    The 2017 PhysioNet/CinC Challenge focused on automatic classification of atrial fibrillation (AF) in short ECGs. This study aimed to evaluate the use of the data and results from the challenge for detection of AF in longer ECGs, taken from three other PhysioNet datasets.

Left ventricular (LV) segmentation plays a key role in volumetric functional quantification of the heart. Conventional manual analysis is time-consuming and observer-dependent. Automated segmentation approaches are needed to improve the clinical workflow of cardiac functional quantification. Recently, deep-learning networks have shown promise for efficient LV segmentation.

    The routinely used V-Net is a convolutional network that segments images by passing features from encoder to decoder. In this study, this method was advanced as DenseV-Net by replacing the convolutional block with a densely connected algorithm and dense calculations to alleviate the vanishing-gradient problem, prevent exploding gradients, and to strengthen feature propagation. Thirty patients were scanned with a 3 Tesla MR imager. ECG-free, free-breathing, real-time cines were acquired with a balanced steady-state free precession technique.     The proposed DenseV-Net method outperforms the classic convolutional networks V-Net, UNet, and FCN in automated LV segmentation, providing a novel way for efficient heart functional quantification and the diagnosis of cardiac diseases using cine MRI.The goal of this paper was the comparison of radiation dose and imaging quality before and after the Clarity IQ technology installation in a Philips AlluraXper FD20/20 angiography system using a Channelized Hotelling Observer model (CHO). The core characteristics of the Allura Clarity IQ technology are its real-time noise reduction algorithms (NRT) combined with state-of-the-art hardware; this technology allows to implement acquisition protocols able to significantly reduce patient entrance dose. To measure the system performances in terms of image quality we used a contrast detail phantom in a clinical scatter condition. A Leeds TO10 phantom has been imaged between two 10 cm thick homogeneous solid water slabs. Fluoroscopy images were acquired using a cerebral protocol at 3 dose levels (low, medium and high) with a field- of view (FOV) of 31 cm. Cineangiography images were acquired using a cerebral protocol at 2 fps. Thus, 4 acquisitions were obtained for the conventional technology and 4 acquisitions were taken after the Clarity IQ upgrade, for a total of 8 different image sets. A validated 40 Gabor channels CHO with an internal noise model compared the image sets. Human observers' studies were carried out to tune the internal noise parameter. We showed that the CHO did not detect any significant difference between any of the image sets acquired using the two technologies. Consequently, this x-ray imaging technology provides a non-inferior image quality with an average patient dose reduction of 57% and 28% respectively in cineangiography and fluoroscopy. The Clarity IQ installation has certainly allowed a considerable improvement in patient and staff safety, while maintaining the same image quality.

Also, it changed the distribution of Cd in the soluble fraction in leaves (expressed as proportion), which was significantly decreased, and the proportion of Cd in the cell wall increased. The structural equation model (SEM) revealed the positive effects of flag leaf Cd, first node Cd, old leaf Cd, and root Cd concentration on grain Cd concentration. Flag leaf Cd had the highest standardized total effects on grain Cd concentration, followed by old leaf Cd. These results indicated that foliar application of Zn was effective in reducing grain Cd concentration of late rice by enhancing antioxidant activities and Cd chelation onto cell wall of leaves, and reducing Cd concentrations in leaves.Chronic exposure of triclosan (TCS) to zebrafish triggers high incidence of fatty liver and hepatitis; however, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Herein, we identified miR-30b as a sensitive biomarker to TCS stress, reflecting in that its decreased expression caused metabolic toxicity, abnormal development and behavior, and lipid-metabolism disorder. By microinjecting the inhibitor and mimic experiments, miR-30b was proved to regulate lipid metabolism by its main target gene fto. Over-expression of FTO resulted in fat accumulation, elevation of the TG and TC levels and up-regulation of the PPARγ and CEBPα, as well as decrease of the global m6A level in larvae. On the contrary, the knock-down of FTO using MO caused the anti-lipogenic effect, decrease of the TG and T-CHO levels, and abnormal changes of cebpɑ, acsl5, fasn, ppap2c and pparγ etc. Further fortification tests of cycloleucine and betaine evidenced that the toxic effect was strongly dependent on regulation of the m6A level. The toxicity effects in the treatments of methylated donors and receptors were consistent with the changes in physiological functions of FTO knockdown and overexpression. The effects of cycloleucine on m6A level and lipid metabolism generally consisted with those of FTO, but this was not the case for betaine, reflecting in increased m6A level and lipid accumulation in larval liver. Consequently, we posit that TCS exposure caused zebrafish lipid-metabolism disorder by decreasing miR-30b expression to regulate fto-mediated m6A methylation level. These findings contribute to our deep understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms regarding contaminant-originating fatty liver and hepatocellular carcinoma, and also have practical significance in pollution warning and target therapy for related diseases.The aerosol scattering properties of submicron (PM1) and sub-10 μm particles (PM10) under dry conditions (RH less then 30%) were investigated in Beijing from 2018 to 2019. Using the simultaneous measurement of PM1 and PM10, the scattering properties of super micron (PM10-1) particles were also calculated. At 550 nm, the average of scattering coefficient (σsp) and asymmetry parameter (g) were 208.7 ± 204.9 Mm-1 and 0.61 ± 0.04 for PM10, 140.6 ± 130.2 Mm-1 and 0.60 ± 0.04 for PM1, and 69.8 ± 82.2 Mm-1 and 0.62 ± 0.04 for PM10-1, respectively, while the backscattering ratio (b) values were 0.13 ± 0.02 for PM10 and PM1, and 0.12 ± 0.02 for PM10-1. The mass scattering efficiencies (MSE) for PM10, PM1 and PM10-1 were 2.43 ± 2.37, 3.67 ± 0.96, and 1.73 ± 1.82 m2 g-1, respectively. In 2019, σsp decreased by approximately 18.4% for PM10, and 16.7% for PM1 compared with those in 2018, which was quite similar to the decrease of 17% and 19% for PM10 and PM2.5 mass concentrations during the same time period. The scattering Ångström exponent (SAE450/700), which was 1.88 ± 0.29 for PM1 and 1.50 ± 0.27 for PM10 indicated size distributions dominated by fine mode aerosols. This is also evidenced by the high submicron scattering ratio (Rsp) (71.1% ± 7.9%). The high SAE, Rsp, and high PM1 σsp in the study suggest that control of fine particle pollution is important to reduce overall PM pollution in urban Beijing. In addition, with an increase in σsp, b, Rsp, and SAE gradually decreased, while g and MSE increased. We used concentrations of OCPs in umbilical cord tissue as markers of prenatal exposure to investigate the association between in utero exposure to OCPs and NTD risk. Concentrations of 20 OCPs were quantified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and 16 of the 20 OCPs were included in the analyses. Odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) for the associations between levels of individual OCPs and NTD risk were estimated separately with logistic regression adjusting for potential confounders. The combined effects of exposure to the 16 OCPs as a mixture were analyzed with Bayesian kernel machine regression (BKMR). Logistic regression showed that the risk for NTDs increased 5.

Further, the performance drop evoked by the secondary workload was not stronger in the be-creative instruction condition compared to the be-fluent instruction condition when creative quality or flexibility were examined as dependent variable. Altogether, our results do not confirm that be-creative instructions involve more cognitive load than be-fluent instructions. Nevertheless, the analysis of the serial order effect and additional correlational examinations revealed some promising results.   • To minimize sample dilution effect on SARS-CoV-2 pool testing, we assessed analytical and diagnostic performance of a new methodology, namely swab pooling. In this method, swabs are pooled at the time of collection, as opposed to pooling of equal volumes from individually collected samples. Paired analysis of pooled and individual samples from 613 patients revealed 94 positive individuals. Having individual testing as reference, no false-positives or false-negatives were observed for swab pooling. In additional 18,922 patients screened with swab pooling (1,344 pools), mean Cq differences between individual and pool samples ranged from 0.1 (Cr.I. -0.98 to 1.17) to 2.09 (Cr.I. 1.24 to 2.94). Overall, 19,535 asymptomatic patients were screened using 4,400 RT-qPCR assays. This corresponds to an increase of 4.4 times in laboratory capacity and a reduction of 77% in required tests. Gene silencing analysis for PAK2 confirms the requirement for STAT3 phosphorylation and neurite outgrowth elicited by IL-31R activation. LC/MS/MS analysis reveals that PQA-18 prevents the formation of PAK2 activation complexes induced by IL-31R activation. We found that TcdA1 form Photorhabdus luminescens W14 (TcdA1W14) can recognize N-glycans via the RBD-D domain, corroborating previous findings. Knockout of N-glycan processing enzymes specifically blocks the intoxication of TcdA1W14-assembled Tc toxin. On the other hand, our results showed that sGAG biosynthesis pathway is involved in the cell surface binding of TcdA2TT01 (TcdA2 from P. luminescens TT01). Competition assays and biolayer interferometry demonstrated that the sulfation group in sGAGs is required for the binding of TcdA2TT01. Finally, based on the conserved domains of representative TcA proteins, we have identified 1,189 putative TcAs from 1,039 bacterial genomes. These TcAs are categorized into five subfamilies. Each subfamily shows a good correlation with both genetic organization of the TcA protein(s) and taxonomic origin of the genomes, suggesting these subfamilies may utilize different mechanisms for cellular recognition. Taken together, our results support the previously described two different binding modalities of Tc toxins, leading to unique host targeting properties. Forty nine caregivers of participants who completed the Project EVO™ training were contacted to be included in this follow up study. Each was emailed an invitation to complete the Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic Parent Rating Scale, which yielded a completion rate of 39/49 (80%). A Generalized Estimating Equations analysis was used to assess changes in symptoms over time, specifically to determine whether the initial improvements were retained. The SPD+IA cohort continued to show sustained benefits on their parent-reported scores of inattention, with 54% of SPD+IA individuals no longer meeting criteria for ADHD three years following intervention.

The novelty of this study is the use of ensemble DA to sequentially update the BGM model's initial condition (IC) with the assimilation of measured biomass optical density to improve short-range biomass forecasting skills. The forecasting system was run in pseudo-real-time and validated against observed Monoraphidium minutum 26B-AM growth in two outdoor pond cultures located in Mesa, Arizona, United States. We found the DA forecasting system could improve the 7-day microalgae forecasting skill by about 85% on average compared to model forecasts without DA. These results suggest the potential accuracy of biomass growth forecasts may be sufficient to inform real-time operational decisions, such as pond operation and harvest planning, for commercial-scale microalgae production.
    The continual identification of rare blood among donors is critical to support national programs like the American Rare Donor Program (ARDP). Some blood centres require consent from donors to be registered with a national registry. This situation provides an opportunity to determine whether a donor's willingness to register is associated with a change in donation behaviour.

    Rare donors were identified by molecular typing. The average number of donations per year was compared for each donor prior to and after receiving a consent letter. Donors were categorized as either accepting or declining the request. Non-parametric t tests compared the statistical significance within and between categories. Rare types were overlaid with consensus data to look for trends using data visualization techniques.

    A total of 270 molecularly typed rare donors received letters over 4years. Half of the donors (132, 49%) agreed to participate in the ARDP. Overall, donation frequency increased after the letter when enrolled. Both Caucasian and non-Caucasian donors increased their donations after enrolling providing an additional 159 red blood cell units over 3years. Declining participation did not change donation frequency. Data visualization showed that enrolled donors were more affluent, high school and college educated, and lived in their home for longer periods of time.

    We piloted a 5-point Likert-type scale questionnaire among all Finnish university hospitals' RRT nurses with optional open-ended comments. The impact of more frequent RRT participation was further investigated.

    The response rate was 46% (n=176/379, 34%-93% between hospitals). The respondents median experience on a RRT was three years (0.8-5) and median participation was two (1-5) RRT activations per month. Over 90% of the RRT nurses felt that RRS prevented cardiac arrests and improved patient safety. Nurses with five or more RRT activations/month believed their critical care skills had improved through these duties (94% vs 71%, P=.001), considered their RRT work meaningful (94% vs 76%, P=.005) and wanted to continue as RRT nurses (91% vs 74%, P=.015) more often than nurses with less than five RRT activations/month. In addition to the infrequent RRT participation, further negative experiences with RRS among the RRT nurses included feeling overworked (68%) or undercompensated (94%) for the RRT duties and conflicts between RRT and ward doctors (25%).

The assessment was undertaken in the form of an event study analysis, further substantiated with a regression analysis conducted for exploring the significance of CPI and real GDP in predicting the policy interest rates in the economy. The results of the event study analysis presented that the abnormal changes in the interest rates were statistically significant in the case of the United Kingdom, Brazil, and China, while the abnormal changes were found to be statistically insignificant in the case of India and Japan.Introduction Safety behaviors are key elements in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, but have also assumed excessive proportions in form of panic buying groceries. This raises the question whether these behaviors are independent or related to each other. Adherent safety behavior including increased hygiene and physical distancing appears inherently adherent and prosocial, while dysfunctional safety behavior such as panic buying most probably emerges from other motives and contextual variables. Methods Data from 15,308 participants collected from March 10 to May 4, 2020, during the COVID-19 acute period in Germany, was analyzed to assess whether adherent and dysfunctional safety behavior are predicted by the same or divergent variables. Two multiple regression models are presented including various sociodemographic, trait, attitudinal, and COVID-19-specific variables as predictors. Media-based health education campaigns are one strategy to raise awareness among populations at greater risk for stroke, including African Americans. During 2014-2015, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health conducted a health education campaign using radio, print news, and transit ads, to promote awareness of the link between dietary sodium, hypertension and stroke, and encourage reduced consumption of high sodium foods. Using a repeated cross-sectional design, street intercept surveys were conducted with ~400 Philadelphia residents representing the campaign's priority audience (African Americans ages 35-55) before and 6-13 weeks after the campaign, to evaluate both process (campaign exposure) and impact (recall of key health messages). Thirty percent of post-campaign respondents reported familiarity with one of the most engaging radio spots, and 17% provided accurate unaided recall of its key content, with greater recall among older respondents and frequent radio listeners. Forty-one percent of post-campaign respondents named stroke as a consequence of excess salt consumption, compared to only 17% of pre-campaign respondents, with greater awareness of the salt-stroke connection among those accurately recalling the radio spot from the campaign. Results suggest that priority populations for sodium reduction can be effectively reached through radio and transit campaigns. From a pragmatic perspective, street intercept surveys may offer one low resource strategy for evaluating public health education campaigns conducted by local health departments, especially among urban populations.Background and objective Physical activity is an important behavior to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases. Providing the context for physical activity in the workplace in addition to promoting the employees' physical and mental health has significant economic benefits for organizations. We conducted the present study using a social marketing model to explain the determinants of a Workplace Health Promotion in promoting physical activity among employees of government organizations in Yasuj, Iran. Materials and methods The present study was qualitative research with directed content analysis based on the social marketing model. Thirty-three employees of government organizations in Yasuj were included in the study using the purposive sampling method. The data collection method included semi-structured interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed manually and by the qualitative content analysis method. The implementation data were systematically sorted and analyzed and classified into five steps. Results Organizational structure, organizational policies, and a supportive interpersonal climate were extracted and categorized as characteristics of workplace health promotion programs from participant interviews. In addition to participants' emphasis on receiving information from reputable sources, virtual communication networks such as WhatsApp and real communication networks such as physicians and specialists were their preferred media for education and information. Conclusion Due to the complexity of workplace, diversity, and multiplicity of factors and determinants of physical activity, the findings of the present study will be a basis for designing an appropriate and effective intervention and organizational changes to promote physical activities among employees in the future.In this study, we examine the relationship between financial literacy, financial education, and smoking behavior among the Japanese population. We hypothesize that financially literate and financially educated people, who have the ability to make more rational decisions, are less likely to smoke. Using the Preference Parameters Study of Osaka University, conducted in 2010 (N = 3,706), the probit regression results show that both financial literacy (with an emphasis on knowledge of investments) and financial education (with an emphasis on savings behavior) have a significant negative impact on smoking behavior. In addition, gender, age, education, marital status, household income and assets, risky behaviors, a myopic view of the future, risk preference, and level of happiness also significantly predict the likelihood of a person being a current smoker. This study provides empirical evidence that enhancing the rational decision-making ability of individuals through financial literacy and financial education may curtail smoking behavior.

Discussion Divergent psychological variables underlie adherent and dysfunctional safety behavior. This hints toward a theoretical separation with practical relevance in behavioral engineering and public health campaigning.Excess dietary sodium contributes to the burden of chronic disease, including cardiovascular disease and stroke. Media-based health education campaigns are one strategy to raise awareness among populations at greater risk for stroke, including African Americans. During 2014-2015, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health conducted a health education campaign using radio, print news, and transit ads, to promote awareness of the link between dietary sodium, hypertension and stroke, and encourage reduced consumption of high sodium foods. Using a repeated cross-sectional design, street intercept surveys were conducted with ~400 Philadelphia residents representing the campaign's priority audience (African Americans ages 35-55) before and 6-13 weeks after the campaign, to evaluate both process (campaign exposure) and impact (recall of key health messages). Thirty percent of post-campaign respondents reported familiarity with one of the most engaging radio spots, and 17% provided accurate unaided recall of its key content, with greater recall among older respondents and frequent radio listeners. Forty-one percent of post-campaign respondents named stroke as a consequence of excess salt consumption, compared to only 17% of pre-campaign respondents, with greater awareness of the salt-stroke connection among those accurately recalling the radio spot from the campaign. Results suggest that priority populations for sodium reduction can be effectively reached through radio and transit campaigns. From a pragmatic perspective, street intercept surveys may offer one low resource strategy for evaluating public health education campaigns conducted by local health departments, especially among urban populations.Background and objective Physical activity is an important behavior to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases. Providing the context for physical activity in the workplace in addition to promoting the employees' physical and mental health has significant economic benefits for organizations. We conducted the present study using a social marketing model to explain the determinants of a Workplace Health Promotion in promoting physical activity among employees of government organizations in Yasuj, Iran. Materials and methods The present study was qualitative research with directed content analysis based on the social marketing model. Thirty-three employees of government organizations in Yasuj were included in the study using the purposive sampling method. The data collection method included semi-structured interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed manually and by the qualitative content analysis method. The implementation data were systematically sorted and analyzed and classified into five steps. Results Organizational structure, organizational policies, and a supportive interpersonal climate were extracted and categorized as characteristics of workplace health promotion programs from participant interviews. In addition to participants' emphasis on receiving information from reputable sources, virtual communication networks such as WhatsApp and real communication networks such as physicians and specialists were their preferred media for education and information. Conclusion Due to the complexity of workplace, diversity, and multiplicity of factors and determinants of physical activity, the findings of the present study will be a basis for designing an appropriate and effective intervention and organizational changes to promote physical activities among employees in the future.In this study, we examine the relationship between financial literacy, financial education, and smoking behavior among the Japanese population. We hypothesize that financially literate and financially educated people, who have the ability to make more rational decisions, are less likely to smoke. Using the Preference Parameters Study of Osaka University, conducted in 2010 (N = 3,706), the probit regression results show that both financial literacy (with an emphasis on knowledge of investments) and financial education (with an emphasis on savings behavior) have a significant negative impact on smoking behavior. In addition, gender, age, education, marital status, household income and assets, risky behaviors, a myopic view of the future, risk preference, and level of happiness also significantly predict the likelihood of a person being a current smoker. This study provides empirical evidence that enhancing the rational decision-making ability of individuals through financial literacy and financial education may curtail smoking behavior.

    As part of the accelerated development of vaccines against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), we report a dose-finding and adjuvant justification study of SCB-2019, a protein subunit vaccine candidate containing a stabilised trimeric form of the spike (S)-protein (S-Trimer) combined with two different adjuvants.

We suggest that collective threats require a tremendous amount of coordination, and that strict adherence to social norms is a key mechanism that enables groups to do so. Here we examine how the strength of social norms-or cultural tightness-looseness-was associated with countries' success in limiting cases and deaths by October, 2020. We expected that tight cultures, which have strict norms and punishments for deviance, would have fewer cases and deaths per million as compared with loose cultures, which have weaker norms and are more permissive.

    Acne is a common condition among transgender patients receiving masculinizing hormone therapy (MHT), but the incident risk and predictors of developing acne in this population have not yet been studied on a large scale.

    To assess risk of acne among a large population of transgender patients receiving MHT and clinical risk factors for acne diagnosis.

    A retrospective cohort study that included 988 patients who started MHT between January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2017, with at least 1 year of follow-up was performed. Data analysis was conducted from September 1 to 15, 2019. Data were obtained using electronic health records from a community health center serving the sexual and gender minority community. The population included every patient who began receiving MHT during the study period who was aged 18 years or older at the time of MHT initiation and whose assigned sex at birth was female.

    Atherosclerotic cerebrovascular disease underlies the majority of ischemic strokes and is a major cause of death and disability. While plaque burden is a predictor of adverse outcomes, plaque vulnerability is increasingly recognized as a driver of lesion rupture and risk for clinical events. Defining the molecular regulators of carotid instability could inform the development of new biomarkers and/or translational targets for at-risk individuals.

    Using two independent human endarterectomy biobanks, we found that the understudied glycoprotein, Chitinase 3 like 1 (CHI3L1), is upregulated in patients with carotid disease compared to healthy controls. Further, CHI3L1 levels were found to stratify individuals based on symptomatology and histopathological evidence of an unstable fibrous cap. Gain- and loss-of-function studies in cultured human carotid artery smooth muscle cells (SMCs) showed that CHI3L1 prevents a number of maladaptive changes in that cell type, including phenotype switching towards a syntheticd whether this gene can be targeted as a novel translational therapy for subjects at risk of stroke.

    Taken together, CHI3L1 has the potential to become a new translational target for cardiovascular disease.     We present PrInCE, an R/Bioconductor package that employs a machine-learning approach to infer protein-protein interaction networks from co-fractionation mass spectrometry (CF-MS) data. Previously distributed as a collection of Matlab scripts, our ground-up rewrite of this software package in an open-source language dramatically improves runtime and memory requirements. We describe several new features in the R implementation, including a test for the detection of co-eluting protein complexes and a method for differential network analysis. PrInCE is extensively documented and fully compatible with Bioconductor classes, ensuring it can fit seamlessly into existing proteomics workflows.

    MicroRNA (miRNA) precursor arms give rise to multiple isoforms simultaneously called "isomiRs." IsomiRs from the same arm typically differ by a few nucleotides at either their 5´ or 3´ termini, or both. In humans, the identities and abundances of isomiRs depend on a person's sex, population of origin, race/ethnicity, and on tissue type, tissue state, and disease type/subtype. Moreover, nearly half of the time the most abundant isomiR differs from the miRNA sequence found in public databases. Accurate mining of isomiRs from deep sequencing data is thus important.

    We developed isoMiRmap, a fast, standalone, user-friendly mining tool that identifies and quantifies all isomiRs by directly processing short RNA-seq datasets. IsoMiRmap is a portable "plug-and-play" tool, requires minimal setup, has modest computing and storage requirements, and can process an RNA-seq dataset with 50 million reads in just a few minutes on an average laptop. We present PrInCE, an R/Bioconductor package that employs a machine-learning approach to infer protein-protein interaction networks from co-fractionation mass spectrometry (CF-MS) data. Previously distributed as a collection of Matlab scripts, our ground-up rewrite of this software package in an open-source language dramatically improves runtime and memory requirements. We describe several new features in the R implementation, including a test for the detection of co-eluting protein complexes and a method for differential network analysis. PrInCE is extensively documented and fully compatible with Bioconductor classes, ensuring it can fit seamlessly into existing proteomics workflows. MicroRNA (miRNA) precursor arms give rise to multiple isoforms simultaneously called "isomiRs." IsomiRs from the same arm typically differ by a few nucleotides at either their 5´ or 3´ termini, or both. In humans, the identities and abundances of isomiRs depend on a person's sex, population of origin, race/ethnicity, and on tissue type, tissue state, and disease type/subtype. Moreover, nearly half of the time the most abundant isomiR differs from the miRNA sequence found in public databases. Accurate mining of isomiRs from deep sequencing data is thus important. We developed isoMiRmap, a fast, standalone, user-friendly mining tool that identifies and quantifies all isomiRs by directly processing short RNA-seq datasets. IsoMiRmap is a portable "plug-and-play" tool, requires minimal setup, has modest computing and storage requirements, and can process an RNA-seq dataset with 50 million reads in just a few minutes on an average laptop. IsoMiRmap deterministically and exhaustively reports all isomiRs in a given deep sequencing dataset and quantifies them accurately (no double-counting).
