    There are very few studies comparing dentists' knowledge in relation to their clinical approach despite the existence of a possible gap between what they know and what they do.

    To measure the agreement between knowledge and practice methods related to a selected clinical scenario involving the placement of an indirect post in endodontically treated teeth (ETT) among different types of practitioners.

    An electronic questionnaire was emailed to members of the Saudi Dental Society. The questionnaire presented a clinical scenario of restoring a posterior ETT with an indirect post, core unit, and crown, followed by specific questions regarding knowledge and practice related to ten different treatment aspects such as who prepares the post space, technique, isolation, time, gap between gutta-percha, and time to cementation of the crown. Each question was presented twice for each aspect, once asking about their practice method and then what they thought was the correct practice (knowledge). The relationship betwn most aspects of a selected clinical scenario involving the placement of an indirect post in posterior ETT. Moreover, the participant's specialty influenced their responses regarding both knowledge and clinical practice.

    Malaria is the single largest cause of illness in Uganda. Since the year 2008, the Global Fund has rolled out several funding streams for malaria control in Uganda. Among these are mechanisms aimed at increasing the availability and affordability of artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT). This paper examines the availability and affordability of first-line malaria treatment and diagnostics in the private sector, which is the preferred first point of contact for 61% of households in Uganda between 2007 and 2018.

    Cross-sectional surveys were conducted between 2007 and 2018, based on a standardized World Health Organization/Health Action International (WHO/HAI) methodology adapted to assess availability, patient prices, and affordability of ACT medicines in private retail outlets. A minimum of 30 outlets were surveyed per year as prescribed by the standardized methodology co-developed by the WHO and Health Action International. Availability, patient prices, and affordability of malaria rapid diagnostic sed to 100% while the availability of diagnostics remained low. Although malaria treatment was affordable, the price of diagnostics remained stagnant and increased the cumulative cost of malaria management. Malaria stakeholders should consolidate the gains made and consider the inclusion of diagnostic kits in the subsidy programme.

    Prioritisation processes are widely used in healthcare research and increasingly in social care research. Previous research has recommended using consensus development methods for inclusive research agenda setting. This research has highlighted the need for transparent and systematic methods for priority setting. Yet there has been little research on how to conduct prioritisation processes using rapid methods. This is a particular concern when prioritisation needs to happen rapidly. This paper aims to describe and discuss a process of rapidly identifying and prioritising a shortlist of innovations for rapid evaluation applied in the field of adult social care and social work.

    We adapted the James Lind Alliance approach to priority setting for rapid use. We followed four stages (1) Identified a long list of innovations, (2) Developed shortlisting criteria, (3) Grouped and sifted innovations, and (4) Prioritised innovations in a multi-stakeholder workshop (n = 23). Project initiation through to completion oplications and compromises of rapid prioritisation processes for future users of this approach to consider.
    Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) improves exercise capacity, health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and dyspnea in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Maintenance programs can sustain the benefits for 12 to 24months. Yet, the long-term effects (> 12months) of pragmatic maintenance programs in real-life settings remain unknown. This prospective cohort study assessed the yearly evolution in the outcomes [6-min walking distance (6MWD), HRQoL, dyspnea] of a supervised self-help PR maintenance program for COPD patients followed for 5years. The aim was to assess the change in the outcomes and survival probability for 1 to 5years after PR program discharge in COPD patients following a PR maintenance program supported by supervised self-help associations.

    Data were prospectively collected from 144 COPD patients who followed a pragmatic multidisciplinary PR maintenance program for 1 to 5years. They were assessed yearly for 6MWD, HRQol (VQ11) and dyspnea (MRC). The 5-year survival probability was compared to that of a control PR group without a maintenance program. A trajectory-based cluster analysis identified the determinants of long-term response.

    Maintenance program patients showed significant PR benefits at 4years for 6MWD and VQ11 and 5years for MRC. The 5-year survival probability was higher than for PR patients without PR maintenance. Two clusters of response to long-term PR were identified, with responders being the less severe COPD patients.

    This study provides evidence of the efficacy of a pragmatic PR maintenance program in a real-life setting for more than 3years. In contrast to short-term PR, long-term PR maintenance appeared more beneficial in less severe COPD patients.

  • Open tubular liquid chromatography (OT-LC) can provide superior chromatographic performance and more favorable mass spectrometry (MS) detection conditions. These features could provide enhanced sensitivity when coupled with electrospray ionization sources (ESI-) and lead to unprecedented detection capabilities if interfaced with a highly structural informative electron ionization (EI) source. In the past, the exploitation of OT columns in liquid chromatography evolved slowly. However, the recent instrumental developments in capillary/nanoLC-MS created new opportunities in developing and applying OT-LC-MS. Currently, the analytical advantages of OT-LC-MS are mainly exploited in the fields of proteomics and biosciences analysis. Nevertheless, under the right conditions, OT-LC-MS can also offer superior chromatographic performance and enhanced sensitivity in analyzing small molecules. This review will provide an overview of the latest developments in OT-LC-MS, focusing on the wide variety of employed separation mechanisms, innovative stationary phases, emerging column fabrication technologies, and new OT formats. In the same way, the OT-LC's opportunities and shortcomings coupled to both ESI and EI will be discussed, highlighting the complementary character of those two ionization modes to expand the LC's detection boundaries in the performance of targeted and untargeted studies.In the present experiment, a green and highly efficient extraction method for flavonoids established on deep eutectic solvents (DESs) was investigated by using the response surface methodology. The DES-based high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) solvent systems were developed for the separation of high purity compounds from the DES extract of Malus hupehensis for the first time. Under the optimal conditions (liquid-to-solid ratio of 26.3 mL/g, water content of 25.5%, and extraction temperature of 77.5°C), the yield of flavonoids was 15.3 ± 0.1%, which was superior to that of the methanol extraction method. In accordance with the physical property of DES-based HSCCC solvent systems and K values of target compounds, DES-based HSCCC solvent systems composed of choline chloride/glucose-water-ethyl acetate (ChCl/Glu-H2O-EAC, 112, v/v) was selected for the HSCCC separation. Thus, five flavonoids (two novel compounds 1-2, 6´´-O-coumaroyl-2´-O-glucopyranosylphloretin and 3´´´-methoxy-6´´-O-feruloy-2´-O-gluor the first time, and showed the recycle superiority of DES-based HSCCC solvent system.The effect of the polydispersity of polystyrenes on the dispersion through silicas having different morphologies (fully porous, core-shell particles and monoliths) was investigated. The heights equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP) of those columns were measured for a small molecule (toluene) and a series of polystyrenes of different sizes in non-adsorbing conditions. The different contributions to the total HETP including polydispersity were determined experimentally. The PDI obtained are comparable to the PDI given by the manufacturer meaning that the assumptions made by Knox are not entirely valid. A direct method is proposed in this paper in order to determine Hpoly. In this method the excess of spreading as compared with a polymer with only one size corresponding to the average size is studied assuming the polymer size distribution is gaussian. The Hpoly values obtained by the direct method are comparable to the experimental values.Monodisperse molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for warfarin (WF), 4'-chlorowarfarin (CWF), (S)-CWF and (R)-CWF (MIPWF, MIPCWF, MIP(S)-CWF and MIP(R)-CWF, respectively) were prepared using 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPY) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a functional monomer and a crosslinker, respectively, by multi-step swelling and polymerization. The molar ratio of a template molecule, 4-VPY to EDMA was 61825 or 41825. The retention and molecular recognition properties of MIPWF and MIPCWF were evaluated using a mixture of sodium phosphate buffer or ammonium formate and acetonitrile in reversed-phase LC. WF and CWF on these MIPs gave the maximal retentions at mobile phase pH 7, and those retentions were decreased with an increase of acetonitrile content. The retention and imprinting factors were in the order of WF less then CWF less then 4'-bromowarfarin (BWF) on MIPWF and MIPCWF in neutral mobile phases. On the other hands, in acidic mobile phases the retention factors were in the same order with those in neutral mobile phases, while the imprinting factors of WF and CWF were higher on the respective MIPs. These results suggest that ionic or hydrogen bonding interactions, hydrophobic interactions and π-π interactions could work for the retention and molecular recognition of WF, CWF and BWF on these MIPs in a reversed-phase mode. NP formulations containing the dyes Rose Bengal, Rhodamine B, DiI, 3-(α-azidoacetyl)coumarin and its polymer conjugate, Nile Red, and IR780 and its polymer conjugate were prepared. NP suspensions were incubated in a medium with serum proteins and then analyzed by AF4. AF4 allowed efficient separation of proteins ( less then 10 nm) from fluorescently labeled NP (range of 54 - 180 nm in diameters). The AF4 analyses showed that some dyes, such as Rose Bengal, IR780, and Coumarin were transferred to a high extent (68-77%) from NP to proteins.

  • The chicks of the third and the fourth group are inoculated orally with sporulated oocysts (6.5 × 105 oocysts of Eimeria spp) on the day 20 of age. The results showed that lentiscus oil has an anticoccidial dose-dependent effect as shown by oocysts counting and released substances measurement at 273 nm. The growth performance of the (NI S) group was found better with an improvement percentage of 9.14% compared to the control (p  less then  0.05). Likewise, the weight gain of the (I S) group seems slightly higher than that of the control one (1316 g and 1235 g, respectively) (p  less then  0.05). In conclusion, the vegetable oil of Pistacia lentiscus L. has shown, not only, a promising growth effect in broiler chickens, but also, it seems to have a protective effect against coccidiosis sequels caused by Eimeria acervulina infection.Although the close relationships between most of the trace elements and tumor formation mechanisms are very well-defined, studies on some elements such as zinc are still ongoing. When examining studies on brain tumors, it was observed that studies investigating the role played by serum zinc levels on tumor etiology and prognosis have gained momentum. In this study, we investigate the relationship between different brain tumor types and serum zinc levels by quantitatively analyzing serum zinc levels in patients with primary brain tumors. In this study, we measured serum zinc levels of 33 brain tumor patients as well as 35 healthy individuals serving as a control group. Metal concentrations were measured using atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Serum zinc levels were lower in patients with primary brain tumors compared to control group (p less then 0.05).   • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), incorporating exposure and response prevention (ERP) is widely recognised as the psychological treatment of choice for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Uncertainty remains however about the magnitude of the effect of CBT with ERP and the impact of moderating factors in patients with OCD.

    This systematic review and meta-analysis assessed randomised-controlled trials of CBT with ERP in patients of all ages with OCD. The study was preregistered in PROSPERO (CRD42019122311). The primary outcome was end-of-trial OCD symptom scores. The moderating effects of patient-related and study-related factors including type of control intervention and risk of bias were examined. Additional exploratory analyses assessed the effects of treatment fidelity and impact of researcher allegiance.

The post-stress frontline medical workers had higher lymphocyte (LYM) count compared with controls or pre-stress. However, the post-stress frontline medical workers had lower monocyte (MONO) count, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), monocyte to lymphocyte ratio (MLR) and neutrophil (NEUT) ratio than controls or pre-stress. Interestingly, we found the differences were more significantly in female subgroup and nurse subgroup. Together, these data indicated that changes of immune response were found in frontline medical workers providing medical support for Wuhan COVID-19 patients, especially in females and nurses. This study, evaluated the anti-RA effect of 19 phenylpropanoids on tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α induced inflammation in MH7A cells and clarified their underlying mechanisms. As a result, 16 compounds remarkably suppressed nitric oxide (NO) production at a concentration of 40 μM in TNF-α-induced MH7A cells. Among them, pinoresinol (12) and dendrocoumarin A (1) were the most effective substances, which showed significant inhibitory effect on NO production, with IC50 values of 6.25 ± 0.42 and 7.87 ± 0.67 μM, respectively. Furthermore, pinoresinol and dendrocoumarin A remarkably decreased the levels of interleukin (IL)-2, 6, 8, and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), as well as prominently reduced the phosphorylation protein levels of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) p65, I-kappa-B-alpha (IkBα), protein kinase B (Akt), and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) by Western blot analysis.     Patients with MitD were 55.4±15.7years old, the disease duration was 18.5±10.3years, presented 6 clinical syndromes while mitochondrial and nuclear DNA type of mutation was present in 40 and 60% of cases, respectively. In MitD more frequently 1st degree atrioventricular block and intraventricular conduction defects were observed and also QRS complex duration was increased.   • Forty studies were included in the meta-analysis. Outpatients (both OS and SOS) were younger and had a lower BMI and ASA class compared to inpatients. Hierarchical cluster analyses distinguished metal groups, reflecting different (i) sources (i.e., automotive traffic Zn-Cu-Ce and wastewater treatment plant Cd-Ag-Gd) and/or (ii) processes (i.e., groundwater dilution by rainwater and sorption processes). The contribution of the particulate fraction to total metal fluxes was predominant in the NBH collector (except for Sr and Mo) and highly variable in the Jalle River, where the highest particulate metal loads were due to the export of road dusts exported by the NBH collector. Metal fluxes from the NBH collector represented highly variable fractions of daily fluxes into the Gironde Estuary at the outlet of the Jalle River, depending on elements and partitioning. The resulting relative contributions ranged from 5% (Sr) to 40% (Cu) for dissolved phases and 30% (As) to 88% (Cu) for particulate phases. The first 40 min of the event accounted for 65% of the suspended particulate matter flux (and associated particulate metals) exported by the NBH collector, whereas the respective water flux contribution was 35%. This finding clearly demonstrates the importance of monitoring the first minutes of rainy events when establishing mass balances in urban systems.The study investigated how hearing depends on the whole body, head and trunk orientation relative to a sound source. Thus, our findings support the idea that processing of acoustic signals depends on where a sound is located within a reference system defined by the subject's trunk coordinates.
    Forty studies were included in the meta-analysis. Outpatients (both OS and SOS) were younger and had a lower BMI and ASA class compared to inpatients. Overall, no significant differences between outpatients and inpatients were found for overall complications and readmission rates, and improvement in PROMs. By type of arthroplasty, only THAs in OS pathways were associated with fewer AEs [OR = 0.55 (0.41-0.74)] compared to inpatient pathways. 92% of OS patients were discharged on the day of surgery. In exploring this, we have uncovered three facets of nanoconfined PE brush behavior and resulting EOS transport. First, we identify the onset of an overscreening effect such overscreening refers to the presence of more counterions (Na+) within the brush layer than needed to neutralize the negative brush charges. Accordingly, as a consequence of the overscreening, in the bulk liquid outside the brush layer, there is a greater number of co-ions (Cl-) than counterions in the presence of an added salt (NaCl). Second, this specific ion distribution ens.Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are the tumor cell subpopulation responsible for resistance to chemotherapy, tumor recurrence, and metastasis. An efficient therapy must act on low proliferating quiescent-CSCs (q-CSCs). We here investigate the effect of magnetic hyperthermia (MHT) in combination with local chemotherapy as a dual therapy to inhibit patient-derived colorectal qCR-CSCs. We apply iron oxide nanocubes as MHT heat mediators, coated with a thermoresponsive polymer (TR-Cubes) and loaded with DOXO (TR-DOXO) as a chemotherapeutic agent. The thermoresponsive polymer releases DOXO only at a temperature above 44 °C. In colony-forming assays, the cells exposed to TR-Cubes with MHT reveal that qCR-CSCs struggle to survive the heat damage and, with a due delay, restart the division of dormant cells. The eradication of qCR-CSCs with a complete stop of the colony formation was achieved only with TR-DOXO when exposed to MHT. The in vivo tumor formation study confirms the combined effects of MHT with heat-mediated drug release only the group of animals that received the CR-CSCs pretreated, in vitro, with TR-DOXO and MHT lacked the formation of tumor even after several months. For DOXO-resistant CR-CSCs cells, the same results were shown, in vitro, when choosing the drug oxaliplatin rather than DOXO and applying MHT. For overall urea electrolysis, it only needs 1.37 V to reach 10 mA cm-2 and can last at 100 mA cm-2 for 70 h without obvious activity attenuation, showing outstanding durability. Coupling interface constructions of FeNi3-MoO2 heterostructures, novel morphology with a mesoporous and self-supporting structure could be the reason for this good performance. This study demonstrates the advantages of coupling AF4 with ICP-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ICP-TOFMS) in standard and single particle modes to determine size distribution, elemental composition, and number concentration of composite particles. The coupled system was used to characterize two complex particle mixtures. The first mixture consisted of particles extracted from micro-alloyed steels with two size populations of different elemental composition. This study aimed to assess the interaction among species, time-of-day, and the soil water potential (ΨW) on biochemical and physiological characteristics of cladodes of Opuntia species. Three-week-old cladodes were harvested at 700 a.m. and 300 p.m. from plants with or without irrigation for 30 d (-0.17 and -5.72 MPa soil ΨW), from O. albicarpa, O. ficus-indica, O. hyptiacantha, O. megacantha, and O. streptacantha. The experimental design was a factorial 5 x 2 x 2 (species, sampling time and soil ΨW). The experimental unit was one cladode per plant, and six repetitions were evaluated. Total acids, glucose, fructose, sucrose, starch, total phenolics, free amino acids, and soluble proteins concentrations were evaluated, as well as acid invertase and neutral invertase activities. The interaction among species x soil ΨW and species x time of the day was significant (P ≤ 0.05) in all variables evaluated. An exception was the species x soil ΨW on starch concentration (P = 0.1827). The photosynthetic performance index showed an initial eustress state in plant by HA application characterized by reduction in photosynthesis followed by an increase in photosynthetic efficiency. The HA as a chemical eustressor triggering changes in plant metabolism indicate that the interaction of HA with root system induces a roots growth stimulus preceded by an initial positive stress. The eustress caused by HA is differentiated and is related to its chemical-physics characteristics. The HAVC, with a predominance of CAlkyl-(O,N), CAlkyl-di-O, CAromatic-O structures and greater polarity, stimulated the accumulation of N-NO3- and of soluble sugars in the sheath, increase carbohydrates content in the root and the root emission, resulting in higher total biomass production. The HASOIL, with a predominance of CCOOH-(H,R), CAlkyl-O, CAromatic-H,R structures and greater hydrophobicity caused a decrease in N-NH4+ and N-amine. The HARN, with a predominance of CAlkyl-O, CAlkyl-H,R, and CO, characterized by average polarity, caused an increase in photosynthetic pigment and N-NH4+ content. The eustress caused by HA is differentiated and is related to its chemical-physics characteristics.     New referrals to the POLL service were identified, and a pseudo-anonymised audit tool questionnaire was posted to these patients after initially making a telephone contact and obtaining informed consent. Results were compared to standards set by our team based on local and national policies. We used Microsoft Excel and performed a thematic analysis of qualitative data in the fourth cycle. This audit has been repeated on four occasions 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2019.

    More than 90% of patients marked as being benefited by the POLL team. Overall, most positive responses pertained to supportive and professional staff, resolution of disease symptoms, psycho-education and attentive follow-up whereas negative responses were in relation to limited access to disabled parking spaces, perceived inadequate discharge planning and non-resolution of disease symptoms in few patients.

Therefore, this study tests whether parenting practices (i.e., parental discipline, parental knowledge, unsupervised time with peers) and individual beliefs (i.e., alcohol descriptive norms, positive social expectations, moral approval of alcohol use) moderate friend selection and influence around alcohol use. Stochastic actor-based models were used to analyze longitudinal social network and survey data from 12,335 adolescents (aged 11 to 17, 51.3% female) who were participating in the PROSPER project. A separate model was estimated for each moderating variable. Adolescents who reported consistent parental discipline, less unsupervised time with peers, higher descriptive alcohol use norms, and less positive social expectations about alcohol use were less likely to select alcohol-using friends. Those who reported consistent parental discipline, better parental knowledge, lower descriptive alcohol use norms, and less positive social expectations were more influenced by their friends' level of alcohol use. Thus, adolescents with these characteristics whose friends frequently use alcohol are at greater risk whereas those whose friends do not use alcohol are at lower risk of using alcohol. The findings show that, although selection and influence processes are connected, they may function in different ways for different groups of adolescents. For some adolescents, it is particularly important to prevent them from selecting alcohol-using friends, because they are more susceptible to influence from such friends. These peer network dynamics might explain how proximal outcomes targeted by many prevention programs (i.e., parenting practices and individual beliefs) translate into changes in alcohol use.Primary mixed neuroendocrine-nonneuroendocrine neoplasm (MiNEN) of the head and neck region is a rare biphasic tumor with an aggressive biological behavior. This report highlights an additional case of oropharyngeal MiNEN in a 46-year-old male patient with a previous long-term smoking history. Histologic evaluation revealed a biphasic tumor infiltrating the lamina propria. The first component consisted of a classic keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma. The second component consisted of small-to-intermediate sized cells with neuroendocrine features. Synaptophysin and CD56 immunohistochemical stains confirmed neuroendocrine lineage in this component. The presence of two morphological components with neuroendocrine and nonneuroendocrine features on histologic assessment should alert the pathologist to consider a MiNEN in their case work-up.

    Between January 2014 and October 2019, patients with MOD with a severe atheromatous stenosis or occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery treated by mesenteric CS were included. Clinical presentation included both acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI), chronic mesenteric ischemia, and asymptomatic patients planned for major surgery. Demographics, procedure details, and follow-up data were prospectively collected and retrospectively reviewed. Study end points included primary patency, primary assisted patency, and secondary patency.

    Surgical frailty and its assessment have become essential considerations in perioperative management for the modern aging surgical population. The risk analysis index is a validated frailty score that has been proven to predict short-term outcomes and long-term mortality in several surgical subspecialties and high-risk procedures. We examined the association of risk analysis index scores with postoperative outcomes in a retrospective nationwide database of patients who underwent lower extremity amputation in the Veterans Health Administration Health Care System.

    The Veteran Affairs Surgical Quality Improvement Program data was queried across the Veteran Affairs Health Care System with institutional review board approval for lower extremity amputations. Records of above and below knee amputation, Current Procedural Terminology codes 27590, 27591, 27592, 27594, 27596 and 27880, 27881, 27882, 27884, and 27886, respectively, from 1999 to 2018 were obtained. Incomplete and traumatic entries were removed. Risk sociated with higher rates of death and major cardiac (myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest), pulmonary (pneumonia, failure to wean vent, reintubation), and renal (renal insufficiency, renal failure) complications. We recommend the use of risk analysis index score as a frailty screening tool for patients undergoing lower extremity amputation to enable providers to adequately inform and counsel patients regarding potential significant risks.

The objectives of this report were to review the first 5years of activity of Hema-Quebec's vascular bank and to briefly assess the competitiveness of its products.

    Deceased donors, ages 15 to 60, were screened for common blood-borne diseases. Grafts were treated in a triple-antibiotic solution at 35°C before preservation at -100°C. Hema-Quebec's vascular graft records were analyzed from 2014 to 2019 inclusively.

    The average donor age was 35years old and 78% of donors were men. Overall, 63% of harvested grafts cleared the quality management system. Positive microbial cultures and morphologic defects were the major reasons for graft discard. As such, a total of 60 grafts were delivered between 2016 and 2019 to 8 hospital centers. Moreover, the bank achieved a mean activity increase of 55% per year and Hema-Quebec's homografts were 48% less costly compared with similar homographs from for-profit organizations.

    Our findings demonstrate that Hema-Quebec has established a viable cryopreserved vascular tissue bank with steady increase in activity and an acceptable graft discard rates and pricing. Based on our findings, we recommend that efforts should be directed to expand the tissue bank graft distribution outside the province of Quebec.

However, the effect of the AAA diameter on late outcomes after aneurysm repair is unclear. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/shp099-dihydrochloride.html Therefore, we assessed the association of a large AAA diameter with late outcomes for patients undergoing open and endovascular AAA repair. We identified all patients who had undergone elective open or endovascular infrarenal aneurysm repair from 2003 to 2016 in the Vascular Quality Initiative linked to Medicare claims for long-term outcomes. A large AAA diameter was defined as a diameter >65mm. We assessed the 5-year reintervention, rupture, mortality, and follow-up rates. We constructed propensity scores and used inverse probability-weighted Kaplan-Meier estimations and Cox proportional hazard models to identify independent associations between large AAA repair and our outcomes. Of the 21,119 aneurysm repairs identified, 15.2% were for large AAAs. Of the 21,119 repairs, 19,017 were endovascular and 2102 were open.
