Two independent investigators performed a comprehensive systematic search in MedLine, EMBASE and Cochrane databases through September 2019 without limitations. Data analysis was performed by using the Review Manager software (RevMan), version 5.3, and Stata 13 software. A p value of less than 0.05 (two-tailed) was considered statistically significant. Twelve studies (1004 patients, mean age 63.8 years old, males 69.4%) provided data on the association of baseline GLS with the response to CRT therapy. We found that CRT responders had significantly better resting GLS values compared with non-responders [GLS mean difference -2.13 (-3.03, -1.23), p  less then  0.001, I2 78%]. Furthermore, CRT responders had significantly greater improvement of GLS at follow-up compared with non-responders [ΔGLS mean difference -3.20 (-4.95, -1.45), p  less then  0.001, I2 66%]. These associations remained significant in a subgroup analysis including only studies with similar CRT response definition. In this meta-analysis, we found that CRT responders had a baseline and ΔGLS significantly higher than the non-responders strengthening the central role of GLS as a tool for selecting candidates for CRT. This study primarily uses inferential statistics via the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), cross-validation using R software, and the inverse distance weighting (IDW) approach in ArcGIS. The results demonstrate that the season, cultivar (Ceylon tea cultivars of TRI 2025 and Td their distribution will negatively affect the final quality of tea, and these variations indicate that climate change has started to diminish Ceylon tea quality.Perceptual variability is often viewed as having multiple benefits in object learning and categorization. Despite the abundant results demonstrating benefits such as increased transfer of knowledge, the neural mechanisms underlying variability as well as the developmental trajectories of how variability precipitates changes to category boundaries are unknown. By manipulating an individual's exposure to variability of novel, metrically organized categories during an fMRI-adaptation paradigm, we were able to assess the functional differences between similarity and variability in category learning and generalization across two time-points in development adulthood (n = 14) and late childhood (n = 13). During this study, participants were repeatedly exposed to category members from different distributions. After a period of adaptation, a deviant stimulus that differed from the expected distribution was then presented. This deviant differed in either an invariant dimension (a feature that remained consistent throughout presentation was altered) or a similarity dimension (a feature that changed throughout exposure was changed in a new dimension). Our results can be summarized in three main findings (1) Variability during exposure recruited the right fusiform gyrus to a greater extent than tight exposure. (2) Deviant items were generalized based on the exemplar distributions during exposure, although children only generalized items if provided variable exposure. (3) Variability influenced release to a greater extent in children than adults. In current study, we analyzed the expression profiling, phylogenetic relationship, and molecular characterization of PRR gene family members of common wheat by using IWGSC Ref seq v1.1 wheat genome database with a coverage rate of 90%. By using bioinformatic approach total 20 candidate gene sequences were identified and divided into six groups and four clades. It was found that mostly genes have same number of exons and introns showed similar features because they originated through duplication events during evolution processes.
