, when the untrained mouse did not reach it, and when another learnt mouse was reaching for the food. The results showed that exploratory approach behaviors to trained **** lasted significantly longer than the exploratory approach behavior to the empty box and untrained individuals.

Eotaxin and MCP-1 were found differentially expressed in male vs. female patients. SVM analysis of the tissue expression data identified the combination of these four molecules as the most effective signature to discriminate melanoma patients (AUC = 0.98). Validation, using the GEPIA2 database on an additional 1019 independent samples, fully confirmed these observations. The studied chains were represented by coarse-grained models and embedded into a simple 3D cubic lattice. The chains stood for two-block linear copolymers of different energy of bead-bead interactions. Their behavior was studied in a nanotube formed by four impenetrable surfaces. The long-time unidirectional motion of the chain in the tight nanopore was found to be correlated with the orientation of both parts of the copolymer along the length of the nanopore. A possible mechanism of the anomalous diffusion was proposed on the basis of thermodynamics of the system, more precisely on the free energy barrier of the swapping of positions of both parts of the chain and the impulse of temporary forces induced by variation of the chain conformation. The mean bead and the mass center autocorrelation functions were examined. While the former function behaves classically, the latter indicates the period of time of superdiffusive motion similar to the ballistic motion with the autocorrelation function scaling with the exponent t5/3. A distribution of periods of time of chain diffusion between swapping events was found and discussed. We reduced the local GMF (about 40 μT) to Near Null Magnetic Field (NNMF, about 30 nT) to evaluate the effects of GMF on Arabidopsis in a time-course (from rosette to seed-set) experiment by studying the lipid content (fatty acids, FA; and surface alkanes, SA) and mineral nutrients. The future potential landscape of the city showed that the land cover prediction by using the Markov chain model provided a promising finding. Four images of 1989, 2005, 2011 and 2020, were employed for built-up areas' land information trends, from which it was indicated that most of the built-up areas had been constructed before 2011. This was done by modeling the drop-in ion-collection efficiency of the chamber with increasing dose-per-pulse values, so that the ion recombination effect could be considered. The raw transmission chamber signal was extracted from the linear accelerator and its response was measured using radiochromic film at different dose rates/dose-per-pulse values, at a source-to-surface distance of 100 cm. An increase of the polarizing voltage, applied over the transmission chamber, by a factor of 2 and 3, improved the ion-collection efficiency, with corresponding increased efficiency at the highest dose-per-pulse values by a factor 1.4 and 2.2, respectively. The drop-in ion-collection efficiency with increasing dose-per-pulse was accurately modeled using a logistic function fitted to the transmission chamber data. The performance of the model was compared to that of the general theoretical Boag models of ion recombination in ionization chambers.   • RNA-protein complexes have emerged as central players in numerous key cellular processes with significant relevance in health and disease. To further deepen our knowledge of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs), multiple proteome-wide strategies have been developed to identify RBPs in different species leading to a large number of studies contributing experimentally identified as well as predicted RBP candidate catalogs. However, the rapid evolution of the field led to an accumulation of isolated datasets, hampering the access and comparison of their valuable content. Moreover, tools to link RBPs to cellular pathways and functions were lacking. Here, to facilitate the efficient screening of the RBP resources, we provide RBP2GO (https//RBP2GO.DKFZ.de), a comprehensive database of all currently available proteome-wide datasets for RBPs across 13 species from 53 studies including 105 datasets identifying altogether 22 552 RBP candidates. These are combined with the information on RBP interaction partners and on the related biological processes, molecular functions and cellular compartments. RBP2GO offers a user-friendly web interface with an RBP scoring system and powerful advanced search tools allowing forward and reverse searches connecting functions and RBPs to stimulate new research directions.
    Detection of delirium in hospitalised older adults is recommended in national and international guidelines. The 4 'A's Test (4AT) is a short (<2minutes) instrument for delirium detection that is used internationally as a standard tool in clinical practice. We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy of the 4AT for delirium detection.

    We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, clinicaltrials.gov and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, from 2011 (year of 4AT release on the website www.the4AT.com) until 21 December 2019. Inclusion criteria were older adults (≥65years); diagnostic accuracy study of the 4AT index test when compared to delirium reference standard (standard diagnostic criteria or validated tool). Methodological quality was assessed using the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2 tool. Pooled estimates of sensitivity and specificity were generated from a bivariate random effects model.

    This study used data from repeated cross-sections from successive longitudinal birth cohort studies. These included general population samples of UK adolescents aged 14 to 16 years from 3 ongoing birth cohorts the British Cohort Study 1970 (children born between April 5 and 11, 1970; data collected in 1986), the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (mothers with expected delivery between April 1, 1991, and December 21, 1992; data collected in 2005), and the Millennium Cohort Study (children born between September 1, 2000, and January 11, 2002; data collected in 2015). A total of 22 503 adolescents with data available on at least 1 weight-control or weight-pe42; mean difference 2015, 0.56; 95% CI, 0.49-0.62).

    To evaluate overall progression-free survival (PFS), widespread progression (WSP) outcomes, and survival factors from a pooled data set of 1033 patients with OM treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).

    Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) is a safe and effective technique in the diagnosis of mediastinal and abdominal masses. However, the usefulness of EUS-FNA in the diagnosis and classification of lymphomas is controversial. Our aim was to determine the yield of EUS-FNA in the diagnosis and classification of lymphomas.

    A retrospective case series was performed in a tertiary referral center. All consecutive patients referred for EUS-FNA who had a suspected diagnosis of lymphoma from March 2013 to June 2019 were included.

    35 patients (54.3% women, median age 72 years) were included. The most frequent localization of the node was the abdomen (67.9%). Nodes were punctured using 22-gauge (85.7%) and 19-gauge needle (14.3%) with slow-pull technique. The number of passes performed were three or more in 82.9% of patients. The samples were processed by cell block method. Adequate samples for immunohistochemical and molecular biological study were obtained in 33 (94.3%) patients. EUS-FNA correctly diagnosed lymphoma in 30 out of 35 patients (85.7%), and subclassification was determined in 23 patients (65.7%). The most frequent diagnosis was Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (85.7%). There was one moderate adverse event (bleeding), which was solved during the procedure.

At present, EUS has a very important diagnostic value for mediastinal, enterocoelia and retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis of malignant tumors. It also has a positive value for the space occupying of parenchyma or cavity organ and can be used for the puncture operation of multiple lesions under real-time ultrasound monitoring with high safety and small complications. submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER) can be an effective treatment for submucosal tumors (SMTs) in the esophagus and cardia. However, STER may be more difficult to perform in the stomach than in the esophagus due to special anatomical and physiological features. The feasibility of STER to remove gastric STMs has not been systematically investigated. Therefore, this meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of STER for gastric SMTs. a comprehensive literature search of the Medline, Embase, PubMed, and Cochrane Library databases was conducted. Complete resection and en-bloc resection rates were considered as the primary outcome measures. The secondary outcome measure was the pooled estimate of complications. nine studies including 301 patients with 305 lesions were finally included. The pooled estimate of en-bloc resections was 95.1 % (95 % CI 88.9-97.9 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.151, and the weighted pooled rate (WPR) for complete resection was 97.9 % (95 % CI 93.6-99.3 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.778. In addition, the pooled estimate of gas-related complications was 8.7 % (95 % CI 4.6-15.9 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.057. The pooled estimate for mucosal laceration was 4.2 % (95 % CI 2.2-7.9 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.572. The pooled estimate for delayed bleeding was 2.1 % (95 % CI 0.9-4.8 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.985. The pooled estimate of inflammation-related complications was 8.6 % (95 % CI 5.2-13.9 %), Cochran's Q-test, p = 0.308. STER is an effective and safe technique for removing gastric SMTs with low complications, and complications, when encountered, can be treated conservatively. An abdominal computed tomography was performed, which showed a splenic laceration and hemoperitoneum. An expectant attitude was decided, with a good evolution from the abdominal point of view. There was no sign of active splenic bleeding in a control computed tomography. However, he developed decompensated heart failure and finally died.

In Singapore, a retrospective cohort study of adults vaccinated from 2013 to 2017 was conducted. Influenza vaccine failure was defined as hospital admission with polymerase chain reaction-confirmed influenza infection 2-49 weeks after vaccination. Relative VE was calculated by splitting the follow-up period into 8-week episodes (Lexis expansion) and the odds of influenza infection in the first 8-week period after vaccination (weeks 2-9) compared with subsequent 8-week periods using multivariable logistic regression adjusting for patient factors and influenza virus activity. Records of 19 298 influenza vaccinations were analysed with 617 (3.2%) influenza infections. Relative VE was stable for the first 26 weeks post-vaccination, but then declined for all three influenza types/subtypes to 69% at weeks 42-49 (95% confidence interval (CI) 52-92%, P = 0.011). VE declined fastest in older adults, in individuals with chronic pulmonary disease and in those who had been previously vaccinated within the last 2 years.     Mastoid surgery is an aerosol-generating procedure that involves the use of a high-speed drill, which produces a mixture of water, bone, blood and tissue that may contain the viable coronavirus disease 2019 pathogen. This potentially puts the surgeon and other operating theatre personnel at risk of acquiring the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 from contact with droplets or aerosols. The use of an additional drape designed to limit the spread of droplets and aerosols has been described; such drapes include the 'Southampton Tent' and 'OtoTent'.

    To evaluate the use of a novel drape 'tent' that has advantages over established 'tent' designs in terms of having (1) a CE marking; (2) no requirement for modification during assembly; and (3) no obstruction to the surgical visual field.

A Gender Roles Framework guided the selection of independent women's empowerment variables. Such features define the high adaptability of Fasciola species for parasitism that facilitate their transmission. We discuss current environmental perturbations (increase of livestock and land use, climate change, introduction of alien species and biodiversity loss) in relation to fasciolosis dynamics. As Fasciola infection is directly and ultimately linked to livestock management, living conditions and cultural habits, which are also changing under the pressure of globalization and climate change, the social component of transmission is also discussed. Lastly, we examine the implication of increasing scientific and political awareness in highlighting the current circulation of fasciolosis and boosting epidemiological surveys and novel diagnostic techniques. From a joint perspective, it becomes clear that factors weight differently at each place and moment, depending on the biological, environmental, social and political interrelating contexts. Therefore, the analyses of a disease as complex as fasciolosis should be as integrative as possible to dissect the realities featuring each epidemiological scenario. Such a comprehensive appraisal is presented in this review and constitutes its main asset to serve as a fresh integrative understanding of fasciolosis.

  • An efficient and convenient synthesis of various cyclic amidines has been achieved via iridium-catalyzed deoxygenative reduction of lactams with a silane followed by a one-pot cycloaddition reaction with sulfonyl azides. Using the novel tandem procedure, a large array of cyclic amidines bearing various sized rings were synthesized in good yields from readily available lactams. This methodology has been successfully utilized in the late stage diversification of complex architectures bearing a lactam moiety.Machine learning methods are attracting considerable attention from the pharmaceutical industry for use in drug discovery and applications beyond. In recent studies, we and others have applied multiple machine learning algorithms and modeling metrics and, in some cases, compared molecular descriptors to build models for individual targets or properties on a relatively small scale. Several research groups have used large numbers of datasets from public databases such as ChEMBL in order to evaluate machine learning methods of interest to them. The largest of these types of studies used on the order of 1400 datasets. We have now extracted well over 5000 datasets from CHEMBL for use with the ECFP6 fingerprint and in comparison of our proprietary software Assay Central with random forest, k-nearest neighbors, support vector classification, naïve Bayesian, AdaBoosted decision trees, and deep neural networks (three layers). The exclusion of poorly quantified peptides before protein quantity summarization decreased false-positives in a benchmark data set. What is more, the activation entropy, which is a measure of cooperativity, calculated from the Eyring model for the secondary (β)-relaxation in ITZ and POS, increased and decreased, respectively, in the compressed samples. To understand these peculiar results, we have carried out X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements on the pressure-densified glasses and found that pressure may induce frustration in molecular organization and destroy the medium-range order while enhancing the short-range correlations between molecules.

  • Background Headache associated with Moyamoya disease (HAMD) in the Chinese population is not well-described. The long-term outcome of surgical revascularization and natural course of HAMD has not been disclosed either. Methods A headache screening questionnaire in China based on the ICHD2 and a face-to-face interview performed by an experienced neurologist were used to investigate headache characteristics and frequency and pain intensity in the 3 months before admission, and a telephone interview was used for the follow-up of a large cohort of 119 Chinese patients with HAMD. Results Headache intensity was rated as scores of 5.9 ± 2.0 on a visual analog scale (VAS), ranging from 0 to 10, in the 3 months before admission. Forty-six patients (38.6%) were categorized as having migraine-like headaches, 29 patients (24.3%) were categorized as having tension type-like headaches, and 44 patients (36.9%) had a combination of both. The majority of patients had migraine-like headaches (n = 34, 73.9%) with a migrainous aura. Both the frequency and intensity of the headache improved significantly in patients treated with surgical revascularization (n = 96, 80.7%) or the conservative treatment (n = 23, 19.3%) in a long-term follow-up. Conclusion HAMD frequently presented with a migraine-like headache (75.5% in total). A tension type headache was present in 60.9% of patients. Therein, tau antibodies were primarily taken up by receptor-mediated endocytosis, and prevented toxicity of human brain-derived paired helical filament-enriched tau (PHF). Subsequently, we monitored in real-time the interaction of antibodies and PHF within endocytic cellular compartments. Cells were pre-treated with fluorescently-tagged PHF and then incubated with tau antibodies, 4E6, 6B2, or non-specific isotype control IgG1 labeled with a pH sensitive dye. The uptake and binding of the efficacious antibody, 4E6, to PHF occurred mainly within the soma, whereas the ineffective antibody, 6B2, and ineffective control IgG1, were visualized via the processes and showed limited colocalization with PHF within this period. In summary, we have developed a neuron-like model that clarifies the early intracellular dynamics of the interaction of tau antibodies with pathological tau, and identifies features associated with efficacy. Since the model is entirely human, it is suitable to verify the therapeutic potential of humanized antibodies prior to extensive clinical trials.Epilepsia partialis continua (EPC) has changed in its clinical and pathophysiological definition throughout time. Several etiologies have been described in addition to classic causes of EPC. The following case depicts a young woman who had a peculiar onset of epilepsy with a continuous visual aura becoming a form of chronic recurrent and non-progressive EPC. The patient was initially misdiagnosed as a non-neurological entity (assumed psychiatric in origin), but finally, an immune-mediated epilepsy was diagnosed, and EEG showed focal status epilepticus during evolution. Once the diagnosis was achieved and immune treatment was established, the patient is seizure free. Early identification of an immune basis in patients with epilepsy is important because immunotherapy can reverse the epileptogenic process and reduce the risk of chronic epilepsy. To date, this is the only case reported with EPC manifesting as a continuous visual aura associated with antiglutamic acid decarboxylase 65 (anti-GAD65) and anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate (anti-NMDA) antibodies.A 39-year-old lady with relapsing myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody (MOG-IgG) associated disease developed coryzal symptoms, malaise, sweating, and postural dizziness. Six days later she presented with painful progressive right visual loss consistent with optic neuritis. COVID-19 was confirmed by nasopharyngeal swab and MOG-IgG serological reversion was noted. Visual function improved following steroids and plasma exchange. However, considering premonitory urges preceding tics, hypersensitivity to external stimuli and abnormalities in sensorimotor integration perceptual processes also seem to be relevant in the pathophysiology of Tourette syndrome. In addition, tic expression depends on attention and tics can, at least partly and transiently, be controlled, so that cognitive processes need to be considered as well. Against this background, explanatory concepts should encompass not only the motor phenomenon tic but also perceptual and cognitive processes. Representing a comprehensive theory of the processing of perceptions and actions paying particular attention to their interdependency and the role of cognitive control, the Theory of Event Coding seems to be a suitable conceptual framework for the understanding of Tourette syndrome. In fact, recent data suggests that addressing the relation between actions (i.e., tics) and perceptions (i.e., sensory phenomena like premonitory urges) in the context of event coding allows to gaining relevant insights into perception-action coding in Tourette syndrome indicating that perception action binding is abnormally strong in this disorder.
    Background Headache associated with Moyamoya disease (HAMD) in the Chinese population is not well-described. The long-term outcome of surgical revascularization and natural course of HAMD has not been disclosed either. Methods A headache screening questionnaire in China based on the ICHD2 and a face-to-face interview performed by an experienced neurologist were used to investigate headache characteristics and frequency and pain intensity in the 3 months before admission, and a telephone interview was used for the follow-up of a large cohort of 119 Chinese patients with HAMD. Results Headache intensity was rated as scores of 5.9 ± 2.0 on a visual analog scale (VAS), ranging from 0 to 10, in the 3 months before admission. Forty-six patients (38.6%) were categorized as having migraine-like headaches, 29 patients (24.3%) were categorized as having tension type-like headaches, and 44 patients (36.9%) had a combination of both. The majority of patients had migraine-like headaches (n = 34, 73.9%) with a migrainous aura. Both the frequency and intensity of the headache improved significantly in patients treated with surgical revascularization (n = 96, 80.7%) or the conservative treatment (n = 23, 19.3%) in a long-term follow-up. Conclusion HAMD frequently presented with a migraine-like headache (75.5% in total). A tension type headache was present in 60.9% of patients.
