To map and analyze the knowledge produced about strategies aimed at promoting support to health professionals in the condition of second victim.
Scoping review, developed in portals, databases and academic websites, whose inclusion criteria were articles and materials indexed in the respective search sites, between January 2000 and December 2019, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The findings were summarized and analyzed based on descriptive statistics and narrative synthesis.
A total of 64 studies were included, 100% international; 92.2% in English and 50% from secondary research. The support strategies were grouped into four categories and most of the studies referred to the use of the forYOU, Medically Induced Trauma Support Services and Resilience in Stressful Events programs and the interventions represented, through dialogue with peers, family, friends and managers.
Support strategies for the second victim are pointed out in international studies and mostly developed through programs/services and interventions. It is recommended to develop studies to learn about the phenomenon and to structure feasible support strategies in Brazilian health organizations.

To verify the relationship between authentic leadership of nurses and structural empowerment.
This is a systematic review carried out at the Virtual Health Library on the Journal Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, Online System for the Search and Analysis of Medical Literature, Scientific Electronic Library Online and Science Direct/Embase, and consulted until April 2019. Studies with nurses, evidencing the relationship between authentic leadership and structural empowerment, published between 2012 and 2018 in Brazilian Portuguese, English or Spanish were included.
Five studies were included, with variables other than structural empowerment job satisfaction, burnout, bulling, mental health, performance, social capital, working environment, nurse retention, and quality of care. Authentic leadership showed a positive relationship with structural empowerment, improving engagement and job satisfaction, reducing burnout and increasing quality of care.
Health institutions, in addition to Canada, where researchers on this topic are located, can invest in authentic leadership to improve structural empowerment by providing greater commitment from nurses, increased job satisfaction and quality of care provided.

To evaluate the companion's role during the labor and delivery processes, comparing the influence of the use of an educational technology.
A single-blind randomized controlled study, in which 73 participants were divided into two groups, 35 in the intervention group and 38 in the comparison group. To analyze the groups the chi-square and the Fisher's exact tests were used in categorical variables and the Student's t-test or the Mann-Whitney test in continuous variables.
When comparing the experience and the support provided, it was found that there was no difference between the groups in relation to the level of support (p=0.48) and satisfaction with the experience of monitoring the delivery process (p=0.19). However, there was a difference regarding insecurity in monitoring (p=0.00) and concern regarding the parturient health status (p=0.00).

To evaluate distorted self-perception and dissatisfaction with body image among nursing students.
Cross-sectional study with students from a public university. Self-perception and satisfaction with body image were assessed using the Figure Rating Scale and the Body Shape Questionnare (BSQ). Body Mass Index was calculated with self-reported weight and height. Analysis was processed in Stata 15.0 with a significance level of 5%.
A total of 93 students participated in the study. Results showed 87.1% of distorted self-perception, with a greater proportion of students who overestimated their body size (68.8%); 89.2% of students were dissatisfied with their body image according to the Figure Rating Scale, and 55.9% according to the BSQ. Dissatisfaction assessed by the BSQ was associated with biological sex, nutritional status, diets and bullying.
The results indicate the need to address the theme in the training of nurses, to help them accept their own bodies and to enable them to act effectively in their professional practice.

Integrative review, conducted on the databases LILACS, MEDLINE; WEB OF SCIENCE and SCOPUS, including publications in Portuguese, English or Spanish, without an initial time limit and published until 2018.
11 studies were selected. The studies included are from the period 1993-2017. The results originated four analytical categories sexual component, which gathered findings about sexually transmitted infections; reproductive component, which included family planning/fertility control, abortion and problems with pregnancy; environmental component, which presented issues with environmental contaminants and its reproductive implications; and the sociocultural component, which discussed gender, beliefs and social indicators.
In this review, studies with a quantitative approach, from a female point of view and a biological perspective predominated. No study investigated the meanings and representations of SRH for the riverine communities.
